Needed new filters for both my Cabin and my Engine. Julian was helpful in ensuring I had the correct filters, and even patiently taught me how to change them myself. What could have easily been a $150 charge at the mechanic only costed me $50 and a little bit of time. Will definitely return when I need new filters (especially now that I know I can change them myself!).
They had sold us the wrong part last night, so after spending hours fighting with the wrong serpentine belt we finally took it back and got the right part that we should have gotten the first time. In my opinion zero Stars

Last night I had a terrible and scary experience where my windshield wiper flew off. And this morning Aidan was so knowledgeable,helpful and carrying not olny did he help me find the perfect fit but helped me put it on. God bless him for his kindness and amazing customer service.
I've been to this location a few times to fix a misfire and had amazing help from Hannah. She went above and beyond with trying to diagnose the problem and find a solution. I really appreciate her efforts and I'll be going to this location whenever I need assistance.
My experiences with Auto Zone Atascadero CA have been positive and pleasant. Great store. I’m particularly impressed with Hannah (a manager). She is knowledgeable about auto parts, professional, gracious and generously helpful. If busy when I ask for her she returns my cslkd promptly. It is evident she takes pride in representing Auto Zone.
I had such a great experience at AutoZone! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Hannah for going above and beyond. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. She answered all my questions clearly, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and even offered helpful suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.
It’s not every day you find someone so friendly and genuinely willing to help. Hannah turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive one. Because of her, AutoZone will definitely be my first choice moving forward.

Huge shout out to Julian, Myu & Hannah! They seriously went above and beyond to help me out while I was in a pickle! I drove in with a battery light on and my car died as soon as I pulled in! They hooked me up with a new battery and Hannah then discovered I was missing my belt!! Jillian who was off the clock and Myu offered to put a new belt in my car so I wouldn’t have to tow it. And they did a fantastic job! I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am and hope you all get a very deserved raise!! I recommend AutoZone to absolutely anyone. I had a really great experience here today, Julian replaced my car battery and did an amazing job, went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of!
Stopped in because I needed a quart of oil and not only did I get a competitively priced quart but they let me borrow a real (not paper) funnel and a rag to use in their parking lot to dispense said oil. When I went to get the oil cap off I was unable to do so just by hand and some one brought out a crescent wrench and easily was able to get it unstuck!! They were extremely helpful and eager to please. I was helped by Addy and Noe specifically so I'd like to give them praise for leaving me a very satisfied customer.
Ordered a part yesterday that i needed asap and they clearly told me it would be in this morning. Called this morning and now im being told the store its coming from doesnt deliver untill after 3pm everyday. I could have ordered the part from orielys and drove to paso ronles and picked it up. But decided that i could wait and finish clients car this morning. Now il.having to tell the cistomer they cant get vehicle back until this evening. Thanks for nothing autozone

Autozone in my home state is lit because they’re so helpful, I come here and I’m met with someone who doesn’t seem to want to help, and didn’t even try to. Look I get it, why do I own a car if I don’t know what I’m doing 🙄, but that’s where yall come into play! Im sure there was someone else working who could’ve helped me better, but with how awkward the first interaction was, it solidified my belief that the slo county people struggle to provide genuine service to the public. Tell the kid with long hair that claimed my lightbulb was “jammed” it was evident he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t want to do more than sell something to me, which was the wrong bulb!
Called to see if they had a loaner tool I needed for a future date, I believe Matt is the one who spoke with me on the phone. He provided outstanding service and took my information and guaranteed me the tool for the date I needed. Outstanding service, especially over the phone.
Upon walking in, I was greeted by all the staff. They were immediately ready to help out. Noe was so great and patient! He went out of his way in helping me exchange my blinker lightbulb, and I can’t thank him enough. I appreciate all his help.

Jake and crew are the most knowledgeable and helpful auto parts people in the business. They were juggling multiple customer orders, questions, and what have you, and no one that came in the door or called wasn’t taken care of. Even when the phone rang I saw Jake run to go pick it up. Great autozone store.
On 10/29/2022 I stopped at Auto zone to get windshield wiper blades for my wife's car. Jake helped me out and searched for the correct blades until he found them all both front and rear. He then was happy to install the blades which I greatly appreciated. Great service and decent prices.
I used to shop at GEM auto, for decades. After Kelly sold it the service went into the toilet. Auto Zone is consistent, good prices, and make ordering parts online a snap. They help keep old Clod on the road.
