I got into an accident recently and learned the hard way just how useless Tesla Insurance can be. They told me to find a certified repair shop, and that’s how I ended up at Renew Collision Center—one of Tesla’s preferred shops. Best decision I made in the whole mess. From the moment I called, they handled everything. They picked up my car without me lifting a finger. Arthur C was my point of contact, and the guy was solid the whole way through. He actually called me with updates—good or bad—which is rare these days. No chasing, no guessing, just straight communication. Meanwhile, Tesla Insurance was basically MIA. They didn’t return calls and didn’t even give Renew the info they needed. Because of that, when I went to pick up my car, there were a couple of small things still needing attention. I figured I’d be paying out of pocket, but Arthur stepped in and took care of it. He gave me a loaner, fixed the extra work, and two days later the car looked better than before the accident. He even cleaned up details that weren’t technically part of the job. It’s tough to find people who take pride in their work and actually care. Renew Collision Center—and Arthur C especially—earned my respect. They treated me like a person, not a claim number, and that alone separates them from most places these days. The quality of the work, the honesty, the communication… it all added up to an experience I didn’t think existed anymore in this industry. I’ll recommend them to anyone who wants real craftsmanship and real service backed by people who actually care about what they do

This review is long overdue. David and Arthur always takes care of me and my family. They are honest, professional and will do anything to make your experience seamless as possible. Arthur even opened the shop on a Sunday, his day off, to return my car to me because I was traveling and needed my car on Monday! OUTSTANDING

Renew Collision Center is by far the best auto body shop I’ve ever visited! Arthur and the team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My review is for their 3rd shop at: 4677 San Fernando Road in Glendale. I had my Tesla repaired here at Arthur‘s excellent body shop in October of last year. They did an outstanding job making it look brand new and at a fair price. It was repaired within the estimate time and I received nothing but excellent customer support the entire time. Unfortunately, my car was just very badly keyed/vandalized and I have again received nothing but outstanding service and truly excellent quality work from this fantastic shop. As I didn’t want to have to use my insurance again for this repair, he gave me a very fair price out of pocket. I have been referring and will keep referring our patient and friends to Arthur’s excellent collision center. They currently have three locations in the area, so I’m clearly one of very many happy customers. Thank you again Arthur and your awesome staff!

Its tough to come across business nowadays which have 10/10 customer service - no matter the industry, but Renew collision center was definitely 10/10. Renew Collision Center did an excellent job fixing our Tesla after it was in an accident which caused quite a bit of damage. They were extremely communicative and very helpful along the way. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs!

Wow, Norik and his team are amazing. I was rear ended and had to take my car to a Tesla-certified shop. To be honest, I was terrified to go through the whole process (first accident in my life), but Norik made it as easy and as painless as possible. He explained the process, did a thorough examination, showed a couple dents after the accident that I hadn't noticed. He even called a rental company to pick me up when I was dropping off the car (and honestly, this was such a nice gesture considering how stressful the situation was). As soon as there was any news during repairs, I was getting a call. And the best part - the car looks like new now! :) Really the best experience I've ever had with a car shop!

I was recommend to go there like 2 weeks ago for my car bumper. Norik was the one who helped me thru the process . He even cleaned my car afterwards love it Man??. Flexible too & will try to accommodate your requests. There is a parking right next to the place but better call first.

I am very pleased with how the work done on my Tesla Model 3 turned out. I was rear ended and had a scratch on my bumper and went through the other driver’s insurance to get it repaired. Renew was located close to where I live and they were a Tesla certified shop, so I decided to go with them. Arthur and Anastasia were polite, professional, and efficient in helping me navigate the process of getting the car repaired through the insurance. The bumper looks as good as new and work only took four days. I would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent performance by the Renew team on our model Y , my wife got a dent on her tesla and the team at Renew made sure we got a great price and a quality repair, we were worried that since they are tesla certified they would charge a heavy premium but they actually were extremely reasonable! When my wife came to pick up the car, Arthur made sure any concerns were addressed to our satisfaction and that we did not leave unhappy with any aspect of the repair as well. All in all, great customer service, quality work, speedy repair and a great value especially with the tesla certification! Will be coming here for all my repairs!

Norik was an absolute dream to work with in a nightmare of a situation. I was in an accident in my 2023 model 3 and he was extremely communicative and reassuring throughout the entire process. My insurance is through Tesla and they were a nightmare to work with arranging a tow, a rental, reversing approved claims, etc. and Norik + Art took care of all of it. I was given a repair timeline of 6-8 weeks given delays in Tesla parts and extent of damage but my car was back in 3. Renew delivered my car and took my rental entirely complimentary. Anastasia - who I presume holds a title of customer care coordinator - was also extremely sweet and communicative. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you so, so incredibly much.

Had a car accident my back right door was hit by a motorcycle. Renew collision fixed it . Looks good. But unfortunately they weren't that good with the electrical my back window doesn't go down and this is how they left my main front door. I don't recommend this place.

Tesla gave me a referral for Renew Collision Center which turned out to be very close and convenient to the Burbank dealership. Once I met David and his brothers, my fears vanished. They were super nice, knowledgable guys who assured me that they would get my car body work taken care of properly and on time. I immediately started getting text messages through out the week, keeping me posted on their progress. Finally I received a text that my car was ready. They did a perfect job and I had absolutely no issues which is why the next time I needed a Tesla repair I called them directly. I had an accident on the freeway in my Sonata and the entire backside of the car was ruined. A friend of mine highly recommended I go with Renew Collision Center in order to get my car fixed. Once I notified my insurance and passed on my request to have them fix my car, I was immediately taken care of. I spoke to David and Gary. Both were so wonderful to work with. They took care of the rest moving forward. From the insurance, the paperwork...from beginning to end. I can not begin to tell you how professional this company and team is! I was communicated about every step of the process and repair of my car. They provided me with realistic expectations, status updates and they followed through on everything. I literally had nothing to worry about because of how thorough and timely they operated. This tells you they have a huge amount of experience and expertise. This was my first time going to a body shop and I'm so glad they were recommended to me. I value a word of mouth recommendation. They were kind enough to drive my car back to my home in perfect condition. Also, I'd like to mention, that a couple of days after getting my car back, I accidentally closed my garage door on the backside of the bumper that they had just fixed, and I embarrassingly took it back, and they quickly fixed the small scratch.
