Ive been trying to schedule a bulk pickup and have had no success online or by phone. Cannot find a way to talk to a real person. Keeps referring me to the main number which then refers me to information in a text----which tells me to CALL THE MAIN NUMBER AGAIN! Help!

First trash week of new service dropped full cans off at my house. They said they would replace them with empty ones never did and never responded to any emails or voicemails. Zero customer service!

Considering all the work being done on Santa Lucia Rd. WM is doing very well. However my trash containers are falling apart from hard use by your trucks.

Trash companies are a monopoly and WM is the gargantua of the business. I prefer publicly owned utilities. But in general, their service is relatively good. I have accounts in two separate cities. In Portland, OR, they are what I would call excessively expensive, but in California it is more reasonable. No doubt due to regulation.

Awful service. They have been billing me for six months for a 90 gallon bin but I have a much smaller bin. Since their computer screen says it's 90 gallons, they won't credit the bill or bring a full size bin for trash. The bin i have is so small one hefty bag won't fit in it. There is not a single place on their website to email them and explain. Their live chat functionality left me sitting for 15 minutes with no response. Called them and sat on hold forever only to be told by the rep that I have a 90 gallon trash can because her screen says so (as I stared out the window at my micro-can). Awful company that we are stuck with because they are a monopoly.

I am not able to order a roll off on line for some reason, so the website urges me to call. However, after 20 prompts and 25 minutes on hold (the never did pick up), I’ve finally given up. It should NOT be this hard to rent a dumpster over the phone. I’ll pay a little extra and go with a local company that actually cares about their customer’s time. A completely frustrating experience!!

The robot on the phone won’t connect me to a person. The call flow to schedule a pickup eventually tells me to call the local office, but the number I called originally is the local office. They should try using their own automated answering system. Its insufferable. After 6 minutes of answering questions it said it put me through to an agent, but then hung up on me.

The service is great, but I only usually use it once a month, which is financially not great for me. Wish there was a special rate for for one time pick ups every 30 days

Hi , I had a broken lid on one of my containers. Called and it was scheduled to be repaired within a day or two staff on the phone was very nice and accommodating. Really appreciate it in this day and time.

I was charged TWICE upon scheduling a dumpster, which is a cost of 581. 77. When I looked at my checking account I saw that I was charged twice. I have been calling for several hours to get a refund only to not get an actual human on the phone. Instead I keep getting a recorded message that keeps either hanging up or giving me every other option than what I need. This company is impossible to deal with as you cannot actually talk to someone unless you go into their physical location.

I remain delighted with the service overall. My only concern has to do with continuing to be unable to determine my holiday schedule. I received a text that said that my pickup day would b a day late due to the Thanksgiving holiday. But under my account on your website, it said that pickup would come on the usual day.. So, I put the cans out but the pick up was delayed a day. It would be great if these contradictions could be resolved.

Please tell the driver to avoid driving over the asphalt curb when turning from Larga onto Pequinia. The heavy truck has damaged the curb. I would have spoken to the driver drirectly but I am unavailable on Tuesday morning when the driver picks up my trash. I hope the pictures show the crushed asphalt. Thank you. Great service. The asphalt curb has been desimated. When will the curb be replaced?

The service is reliable and your workers don't seem to leave any debris at my location. I'd like to see an option for every other week pick-up, if possible, as we don't generate a lot of trash; and if we could get a smaller blue bin, and be charged less for that, too.

Terrible trash service. They lie and tell you conflicting info. Been trying to get small trash containers delivered to my new place for weeks now. No help from customer service, you can barely even hear them with the terrible mics they use. Was told my containers would be delivered on 9/11. They never came. Now they push it even further back to the 16th while my trash piles up. Only reason this place is still in business is cause theyre the only service in the area. In a better world WM would be bankrupt and shut down. They should be ashamed

This company has on 2 different recent occassions created unsafe driving issues. On 8/5 4 residential cans were scattered across 101 S through Atascadero. On 6/20 a trash truck dumped trash bags along the 101 South thru atascadero. Both times I attempted to call the company and alert them... and was unable to get thru despite multiple numbers called and pressed. All because I'm not a customer. Absolutely ridiculous, irresponsible behavior from a company. Embarrassing.

We have never had any issues and when we need answers or anything at all, we always have received it with clarity and great service! My only complaint is the constant and big cost increases! I mean I hope everyone is getting paid well now that the service cost is so high

I call them for assistance… I get someone in Arizona that has no clue about my 2 accounts! prior owners Mid State were wonderful! Local people who answered their phone for a pick up! This company is so corporate they don’t have a local call center and the person on the phone told me I should have read my flyer to understand the changes !!! So much for customer service!

Corporate executives don’t give a damn Rough take over but the local ops manager called me personally and came in his personal pick up truck to haul 5 trash bags that I was instructed to leave on the porch. 3 days prior.

You did not pick up my trash this week (Monday). I would like a special pick up, given you did not pick up my trash can. I have paid my bill. If you do not pick up, I would like a 1/4 off my monthly bill. There is no way to make a request on the phone for ordinary picked up that you did not handle. Please respond.

I am new to the area. I set up service two weeks ago. They missed pick up on one of my bins. It’s taken 5 calls so far with promises each day that the next day they will come by for it. Still no pick up. Why haven’t they offered a refund for the fees paid for services not rendered?

Did not answer my calls. Closed even though gyms are open now and I came with my mask on. Not answering calls came about a year ago when I think someone who was competent retired. I walked to their truck depot and told employees his customer service wasn't answering their phone. I walked back to my car and tried calling twice but they hung up twice. Then they answered finally and I gave them a piece of my mind. They cLaimed that they had 6 calls constantly coming in our small town so they couldn't call back for 30 seconds to tell me they had rescheduled a trash pickup that was supposed to happen this morning but they missed mine somehow. Then the girl said she didn't get there until 9 even though they are supposed to be available starting at 8:30. If I could give 0 stars I would. What are these people being paid for to eat bon bons. Above was a year ago now suddenly WM has been leaving my cans like this to find when I get home from work. None of the neighbors seem to be left like this.

Kelly is always helpful and so are the drivers. We rented a big trash dump bin for some shed clean out and we’re super happy with the professionalism of the drivers and customer service. My mom is 80 and loves to do everything in person so she was frustrated when the office space was closed but we managed to Get everything sorted out on the phone! They went over the details several times for her and Kelly was extra patient! We also have monthly service at two of our properties and they are always professional and courteous. Thanks for helping my family stay Debris-Free! We also make dump runs a few times a year and it’s always a catharsis to Let Go of Stuff and DUMP it. 🌻

I had returned from overseas to find out my trash had not been picked up for two weeks. I've called, I've left messages. They told me it was because of a routing issue, although none of my neighbors seemed to have a problem with their trash.(My can sits directly next to theirs). I have paid on time never late since owning our home (1993). I have, however, had to call several times for one reason or another to get them to fix the situation. They do not follow up, they dont do what they promise the customer, they are extremely rude to customers. You get the, "yes, ma'am, we will send a driver out TODAY" and they dont deliver on what theyve said. I dont normally do reviews but in this case, with all of the laziness and no regard to the customers, I've had enough. Get your act together. Produce the customer service your customers deserve.
