I came to do business with this company a few weeks ago, I paid over $600.00 for a vehicle to be released. The owner, some older woman with short hair comes out the back and says your not legal, I don't do business with you people, i pay to much in Insuranceto see you people doing it..... something to that affect. I tell her I have everything I need to do business legally, but that's fine I'll just take my money back. She then takes pictures of me and my vehicle and reports me. The only thing I needed to do was register, my business is registered with the state, I have all the insurance requirements needed to do what I do for a living. Registering cost me $125.00. After further research and talking to a few black owned companies, they all report a woman with short hair being rude as well. The way she got angry & rude and started talking about her personal legal bills she has to pay, I don't recommend doing business with this disrespectful, rude company.

I can't thank or praise them enough I called with a blown radiator from work at another service place and they towed us and replaced it in 4 hours knowing we needed to get back to work! Then we were worried a few days later and they checked us back over no issue. Very kind in the office and Steve is extremely knowledgeable!

this place need to be shut down, i had a man speed walk his chest into me almost knocking me off my feet. the other 2 workers cussed me out and this all because i want my property out my car!!

Tracy and Steve treated us very well. They are amazing people and absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend using them. They were willing to go above and beyond for us.

This lady is so rude. it’s like she has a little power and runs w it. I am an insurance agent and I have had several customers that she has gone out of her way to make a bad day worse… we have customers that her towing company was called out the wreck and they have insurance, they just had an accident and they’re just trying to collect their items from their car. She gives them the run around, she calls our office is rude To every single person in our office and to our customer.. i’d like to see her be taken off the rotation I’m sure there was of Conway. Do not want the residence being mistreated like this.

Excellent work to repair my 2018 F-250 6.7L. Feb 2024. They proved to me they stand by their work because they assisted me when a OEM part broke again Dec 2024. They worked with the dealership to correct the issue with the defective Ford Radiator previously installed correctly by Steve Auto. I really appreciate Tracy and the team at Steve’s Auto. I highly recommend this business.

Your drivers pull out in front of vehicles on Highway 64 at very low speeds causing the drivers on the highway to slam on their brakes on a fairly regular basis. Highly encourage this get fixed before other agencies get involved. Or someone gets in an accident and my post warned you about the issue.

Ronnie is the best! He got my car a new starter in 1 day then did my ac. I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. Steve’s auto has wonderful to me. The staff in the office has been polite and courteous.

I recently had an auto accident and my jeep was taken to Steve’s Auto Center. Start to finish it was the best experience! Their wonderful staff kept me updated every step of the way and my jeep looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I will recommend Steve’s to everyone I know!!

Amazing service and fair pricing! Got my car’s laundry list of problems fixed up in one day and it was such a relief! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Edit: for some reason my review was removed but I will not let this down. So although this happened 2 years ago my review was just added again. Never go here if you have a choice in the matter! They are extremely immature and unprofessional. I brought my mother in to get her van out because it was impounded by the CPD. We went through a lot of trouble to get up the ridiculous amount of 450$ to get her van out. (Being charged for the weekend when they were closed so we had no option to get it out on those days). When I was finally able to get the money up the bank would only allow me the to pull out a limit of 400$. So I took that and another 20$ bill I had to Steve’s. When we entered with my three children she automatically told us to leave if the car was not in our name. It was in my mothers name so I was headed out with my kids but I needed to explain my situation and ask if it was ok that we were 29$!!!! short! She said no she HAS to have 449$ in cash or we pay for another day until we have it. THE WAY SHE SAID IT was very rude and hurt my feelings. She had no compassion or understanding of our situation and denied our vehicle to us for 29$! Because of my feelings and opinion (THAT IM ALLOWED TO HAVE) I left a one star review on Google. No comment just a one star. She then comments ???? During this time we have gone to get more money. When we get there about an hour later she immediately attacks my mom as she enters the door. Telling her that because of my one star review they are going to post her mug shot and blast her all over fb. My mom is shocked and starts recording on her phone. The owner and her husband continue to make my mom feel like complete dirt and threaten to black mail her if I didn’t delete the review. Mind you I have proof of all this! Her husband comes out to get a copy of my license because my mom only had her ID and a valid license driver had to pick it up. As he comes out he starts complaining to me about my review and my mom catches me up on all that has been going on inside. He is very nasty towards me telling me that he’s going to post all my mom's info on fb cause of my review. I told him I have a right to review based on MY opinion and experience and it was not even about the fact that they denied me the vehicle over 29$ it was the fact that they were very rude and you can see from her comment below and other reviews that this is obviously a problem. You both (owners can be easily looked up) need an attitude check and learn how to be kind professional people at your business! I understand that you are just trying to do business and have a contract with CPD and none of our problems are yours etc but that does not mean that you have to be MEAN! You have no idea what ppl that have their cars impounded and arrested are going through! And most businesses that receive bad reviews try to make it right not be childish and get all defensive! Threatening defamation of ones character. Unbelievable! And I see this isn’t the first time. You always seem to call someone out about their impound if they leave a bad review. Or act like they "accidentally" left a review for you cause you don't have them in your system. You're both a joke! And I hope You do realize how UNPROFESSIONAL you are! DO BETTER!! Also I wasn't upset that I "had" to help my mother pay to get her van out. I would do anything for my mother. I was upset that you denied the vehicle for 29$!! And you're wrong about taking it up with CPD. We all know damn well that you can lower your price if you want. Has nothing to do with CPD and "what they charge". That's your problem. You didn't want to! No compassion. You're only in business because of your contract with CPD. Not your rep! You've both ruined that for sure. Hats off!

