I brought my Ram 1500 Rebel (about 10,000 miles) to Glendale Ram because of a significant door rattle that made it difficult to listen to music and was noticeable while driving. The service manager was able to quickly reproduce the issue, which I appreciated, and diagnosed the door panel as coming apart. The repair was covered under warranty and the truck was taken in promptly. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed the replacement door panel trim didn’t match the rest of the interior. I pointed it out before leaving, and they took photos and said the correct panel would be ordered. It’s now been about two months, and the part is still on backorder with no clear timeline. I understand that supply issues happen and may be outside the dealership’s direct control. However, the repair remains incomplete, the interior doesn’t match, and the original rattle hasn’t been fully resolved. I’ve had to call periodically for updates, and communication has mostly been reactive rather than proactive. What started as a straightforward warranty visit has turned into a much longer process than expected. The initial handling was prompt, but the follow-through and overall experience have been disappointing so far.

Have consistently had issues here with service. First time they refused to service a truck which had been serviced in van nuys but was under warranty. Then after arguing they said they would. Two weeks to service. In general you’ll encounter very rude staff, overpriced fees (which seem to vary) and an unwillingness to help you.

I had never purchased a vehicle from Ellis Dodge before, but they’ve been in business for a long time so I wasn’t concerned about doing business with them. This new vehicle purchasing experience was by far the easiest, smoothest, and enjoyable that I have experienced. The entire transaction was done over the phone and the vehicle was delivered to my home. The salesperson (Dvin) made my experience very smooth. The vehicle I was interested in was in stock and Dvin provided me with the different purchase options over the phone as well as the trade in $ amount for my vehicle without having to bring it in for an appraisal. Their offer was reasonable and it was inline with other offers I had received so I knew it was a reasonable offer. Once we agreed on my trade in value and we agreed on a purchase (leasing) option, Dvin sent me the necessary paperwork online to complete. Once everything was finalized with the Finance Department (over the phone), Dvin prepared the vehicle for delivery and delivered it directly to my home which is about 40 miles from the dealership. We signed all the paperwork at my home and Dvin took possession of my trade in and drove it back to the dealership. The entire transaction was conveniently done from beginning to end over the phone and finalized in my home. This was the most pleasant vehicle shopping experience I had ever experienced. Another thing that I liked about Ellis Dodge, is that unlike other dealerships that add a bunch of hidden overpriced dealer installed items to their vehicles, Ellis Dodge did not. The vehicle was exactly as described online. I’m glad I contacted Ellis Dodge and I am very pleased with the entire purchase process and experience. Dvin was a pleasure to work with and he followed up with me to ensure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Ellis Dodge and Dvin to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Visited Alfa Romeo Glendale Service today, and this was by far my best experience! I’ve had my car for three years and dealt with three different advisors before, and honestly, I was never fully satisfied—they weren’t very patient and sometimes felt a bit disrespectful. This time, Eder, the manager, was amazing. Super respectful, pleasant to talk to, and made the whole service easy and comfortable. He even arranged an Uber and took care of all my requests. Definitely the best service experience I’ve had here so far! On a side note, one of the advisor at the front counter made me feel uncomfortable. (Left hand second,Hilbert) Almost every visit, he would give customers a measuring look, but I never saw him actually helping anyone. It felt a bit biased and really put me off.

