Moved my park model for me! If you know anything about moving these things you know its hard to find a mover that's not a flake and really knows what they're doing. These guys showed up, knocked it out and made sure they took great care of my property during transport. You want someone who knows what they're doing with this kind of weight. Also, took the time to make sure the placement was perfect for us.

They should be ashamed... A modern day robbery. They are ripping people off $550 for a local tow and 1 hr in their lot.

These guys are crooks. My car was impounded. Right away I paid the impound fee of $550 and told them I was going to go ahead and abandon the vehicle. They auctioned my vehicle for 3000 and said the fees for storage were 4600 and I owed 1600. I guess the economy is so bad they have to get over on people like this.

It’s so refreshing to have a pleasant experience with a service provider when your broke down. Ryan with Advanced Towing went above and beyond to help facilitate my needs. He was polite, professional, on time and it was an over all comforting & assured experience These guys are real Pros & it shows. My wheel fell off when my ball joint broke parking in Nevada City, and Ryan had to skate the wheel and the ball joint up on the flatbed. He was kind and knowledgeable. I had called AAA and they said it would be a 3 plus hour wait, Advanced was there in 30 minutes. It was a tricky tow and the driver was patient and helpful.

Ryan helped us move our boat today- punctual, knowledgeable, fast and fair price. His attention to detail was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding service! Ryan arrived within 45 mins when no one else would come or wanted to charge you a kidney. When we called he was not sure if our rig was to big but despite this he arrived and was willing to try. We were stuck in the road. He went to work fast and efficiently to get us out of the road. You hope to never need a tow truck but when you do make sure to call the right one and call Advanced Towing and Transportation!

I had the unfortunate experience today of setting my C class RV engine battery on fire and was dead in the water. I have never done this before and was obviously not happy. While scrambling trying to figure out life and what to do next, I spoke to Brian the Main Tow Truck driver and he was over to me within 30-40 min! At that point my day was miserable. Brian showed up, smile, professional, personable and just an overall great guy. He assured me of all the things that he will make sure goes better for me from that moment going forward. It made my day and we had great conversations. Without Brian I would be in a really bad spot still but he saved the day. Super good guy and and these guys are lucky to have him managing the company without question. I cant recommend these guys enough and hopefully Brian shows up to save your day as well. Thanks! Danny

Wow let me tell you these guys are awesome and amazing. Had the pleasure of being towed by brian. He was easy to talk to and understanding. He showed up extremely fast. Had come down off the summit and still had chains on close to nevada city. A link broke but was able to fix it and right before my family and i got to nevada city another link broke and my chains damaged my brake line rendering me without any brake pressure. Luckily snow was deep enough to slow me down. Caltrans had noticed me trying to get the chains off, helped take them off then chp showed up (officer lander of grass valley station chp was amazing and is the most caring officer/chp ever) and waited with us. A tow company (i wont mention the name) never showed and officer lander recommended advanced towing and they showed up within 15 minutes and gave us a great quote and towed us to grass valley with ease. Man i wish these guys, mainly brian towed in my area but if anyone i know or anyone looking for recommendations for a tow service itll be advanced towing. Brian you're the man and keep chugging along

Today was the first time I've used Advanced Towing. They were quick kind and easy to work with. Two nice men showed up to change a tire on my new Lexus and did a wonderful job paying attention to detail. I forget their names but they deserve a great review. Thank you!

Brian handled our highly technical tow job very professionally! After our boat trailer had a major wheel issue last night, we decided to call trailer repair shops and tow companies first thing in the morning. We first called a different tow company which was too busy to help us (and gruff and rude on the phone). Then we called Advanced towing and Brian answered professionally, listened to our predicament, the fact that there would be a boat on the trailer, etc. He let me text him pictures and then confirmed that he could help us. He set an accurate estimate of when the right truck would be available for the job and gave me an accurate estimate of the time he’d need to complete the job. When we met up, he was clean cut and polite. More importantly, it was clear watching him that he’s highly competent in the technical nuances of loading and unloading unusual loads. I’m so thankful he got our boat and trailer safely to the repair shop! Thank you :)

Motorhome broke down in applegate, advanced was the only group in the area who had the ability and that I felt confident in to tow a 30ft class A. Extremely professional and courteous. Would use again.

