We had the opportunity to work with Elena to talk about selling our car. (2013 charger). The process was not too long. After the inspection, she took us to the office to view the offers on their TV size screen. All in all the transaction went smoothly and we ended up accepting the offer. This is honestly the place to go if you need your car gone ASAP. Everyone there is so nice and super helpful. I sold my Jeep Compass for a good price and it was gone in under an hour. They handled all the paperwork, did the inspection themselves, and you even get handed a check the same day. You can see how many people are viewing your car and sending offers but you just can’t see the offer amounts. Come here if you need your car gone!
I usually don’t trust car sales/dealership industry, but EZGo changed my perception. Bryana handled my case from start to finish, even though my title situation was quite complicated. Almost 10 other dealerships immediately refused to buy my car as soon as I explained about the complexity on my title, but she knew exactly how to manage the paperwork and made the whole process very smooth. Also she was very diligent in responding my additional inquiries on time which assured me that I'm being cared as a valued customer.
EZGo's pricing process was transparent. They put my car’s inspection report into a dealer auction that EZGo partnered with, and I simply received the highest bid. I expected a lower offer due to minor damages on exterior and the title complication, but the offer was surprisingly fair and I accepted the offer on the spot.
It took about an hour from arrival to walking out with the check. Also, there was zero pressure to sell; Bryana made it clear I could decline at any point.

We had a great experience with EZ-Go! We worked with Daryna and she made the whole process so easy and stress-free. We came late in the day, and she had us in and out of there in a little more than an hour. I got a good offer, there was minimal paperwork, and EZ-GO took care of paying off my loan amount on the car. The whole thing was painless, start to finish. It's rare that I have such a good experience with a company that I actually leave a review for them. But EZGo is worthy of the review! My experience was extremely positive from start to finish. I texted with Emily to get my appointment set up, and she was incredibly communicative and had answers to all of my questions. Then on the day of my appointment, Cole took care of the rest. He was extremely friendly and made the whole process super easy, from inspecting the car to actually selling the car via auction. I ended up getting an offer that was slightly higher than what I got from CarMax and a handful of dealerships in the area. Highly recommend working with Emily and Cole!
Good offers and super quick service. Definitely the place to sell a car with no hassle. No crazy dealerships that you have to deal with just get some pictures taken and they throw it up for auction. Got a great offer on my Hyundai.

Really wonderful experience - everyone from the initial emailing to the actual inspection and selling of car were so lovely. They answered all of my questions and walked me through the process -- they're also just really nice and we chatted the whole time. Just good people. Whole process took a little over an hour (and it's free!). They definitely do not pressure you. I would highly recommend them for selling (my 2014 Mazda2 is in good hands!) Great simple and transparent service that sells your car for you in 15 minutes while you wait. They can get you more money than the dealer or carmax will pay you for a trade-in, and it’s just as easy.
Shoutout to the Glendale team! They helped me sell my 2023 Subaru WRX at a price that i was really comfortable with ! From the very beginning Giselle was the kindest person ever, took about a week to move forward with selling my vehicle. Even better that most of the communication was through text message as I get bad social anxiety. Not once did i feel pressured to sell with them and Giselle did not spam me with calls like most dealers/3rd parties do, highly appreciate that. Excellent experience selling my car with EZGo. The entire team at the Glendale office is very professional and friendly. The process they go through getting bids from their large network of dealers seems to be most advantageous for the individual seller. I got a good price for mine, and more importantly I brought my car in and walked out with check in hand in less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend selling through EZGo.
Couldn't recommend more highly. Was selling a 2015 VW Golf and EZGo made it such a seamless , hassle free process. I love their business model and I believe it gets you most bang for your buck (unless you're looking to sell your car yourself). 2 hours after I was quoted at $9.5k at multiple local dealerships, I was out the door at EZGo and had sold for $11.7. Giselle and Gil were incredibly kind and helpful and I'll be recommending to all of my friends whenever it comes time for them to sell their cars.
