Got referred to this shop by a good friend of mine and came here to get my new wheels & tires mounted and balanced. They do great work & the entire team is super friendly- 100% worth stopping by for any wheel needs

ATTENTION! THEY WILL LET YOU PURCHASE WITHOUT KNOWING IF THEY HAVE STOCK!!! I placed a $1,800 order just to be informed TWO DAYS LATER that what i ordered wasn’t in stock! but they still withdrew the money from my account WITHOUT checking inventory! now i’m out 1,800 and have to wait on a refund! I have contacted a lawyer because as far as i’m concerned, they’re posting products they don’t even have! but in the meantime BE AWARE!!

Waited days for a wheel i ordered and then I just get an email out of the blue that I was being refunded because they have low stock. Should never advertise the product if you don't have it. How about a call, just to send me a PayPal refund then a form letter is unacceptable. Don't do business with these people.

I ordered some 6 gr 10d satin magnesium rims October 28th and I'm just now getting them the manufacturer scrap The originals and did a design change. They did not $1,800 off the price for me which I thought was reasonable. I just hope they find a different manufacturer and finisher to speed up the process

Did a preorder with Ozzie several months ago, he kept me in the loop with the process and ETA of everything. Quick communication, solid pricing, he even remembered to include some lug nuts when I requested them two months ago! The custom finish on the wheels was as described and even though we ran into a hiccup, he was quick to find a solution and kept me happy the entire time. 10/10 would do business again with, thanks Ozzie!

Great people! Helped me with all the questions I had regarding the wheels. They installed it and tested and looks great on my car. Edgar is an amazing guy! Highly recommend getting your wheels here.

Best service, best prices, overall the best! Bought a set of tires, had them mounted, balanced and installed. During install they noticed the lugnuts may be too tight and swapped them out to new ones as well as tpms and valve stems! Car looks beautiful and rims were custom made so I was worried about any marks and they assured me they would be perfecrly installed...and were installed flawlessly! Absolutely highly recommend this shop for any work needed!

Ordered some copper colored wheel to put on the C8 and they came out awesome. They even ceramic coated them. Great job!

I was going to wait on giving a review because I like giving businesses a second chance but I’ve been waiting for my wheels for over 2 months and they stopped replying to my emails. Their shop and inventory is amazing but it’s all pointless if they can’t deliver or keep their word.(2yrs ago) * Update While my wheels/tire combo did take a little over 3 months to receive it, they did apologize and the pandemic did not help, the packaging was nice and they did send me an extra TPS since one failed prematurely (not their fault). They’ve also replied promptly to any question I had post sale. They should consider increasing their staff.

I don’t understand the 3-2 star reviews. I got all the answers from Osvic Galvez that I had. I had ordered some wheels from them, & it took less than a week for them to show up, plus some extra goodies, I won’t hesitate In referring them to friends/family & other car enthusiasts, I got super fast replies to all the questions I had, & never once did they take more than a couple hours to get back to me with an answer to my questions! Thank you guys!!!!!!! I love my wheels

What a great shop and experience! As soon as you step into this place, you realize you're in for something special. You're immediately greeted by a diverse and unique car collection exhibiting tasteful modifications--clearly they understand how to pair wheels, body kits, and tires. The selection of wheels displayed on the wall encompasses various styles and colors. As you make your way to the front desk, you're greeted by friendly staff that seem genuinely happy to be there. I went in to replace a set of tires and came away with a much better understanding of the differences between the factory set and my new Michelin Pilots. Needless to say I'll be going back for my next set!

A scam. Charged 2k and then they did not ship. Email comms through bot. If I hadn’t have used PayPal I wouldn’t have been refunded. Albeit, 3 months later. When I filed the dispute they contacted me saying they would send the wheels if i rescinded the dispute. These are ugly peoples.

The company staff for Daniel or think David and Eric were great guys to work with they told the wait times through December would be about 4 to 8 weeks. They took care of me and worked with my timeframe all the way from San Diego while being active duty military. (discount for active duty) I can not wait to road test these things. Big thanks to Danny for getting my Mustang all lined up with wheels and tires. I had concerns about fitment since my car is slightly lowered. I also wanted the Project 6gr Five wheels in 19” and was told right off the bat that it would be a 3-4 month wait for the 19’s but the 20’s were in stock. I’m glad I went with the 20’s. I was told as soon as the Continental tires I wanted were in (2-3 days), they would mount the tires and ship them same day. They were at my door in about a week. They really came through and the fitment is perfect! First day on the car and already getting compliments.

I was looking for a way to increase the tire and wheel size on my Shelby GT350 while retaining a stock look. There were a few choices but only Need 4 Speed Motorsports had exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Eric, and the entire process was amazing. With Covid there were some delays, but Eric went out of the way to make things perfect. With most transactions moving to the online marketplace you can start to feel personal interaction don't matter. While working with Eric, I found that could not be further from the truth. I can honestly say Eric made the difference even if all other elements of the transaction were equal. I am completely satisfied with my price, product and service. For those reasons I will always recommend Need 4 Speed and I will be coming back to Eric for wheels and tires for my future Ford Bronco.

Staff was very patient with all the questions I had when choosing a new set of wheels for my Mustang. Not only was the service great, but the wheels were packaged well and shipped with no damage and now that they are the car I cant get enough of them. Great staff, smooth service, and quality products.

