Words absolutely fail to describe the lack of any semblance of professionalism. The level of incompetence would be hilarious, if it wasn't so tragically horrible. Avoid. Just low grade people, no accountability and less than zero customer service
VG European Auto is my go to for Mercedes parts and accessories. I have had excellent service from this seller. The parts they sell are great quality OEM Genuine and VG provides awesome packaging and quick delivery.
Ebay order came missing one item due poor packing.
04.15.24 Reply to response: I packed several hundred of all kinds of product, including half dozen Tiffany hanging lamps for evey shipper without one mishap. Lost yes, broken open? never.
We ordered a car part from this company through Amazon that we never even opened. We ended up not needing it and there was a 30 day return policy, so we sent it back only opening the box enough to insert the return slip and re-taped it. Once received by them we received notice that only the $32 tax we paid was being refunded and the amount paid for the part $319.99 was applied to a restocking fee. When we inquired about it we were told that the part was not in the box and that they received a lightweight shirt in its place and denied our refund. When we opened the box to insert the return slip the item was well wrapped and you could feel that a dense/heavy item was in the box. The pictures they turned in showed a loosely packed lightweight shirt. The receipt we have from shipping the box back to them shows the weight of 1.7lbs. Clearly the small box with a lightweight shirt would not have weighed 1.7lbs. Amazon is investigating and said they will make it right even if this shady company doesn’t, but I am writing this to protect others from VG European in Glendale, CA!!! I’ve attached the return receipt showing the weight!
I will never buy from these people again. Fake parts and terrible customer service. If you want to return product will charge you some insane restocking fee.
I need a battery for my Mercedes and some other parts. I've called them to know about it and girl who picked up the phone barely speak English and know nothing about the product they sell. She was rude and hanged up the phone in a middle of conversation. Worsted operator I've ever spoke with
They had the exact motor oil recommended for my car by the manufacturer and said they'd order a Mercedes or BMW part that isn't in stock. Just call ahead. They even helped me add the oil, opening an oven-hot, black hood. Thanks; I'll be back. The spot is hard to find, under the Western Ave bridge, accessed from the Flower side.
