Had a great experience! Trustworthy, and even took my keys to go get my car from Searcy and bring it all the way back to Conway for a great price! (beat the other place I called by far.) Will certainly give Josh a call again if I need another car towed.

My girl Had a bad blowout on the freeway and her battery died and when the tow companies that did answer said “hours wait” Josh was there in 25 minutes (communicated great the whole time) and was done in less than 10. Very affordable, great guy. Josh is the truth in a world of lies ?

The tow truck driver was so sweet! He jumped in his truck as soon as we called him and kept us updated on his progress to get our car. He provided excellent service and got our car to the service center quickly. I can’t imagine using someone else for towing! Highly recommend!
If you need a tow use this guy! Very nice and very fairly priced. A lot of tow people act like its an inconvenience to use their service but i had a great experience with them and will be using them if i need a tow in the area.

I usually never write reviews but this is such a well deserved positive review. Josh was so so kind whenever my car broke down on I-40. After hauling it to a Kia Dealership, Auto Zone and finally a car shop, all with reasonable prices, he made sure we had a place to stay and helped with our luggage. He's a life saver and I would totally recommend his services to anyone!

8 PM on a Tuesday night, Josh, the owner of Towed Recovery came to my rescue.! So thankful for his promptness and excellent service and good price. I hit a curb and busted a hole in my passenger front tire and back tire, And was broke down in the Kroger parking lot Josh was able to replace my front tire With my spare and plug my back tire and followed me Down the road until I turned to go to my house. Excellent service very kind man. It is definitely the roadside service of my choice from now on. Thanks, Josh.

You can't ask for anyone more helpful, courteous, and professional. He was not only the most reasonable quote but he was able to do it on a Sunday evening. Definitely my go to for any tow from now on. Great guy!
We were in a bind when we got the truck and trailer stuck in mud on our property. We were going to just wait until it dried out because I hate to pay the cost of tow service. We happened to see Josh drive by our house in his truck. Decided to give him a shot and well worth it. He arrived pretty quickly and had the job done in about 5 minutes, probably less than that.
Amazing service and reasonably priced. I will be using his service again for all towing needs.

Josh not only sped over to help me but also called tire shops for me due to it being so late and close to closing time honestly I would not have gotten a tire that night if it wasn’t for his kindness and care for others.
Anyone with a truck might be able to tow your car but I promise you that you would be missing out if you didn’t call Josh and his company first.
I am so appreciative of the human element and experience of this incident that I literally smile when talking about a blowout after a 13 hour work day like it was my darn birthday.

I cannot recommend a person more highly than I would the owner of the company. He has “old school” passion to help that is hard to find, especially in his line of work. I called to pay someone to tow our car, and what I got instead was man that showed up in 20 minutes and took an hour of his time to fix our car. The world needs more Towed Recovery’s or people like the owner, Josh, to run the rest of them. Thank you Josh! God bless you!
A couple years ago I had some issues and called Josh for towing. He was prompt each time, extremely friendly, and made otherwise unfortunate experiences go very smoothly. I’m glad I saved his contact info because tonight I broke down again and the service was just as excellent as I experienced 2 years ago.
I’d thought I’d left a review back in 2021 because I was very thankful for his help then, but glad I realized I didn’t and can at least leave one this go round. 10/10 would (and absolutely will!) recommend Josh/Towed Recovery to anyone I know in the Central Arkansas area.

I cannot describe how thankful I am for this service. A bad day was made slightly better by fast service and a very polite and helpful man. Not overly expensive, very fast, recommended a good tire shop close by, and even called a bit after he left to make sure I made it back on the road safely. If I ever come by this situation again close by- I know who I’m calling!
I have used Towed Recovery multiple times. Twice I locked my keys in my truck at the car wash and both times I was greeted with a smile. He arrived faster than I was expecting too. I've also used them to fix a flat and I have never seen anyone change a tire as fast in my life! Super friendly service. Very professional. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.