Unfortunately I cannot give the 0 stars. I took my car because of a recall, it took the 2 months for them to call me back and take care of it. My car was almost a week there; few hours after I got my car back the check engine light turned on. I went back to take my car, and Paul made the decision that it is not their responsibility, even when that happened because they worked in my car. Paul insisted that I have to leave my car, and I didn’t want to, I don’t trust them, they are always right and not accountable. I decided to give Paul a chance, and led my car on Tuesday December 23rd. Paul told me that they are going to do a free diagnosis and he will call me on Friday, December 26. Friday, Saturday and Monday morning passed and nobody contacted me. I call and talk to a lady and she told me that Paul didn’t go to work but another person will call me that afternoon to let me know was going on with my car, because it has no notes in the system and she doesn’t know if they checked my car. Today is December, and I called again around 3pm. Paul didn’t even acknowledge that he never called me back, and in top of that they weren’t responsible for anything. If I wanted fix, I have to pay $800. I told them that it is their responsibility because my car was fine when It took it. I told Paul that I will be there in 15 minutes to pick up my car, and his answer was that my car was no ready to pick up because they took something’s apart. They took things apart without my authorization. Paul told me that it will take hours to put it together and they will closed at 7pm. Probably my car will be ready by that time or tomorrow morning. Long story short after arguing back and forth with him for 2 hours, I wanted to fix the problem and be accountable but the only thing that they care was the money! If my car is having a problem right after they give it to me they must fix it. My problem it is not the money, I can pay, but is the lack of accountability from their part. I felt that because I’m a woman they thought that I’m going to stay quiet and not do anything. I talked to Eder “the manager” and he told me that he is not going to repair my car because it is not his problem that I just want things to be done for free, also that they did the diagnosis for “free”, when Paul insisted to do it and not charge me. Eder demanded me to pick my car immediately. Suddenly my car was ready! I told him that I’m not picking up my car because he demanded it. The whole time they insulted my intelligence and talked to me in a very condescending way. Yes, I screen and yell to the because I was frustrated, and disrespected, just because they think that a women cannot ask for what it is fair. Again it is not about the money, so I decided to make a complaint in Jeep corporate office, and the Better Business Bureau. Also, I’m going to take legal actions.

Re service for a Fiat 500 - Oil change & key reprogram. Should have taken a couple hours - and the car had to stay overnight. Nothing was done to the car the first day. Disrespect for customers' time and non-existent/extremely poor communication. Avoid.

I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler in for a recall on October 20th, 2025. I was told they didn't know how long it would take and it ended up being over a week. Since this location doesn't even offer rental cars anymore (VERY poor customer service on that decision), I had to front the $800 bill for a rental car to get the recall taken care of. But don't worry! They have a sign that shows you how to be reimbursed! You can see the sign they have below as to who you need to call. NO WHERE on this sign does it say that I need to call while I'm at the dealership to get approval for a rental car. NO WHERE!!!! It also doesn't say that I need to call that number while my Jeep is being worked on. NO WHERE!! After they were done with my Jeep, I called the number, I submitted the dealership paperwork and the receipt for the rental car. Then I was told that I was denied for reimbursement because I did not call while I dropped off my car. I called the service manager at this dealership and was basically told "this is not my problem and there is nothing I can do about it, it has nothing to do with me. You just need to talk to someone else." He also proceeded to tell me "I have thousands of people that come here and have to get rental cars, and there has never been an issue." Super great customer service huh? Place the blame on the customer, as if I am an idiot, since your sign doesn't state I have to call that number while I drop off my jeep. So I did, I called their "customer care" department again and they REFUSED to let me to speak to a supervisor or anyone else other than the case manager. They wouldn't even let me talk to the case manager, you can only email her!!!!!! They said the case manager already made the decision and it can not be changed. This dealership is a PRIVATE business (aka they can make their own decisions on how to treat people and take care of them) I also drove all the way from Sherman Oaks to go to this one because I heard they were the "good dealership", clearly that is not the case when helping their customers deal with the system they choose to put in place, since their signs do not have accurate information on it. There is absolutely NO REASON why my reimbursement request should have been denied. NONE. So if, "customer care" won't help you and the dealership won't help you, even though it was not my fault that my jeep needed work done, what do you do????? Mind you , this is a leased jeep that is less than 1 years old! Might I state that this is also my 5th jeep, so not my first rodeo when getting something fixed and having a rental car that has either been given to me by the dealership or I was reimbursed. Do not go here, especially if you are a woman. They will talk down to you and not give you all the information and now because of THEIR recall I'm out $800. HORRIBLE customer service, I'm so thankful I do not run my business this way, talking down to customers and passing the buck when your signs do not have the proper information on them. It's really unbelievable. ****As of November 23, 2025, this issue hasn't been resolved AND I have emailed the Service Manager that responded to this review.

