I bought a chrome mount and some of their challenge coins for my motorcycle to display my Veteran pride. The owner helped me pick the right items and made some great recommendations. The quality of everything is top notch and the customer service was above my expectations. Definitely worth the purchase!

Great products...great price.

I did alot of research trying to find a birthday gift for my Veteran spouse. I wanted to get him something for his Indian Cheiftan that represented him personally. I came across Motordog69 website through a google search. Did some fishing through all the items and saw a challenge coin and a gas mount cap. On the site it states will fit Indian Cheiftan. I emailed the owner John and we talked about the piece before I purchased it. I was convinced it was a good product. The price was high but for a nice memorabilia for my vet I didn't care. It came in the mail in a timely manner. The gas cap mount was the size of a half dollar along with the challange coin. I gave it to my spouse on his birthday and we looked at the bike and tried to mount it as direction states. Well, we ran into a huge problem. It was not an appropriate fit for his bike. It was smaller than the factory gas cap and definitely did not fit. I had company over that night and I was frustrated knowing I spent over $100.00 for sonething that I was told would fit. I emailed John and he called me personally. He stated that I should exchange the piece for the universal part that will fit the horn, the gas tank, or the air filter cover. Well I was optimistic and said ok. Lets try it. I sent the piece and recieved the universal part. Again, it was the same product. Did not fit any where on the bike and a big waste of my time and money. I called John and emailed him. I stated the piece does not fit and at this point I want my money back on the universal piece. We will keep the coin because its great. John stated I cannot get my refund because I am out of the 30 day return. I find this irrelevant, as I was told to try anothet product and was told it would fit. This should of kept me in 30 days with the universal part. Knowing the product does not fit I returned it with a letter to John. I still have not received a refund, an email, or a phone call. Very bad business. I felt like John is all for the business and not about customer care. If the refund went through, I would still right this review, just a different ending. Very unhappy customer. Unhappy Iraq Veteran with the product Motordog69 is selling for Indian Chieftan motorcycles. John. I have not recieved anything from your business. Not a gift certificate, not an email correspondence, not even a letter in the mail after return of the 2nd attempt for a perfect fitted piece. Im sorry you do not like my review, it is 100% honest and again we purchased a medallion for his bike somewhere else and it looks fabulous. Sorry ypur establishment did not work out with that piece. The coin is great. Again. As of today July 18, 2018 I have not recieved a refund or even a gift certificate and I returned the product a few months ago.