Brian helped me out Friday evening when I got a blowout. Being a new car, there is no spare tire, which turned an inconvenience into a disaster. He showed up quickly and took good care of me and hauled my car to the local tire shop for repairs and gave me advice on food and coffee shops while I waited. Good guy, good company. Thank you for the rescue!

Kind, courteous, and fast service. Ken was wonderful to work with in a desperate time of need. Stuck on the side of a busy road after hitting a deer at night, waiting for hours for my insurance roadside assistance to help, we took matters into our own hands and called Advanced Towing, their quick response was greatly appreciated. Ken explained everything that would happen from that point on and made it very easy. The next morning they also were quick to call us to let us know our car was dropped off at the collision center. Thank you so much for all the help!

After being given a vague, open-ended 3+ hour ETA by my roadside assistance provider I contacted Advanced Towing and was given a 15 minute ETA. Ken arrived in under 10 minutes, quickly loaded, secured my vehicle, and provided my vehicle and me transportation to our destination in a well equipped tow vehicle that was effective, clean, and presentable, inside and out. It is clear that Advanced Towing takes great pride in their employees, equipment, safety, and professionalism.

We had a giant oak crush our pickup during a snowstorm. Ken did an amazing job getting the pickup towed for us..even with all the snow on the ground. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We definitely will use Advanced Towing again if we ever need their service and hope Ken will be our operator.

This pathetic excuse for a company damage to my brand new car and told me they are going to do nothing about it. The guy damaged my vehicle and immediately jumped in his car and left. The owner of the company said it just comes with the territory. This is a pathetic towing service. Do not use them if you do not want your car damaged.

Patrick did a great job towing my 7000 pound wood chipper when it had a hub failure. The wheel and hub assembly completely broke off and he loaded and unloaded it without damaging my expensive machine. I highly recommend!

Thank You.. Thank You.. These guys were PROFESSIONAL and unbelievably FLEXABLE with both their time, effort, and cost. Recently, I purchased a backhoe attachment from a California resident, but, living in Maryland kept me from being able to survey the shipping area, or being able to understand the 'hidden' variables by the shipper. NOTE: Advanced Towing was NOT the shipper, they were the Hero of this story. In short, although I specified to the shipper that they were responsible for loading/unloading an awkward 1300lb piece of equipment, they strung me along until the morning of the pickup, before telling me that I would bear the cost of a missed shipment by not having the ability to load. Don’t know who dropped that ball, but it wasn’t me. This prompted a last-minute attempt to get organizations like Advanced Towing to meet the schedule and bale me out - and THAT THEY DID. Oh, did I mention that the shipper also misrepresented the type of shipping vehicle (eg. a dually truck with a goose-neck step trailer), and instead brought a full size tractor trailer. The problem was the room to egress the property, load, and leave - the shipper was SPECIFICALLY told that a tractor trailer would not work. As such, Advanced Towing accommodated an inflexible shippers schedule, took both a truck and a fork lift as options for loading, and ultimately had to forklift the load nearly a half mile to the shippers semi, due to the shipper not being able to get to the loading area with their truck. Oh, and Advanced had to make this run twice. If I lived in California, and could have been on site, I would have fired everyone except Advanced Towing. At their hourly rate of $150-200, I cringed and waited for Advanced to tell me that our original estimate of $250-300 was now inflated to 3x that amount including: time to/from the site, waiting time, time to shuttle the equipment, etc. AFTER ALL THAT, including their inconvenience, they charged me just $375. Had a tricky situation and needed to tow a classic fiberglass kit car on 4 flats. Morgan did amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe, and handled with detail and care. Amazing customer service and unlike most tow dudes I have met, was very polite, seemed to care and communicated clearly through the whole process, even though it was a very tricky tow!