Okay… remember that review I wrote about Robert Hughes being the Sales GOAT at Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep? Yeah, well, I didn’t think he could top himself — and then he did. So picture this: I’m supposed to hop on a train to L.A. — a nice 3½ hour ride — to pick up my car. But my forgetful self completely loses track of time and misses the train. Total panic moment. I’m 250 miles away thinking, “Welp, guess this is gonna be a nightmare.” But what does Robert ‘The Sales GOAT’ Hughes do? Calm as ever — “No stress, we got you, we’ll get you the car.” I figured he meant we’d reschedule or something. Nope. This legend arranged to have my car delivered 250 miles to my house. Oh and by delivered I mean he personally delivered it to me! You would think the GOAT would be out looking for new pastures. Beyond impressed with this entire process! Too put into perspective on why I’m so hyped and excited about this is because, I have on owned an M5 and an AMG GT63, and even those “luxury” dealerships can’t even compare in to this level of service! Robert had my Jeep delivered like I was royalty. My mind is legitimately blown. At this point, I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening in the world of car sales, but I’m telling you right now — GET OVER THERE. NOW. If there were an Olympic event for customer service, Robert would be bringing home the gold. 🏅

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Robert Hughes from Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep 10 stars, I would — no hesitation. This man is the Sales GOAT 🐐 and I’m not even exaggerating. I bought a car sight unseen from 250 miles away, and somehow Robert made it the smoothest, most stress-free purchase of my life. He sent me videos, updates, and answered texts faster than my real estate agent did when I bought my house! I do not know this man personally — I don’t even know what he looks like — but if there were a Car Sales Hall of Fame, Robert would have his own exhibit. Bottom line: Robert isn’t just a salesman, he’s a full-blown experience. If you’re buying a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep and don’t talk to Robert first… you’re doing it wrong. This man could sell snow to a polar bear and still get five stars.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the service department. 1. Be warned, they don't provide a courtesy vehicle when you leave your car. Nor do they compensate if you have to rent a car. *this gives them no incentive to finish your car in a timely fashion. 2. We were given the run-around for almost two weeks. The check engine light had been on, but turned off before they could figure out what was wrong. So instead of calling to tell us to come pick up the car, they said they would need to drive it around for an "extended" period of time to attempt to get the check engine light to turn back on. Finally, I was so fed up, that I showed up at the dealership to get the car back. They didn't charge me (because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car), but we still had to fork out 2 weeks worth of rental car fees due to the service departments lack of incentive to get the job done. 3. I asked if this was a common issue that they have experienced with jeep, and they expressed that "yes, I have seen it a few times..." With such a terrible experience, we decided to trade our Jeep in, discontinue business with Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, and purchase a more reliable vehicle where the dealership will guarantee a courtesy vehicle, and the reviews aren't complaining about terrible service departments.

After 3 months of searching for the right car. I purchased my first jeep, a 2022 cherokee latitude lux in May 2025. 7 year warranty, price was VERY reasonable. I Was out the door with a new car within 4 1/2 hours. I've had this jeep for 5 months now and I am extremely happy with this purchase. Thanks to the team for hearing my concerns, questions and reasoning for a comfortable and affordable monthly payments as well.

Beware of their service department - they do not offer loaners and the two times I took my vehicle in for recalls, it was stuck there for an enormous amount of time. The first recall was for a camera update and my vehicle was there for 3 weeks. The second time was for a sway bar link and my vehicle was there for 1 week. I'm not sure how these people expect you to survive without a vehicle for such enormous amounts of time. Once a vehicle is out of warranty, even with a recall letter they demand you to pay a diagnostic fee of $315.00 first. They would rather interupt you and tell you they understand the situation before letting you explain the situation. Terrible customer service and representation.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a jeep that I purchased from Glendale jeep dealer can’t guarantee a loaner or give me a timeframe of when a warranty issue will be taken cared of! First come first serve basis! Once the car is sold basically, it’s up to the manufacturer to give a voucher for renting! I spent 80k and now 19k miles, I have to run around and worry about how long the car will be staying at a shop, been told 3 days without any guarantees! I will never buy a jeep brand especially from Glendale jeep! Absolutely a deal breaker! Shame on jeep for allowing such dealers to exist and sell their products!

