The Dynamic Duo helped me again!! Douglas & Riley are amazing & not only found the part I needed also suggested a couple other items that made the installation seemless!!! Thank you again & I don't know who owns this store now.However, whoever raised them did them you should be very proud & this business should be lucky to have them both!!! Employees like these are unheard of these days, i tell ya! I'd try to keep them anyway possible! Truly grateful boys, I'll definitely be back!!! You deserve a huge increase in more ways than 1!!!!!!

Every time I come into your store I always look for Douglas. Douglas has never not found what I needed even when other employees say they don’t have it. Great great knowledgeable guy who goes above and beyond for his customers.

I had just been pulled over across the street from the shop for my headlight that I didn’t know was blown. I pulled in 15 minutes to close and the guys at the back counter were friendly, jovial, and quick in getting me a bulb. Then a gentleman named Riley went above and beyond, deftly instructing me on how to replace my headlight and he even took my old bulb and trash so that I could be on my way. Excellent closing crew!

Normally my go to parts store.....but it needs to be said that the Napa corporation donated alot of money to the 2025 right wings nut job project......do what you want with the info...the FACTS are out there if you need to look it up.

As usual, Greg and Julie, who work the back counter, are incredibly rude to me. I bring my battery in to be charged, and they act like I'm bothering them, and usually ignore me for quite a while before barely acknowledging me. Twice now my car has died after leaving there, because they did not charge my battery, but lied and said they did. I have a battery tester, and today they did it again, didn't charge it, and Greg put my battery on the floor, instead of the counter, where they put literally everyone's batteries because they're heavy. He practically dropped it on my foot. Clearly they don't like me, but you should be able to do your job with integrity no matter what. I've always been respectful, but who said you had to like me? They act like I have the audacity to ask them to charge my battery, and lying about charging it and leaving me stranded late at night is unacceptable. I got the battery there, if it's garbage, that's not my fault. They talk smack about customers, loudly so everyone hears, and treat me like I have no right to be in their presence. The audacity is on them, not charging my battery, saying they did, with no regard to my life and what could happen when it dies, and then giving me do much attitude. I'm disgusted.

Everyone is wonderful. They are so very helpful, Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me with my battery today. I would just like to say to him,"Not all heroes were capes" As a (older) Single female,It's nice to know you can come someplace and be respected. Thank you again! Karen

Called to ask if they had my car battery in stock, immediately put me on a "brief hold" for 21 minutes, after which I gave up. No reason for a 21 minute hold ever, let alone on a Tuesday at 2:30PM.

Called was put on hold for 22 minutes. After listening to the hold music and ads I eventually hung up and called back, only to be asked to be put on hold again by a different representative. I told her I’ve been on hold for 22 minutes and just hung up and called back. She told me they didn’t have any calls. I told her I don’t know how I’ve been on hold for 22 minutes. Her response was “well that never happened, what do you want?”

I brought in two NAPA brand batteries which I purchased here to get my core deposit back. Obviously they came from this chain. If you don't have your receipt, don't expect to get your deposit back even if it's the stores brand. Pathetic customer service. Pathetic store. Not going back. 👎

I needed some taillight bulbs. I was passing Riebes on Idaho Maryland Rd so I stopped there. The store was clean, uncrowded and the staff were very helpful, and most of all, they had the bulbs. I would definitely stop in there again.

Went right in and ask for the part I needed. They had it in stock and gave me a great price. Customer services here is awesome and very professional.

I stopped by early on a very rainy morning for new windshield wiper blades. They checked to make sure I purchased the right size, they went outside with me to install them in the rain, they took all of the garbage and old blades back inside to dispose of them, and they even offered me a cupcake! Wonderful service.

Reeves was great ...I asked for some help and a very nice guy looked up what I needed..brought it to the register and even asked if I needed it carried to my car!! Always have good customer service at Reebes...

I needed new bushings for a very old trailer. They spent 45 minutes trying to find the right ones, searching stock, pouring over the computer and paper catalogs as thick as the Los Angeles phone book. They just didn't exist any more. The parts guy finally brought me some bushings that I could modify quite satisfactorily. Total price $15. This is the best parts place I've ever been to. I shop exclusively here for auto parts.

Yesterday I purchased a Product from your store. A very friendly and helpful clerk answered a few minor questions for me. Today I attempted to use this product on my car. However there were numerous questions I had NOT gotten answers for nor were they in the owner’s manual. I called your store and a clerk (Jerry) was unable to answer my questions. He finally asked me to wait while he went to get a copy of the product “off the shelf.” He began trying to answer questions and when he could not, he rudely said, “why don’t you just bring the product back to the store!!!” I then asked to speak to the manager . He also could not answer the questions and was not the least bit interested in trying to help and hung up. By the way; the product was a trickle charger! And I am the recent widow of John Post. Have a nice day!

I walk in to this joint to get some DEF fluid for my Chevy and walk to the back counter to ask how big the DEF tank is. This really young kid asks to help and when I ask him the question his reply is “can’t you just google it.” Yeah I could, but I came in to use you services buddy. This kid needs to learn some manners and what it means to offer customer service. It’s the last time I ever go back to this place. There are other businesses in the area that would be more than happy to help me out. And to think I’ve been a fan of Napa auto all these years. In truth, it’s really just about who’s working the show. There are good and bad everywhere. That’s a good lesson.

Good variety. Mostly good advise as well, allthough it really depends on who is behind the counter.. so if your not a knowledgeable mechanic and you are in need of advise it's always a good idea to do some research and double check what you've been advised to do.. If you take initiative and call around to price what it is that you are looking for they will most times price match or do better.. so it might be worth your while to do so.

Was very helpful! Was able to order a odd part and get it in on Sunday before Christmas so I did NOT have to wait 3 extra days. Thanks for putting a rush on this matter. Also the type of transmission in my VW van takes a expensive special fluid, y'all had it priced a little less than competition stores, in which I was able to purchase all I needed. New to California, new to grass valley, I now have my new part house

Super helpful staff. Needed a suspect battery tested to make sure the alternator wasn't the issue. They were nice, cam out and tested it quickly, and confirmed it was the battery. I shopped around online, the AGM style battery I was opting for was ten bucks less at Napa than Amazon, batteries plus, and others so the price was great!

This NAPA retailer is second to none in Nevada County, and they have many stores across the region. Usually, they have or can order any part you need. Their customer service is awesome and the rapport you can build with the employees is always worth it. I go here and Parts 4 Imports for all of my automotive needs. The auto part chain stores aren't worth visiting, unless it's an emergency. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When I buy parts there, they are willing to come outside and look at car to verify some nuance or other that I don't know (4 or 6 cylinder? LX? Who knows?). The store is clean and light and adequately staffed. You leave the store feeling helped. And that's good.

Very clean, accommodating inventory and friendly, knowledgeable staff. A very long history in the area which means something. If you need it, being budget minded to top shelf, they will either have it in stock, same day inter-store ship it or have the product available to the costumer the next day most of the time.