Ordered a set of wheels and customer service up to the point they had my money was great. After that things went down hill. I received the wheels and immediately opened the boxes (all of which had zero damage to them) to inspect the wheels and found one of the front wheels had a chip in the custom paint I ordered. As the wheels were packaged well and there was no damage to the box nor anything in the box that could have hit the wheel, it was pretty obvious to me it had to have been that way prior to shipping them. I immediately sent a photo of the damage to Osvic Galvez who indicated I could send the wheel back for refinishing or he could see what kind of discount he could do. I asked him to let me know about the discount and it has been crickets since. Responses to emails and phone calls have stopped. Not impressed at this point. Also wasn’t aware the 6gr wheels were made in Taiwan. FYI. buyer beware.

Boy, I really tried to like these guys, but they made it difficult. First, I want to say that as far as the rims I purchased from them, I love them and have zero regrets for the rims. They look great and perform well. But, like a lot of people have said on the reviews, the company itself is terrible to work with. At first, they were great, answering all of my questions and responding back quickly. They told me before I made my purchase that the wheels were on a 4-5 week lead time in July. Cool, my plan was to put them on around Xmas time, so not a big problem for me. Well, 6 weeks passed and I still haven't heard an update on the order. I reached out to them and they told me another month. Okay, COVID might be messing things up with their shipping containers. I reach out a month later, then they told me it will ship out next week. I either kept getting that response, it will ship out next week, or never heard a response back. For 3 extra months, they kept telling me it will ship out next week and when I ask for tracking, I got nothing. I finally got the rims, FOUR months after I made I purchase, way off the 4-5 weeks I originally got and half answers when I followed up . I looked them over to make sure they are good, the rims were perfect. But I realized I was missing the overlays that I have requested. Reach out to them and they said they those are on back order as well. Great, here we go again. I called and was hounding them on it, because it was the last piece I need for the rims. It took two extra months to get the overlays I requested. I finally got them in the end of December. I decided might as well put the rims on around Xmas time, like originally planned, and put the overlays on when I get them. I put the rims on and went to put the lugs on that they sent me, the lugs didn't fit. Turns out, they sent me lugs for S550 mustang. They knew when I placed the order that I has a S197. They ended up sending me the S197 lugs with the overlays that we back order. Turns out, the people I talked to on Reddit that directed me to these guys also had similar issues with the before COVID happened. So it seems to be a reoccurring thing with this company and not a one off. If you have patience of love the wheels design, I say go for it and you won't regret the wheels. But if you don't have the time to deal with the headaches that come with this company, avoid them

I know N4S has been getting some negative feedback so I'd figure I should share my mostly positive experience. Like most say, initial communication pre-sale is second to none. Also there price beat another vendor that I got a quote from. I decided to place an Order for Project 6gr wheels (which are in very high demand) on 7/29 and was told 4-6 weeks. Admittedly I knew from that the wait was going to probably be much longer after speaking with some other Project 6gr wheel owners. I e-mailed N4S to get an update on 9/29 and received an e-mail back the next day that said the wheels would be in 10/24. They were actually on my doorstep on 10/24 in great condition. I deducted one star for the lack of pro-active communication about delays on my order.

Avoid buying wheels from need4speed, they take your money and they never deliver the wheels they always say that the wheels are coming but they never do, now you have a problem trying to get your refund back, they take more than a month to refund your money and many phone calls after and also dealing with your bank, leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I gave them one star because they sound nice on the phone, but that doesn't get you the wheels.

This company has a great product but the only thing I don’t like it the waiting time . I been waiting for the rims 60 days when they told me that it was only going to take 2 weeks max! First they told me that they were getting drilled and now they are saying that the rims are out of stock. Am still waiting for at lease a eta but is impossible . If you are in a hurry don’t go with this company .

I had a problem finding wheels that fit my car and had to return a set of wheels from a different company. I decided to give this company a shot and from beginning to end it was a great experience. This is the second time I've been screwed by this company. First when they sent me my wheels it was poorly packaged and of course knowing most companies in this generation they hate to take responsibility for their actions. Now a whole year later i needed the short valve stems that they offer with the wheels they offered to send me two for free and i purchased the others for $12. I was told by Paul it would be sent out Thursday evening (8/25) and should be at my door within 3-4 business days. Today is Wednesday (8/31) so I decided to call and check on the status of the order. The arrogant sales rep that answers the phone says he shows no invoice for the product yet my card was still charged so he accused me of lying. Paul said my card went through and even confirmed my mailing address. It's a simple mistake and humans make errors but all you have to do is apologize and fix the problem instead the sales rep wants to argue with me, raise his voice at me while I'm speaking, and in the end not have the self respect to finish a conversation like a man. The sales representatives REPRESENT a company for what it is and if there is a company that never wants to own up to it's mistakes then it should definitely never be considered as a prospective store to shop at. Well done Need 4 Speed for letting me down as well as others once again. It was my mistake to approach such a dismembered business for the second time!

I have made a purchase of a meistechaft exhaust with the remote control for open and closed transaction. Alex was very helpful, which I found weird in the way. because after the sale was completed I have received a phone call that the item is not available and I would have to wait two months. when I have requested my money back, surprisingly they had one in stock. after receiving the system and paid 500 for install. I have used it for a week and it stopped working. Alex claimed that the manufacturer want me to pull out the valves and send them out for inspection. mean while my 100k car will seat. After putting up an argument that they should send me a new part on a core exchange so this way my car does not have to be parked. they have promised me a call back on a Monday. now two weeks went on with no phone call and I am stuck with open exhaust, I have told them that I am going to stop payment on my credit, Alex ask me to give him one more day. we will wait and see what happens tomorrow. I have a feeling that stopping payment on my credit card is the only good results since the could not help me after the first phone call.