My service advisor Ed has been absolutely amazing. He made sure my Jeep got the proper repairs. He was very great with his communication skills and his recommendations. I could tell he was being genuine and was doing what was best for me. My warranty company gave me a hard time paying for repairs, but he made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much Ed for helping me, this is the only dealership I will be going to for repairs and when it’s time to get a new car, I will come here specifically because of how you treated me. The advertised price is exactly what you pay – no hidden fees. Shocker! Efren, my salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with ease. Bryan, the sales manager, was also great, ensuring everything went smoothly, while Ruben, the finance representative, made the financing process a breeze. They got me a great rate on top of the great deal on the vehicle. Overall, the entire experience was much better than my other dealer experiences, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. We had a great experience here. Carlos was super helpful with our questions and helping us get a great deal on a truck. Ruben was awesome and easy to work with in the finance department. He explained our options but wasn't too pushy in trying to sell us more things. Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with us to reach a good deal. We got a better deal here than other dealers in the area. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I called the Jeep dealership to schedule a transmission change , I was originally quoted $290 for the service. Hours later I called the service department, to see if my vehicle was ready. A man by the name of Donovan, had a completely different number on file that wasn’t mine. So essentially if I had not called first he wouldn’t have been able to reach me. When asking if my car was ready, He stated that my vehicle required more oil (Jeep Cherokee) and that he was charging me an additional $210. So the grand total was $500!! I asked him kindly if he could please match the original quote. He said “best he can do” was $400 after going back and forth. He then told me he would remove the labor fee and add the extra oil free of charge. And the new total would be $345.64. However when I arrived there the document never stated a technician ever added the extra oil and the labor fee was still included. This dude tried to get me to pay $500?! And for what? I still paid the $345.64 but I have no proof if he added the extra oil. I did confront him about it. But he gave me the usual “this is a good deal bro”. What a scam. Never coming back to this place. I also asked how much he would charge for a spark plug change and the total cost would have been $1493.28. Either do the work yourself or find a trusted mechanic. Take your business elsewhere.

They were very persistent on calling me to get me inside. Once i bought the vehicle they never returned my calls. They promised me a car charger for a used Tesla. However, I called the very next day and they said they didn't have one. Then they said they would try to get one from another Tesla. Then they stopped taking my calls. They have not returned any of my calls. It's been two weeks. I was promised a charger by my sales rep and by his boss. Never again will I buy from this place.

Awesome experience. Efren their sales associate was able to FaceTime me to show the inside and out of the truck before driving up from San Diego. Had 0 hidden fees and offered $4,500 for my trade in before seeing it in person. Saved me a ton of time and the owner Ellis was a pleasure to do paperwork with. Love my new truck and highly recommend working with them. Thanks again!

Pull the service advisor is very knowledgeable as as well great customer skills I cannot say more about him and this dealership. The entire stuff is excellent. This was my third car that I have purchased from the dealership and I will never go to another location. I want to mention that the service department is the best you could get, I would like to say thank you to the person at service department that helps me each and every time. I wish I could score much higher rating than what he deserves.

The service here is so phenomenal. I come here often for my 2017 to get my oil service and never tried to ask about a new car. I've been to other Jeep dealers and they are vague. At this place not only do you feel the respect but the courteous attention. I was being helped by CARLOS who has e very positive and wise mentality. Look for him! Cool vibe and willing to help you get in to your dream car!! Expertise to the max. It's like having a good connection to your favorite spot. I'm in shock that I was able to get in a jeep with my low credit score. 👍 👌-Eddie