I took my vehicle to here because of a review. So please listen to this one. No prior work on my vehicle. The first issue I was told it was a bad fuel injector and they fixed it but after, my vehicle was making a noise and oil smell the same day I received it. Each time I tried to work with them it’s something else they worked on and charged for but still having same problem noise and oil smell. They acted polite and assured me they went over their work and found nothing missing or loose. Had my vehicle looked at by another shop and they found several bolts and clamps missing or not tightened. No Never again will I use this shop.

From first contact to finish, excellent service. Small accident on the interstate and they were the tow service that 911 sent on scene. I also needed a body shop, so the driver Mark told me they had one and I simply said tow it there. After getting settled, I called the shop to make sure my car arrived and spoke to a couple different people that were so helpful and even sent pictures to me as everything happened so fast and I wasn’t able to get all of them. They informed me of a time frame as to when to expect any information and when that day arrived, I was contacted early that morning. They had all the information to my insurance company that day. My car was ready before I even received the check from my insurance company, just at a week!!!! That’s right a week!! I picked my car up yesterday and I am so thankful for the service I received from this business all the way around!!! Will for sure spread the word!! Thanks to all of you!!

Terrible customer service, I got into a really bad car accident where someone ran a red light and t-boned me. I had to be rushed to the emergency room, so I wasn’t able to grab a lot of my belongings out of the vehicle before this tow company came and took my car, I left my keys in the ignition, which also had my house key and other keys I needed for work and as I tried to get them the following day, they tried to take advantage of the fact that I was from Louisiana and state rules and laws that weren’t actually real, saying that I can’t get my belongings until the bill was paid, or until the insurance from the other party said that they would cover the fees, I got in touch with the board of Arkansas and they stated that I was in fact able to get items from my vehicle but it was only 9 specific items. Even after presenting them with this information they still refused to let me get my keys, Conway PD had to get involved. If you ever get into a car accident I highly recommend calling a different tow company.

I had a horrible experience at this tow shop. They wouldn’t let me remove my house keys or take pictures of the vehicle because we have not filled an insurance claim but had everything else that was needed. When we called the board of the state they said you were allowed to get 9 items out of the vehicle without an insurance claim and then they demanded that the car be moved off the lot because they were caught being money hungry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY PROVIDED HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Pretty rude on the phone when simply asking for a quote for damages. Decided to use another source. Update to Steve's: I called during regular business hours and asked to bring my vehicle in for an estimate. I had two estimates already. Person on the phone said only went through the insurance company and did not want to give me a quote. I realize there is a system used by the insurance, but if I decided to not make a claim, I would have paid for it. It was my choice to choose who I work with and I chose another location.

Steve’s auto did an awesome job servicing my vehicle. Front the front staff, to the gentleman working on my vehicle, they were all a delight to work with. They called and discussed everything with me before doing anything to my vehicle and got it completed very quickly.

We had a timing belt replaced- that part went well! They allowed us to purchase parts prior and bring in! They also were fast in repairing our car! Price was fair! Our issue is that the oil was changed without permission or prior authorization. The current oil still had 7k miles left of use. Our Honda also recommends 0w-20 which is full synthetic which is stated in our owners manual in the glove compartment of the vehicle. They replaced our oil with semi- synthetic oil and charged us $50 for this surprise and told us to change it again in 3k miles! Now we are on a family vacation about to take time out to change oil- again!

I’m from Waynesboro Ms, I work in Conway! My vehicle broke down last night, I called Steve’s this morning at 8:00 on July 29,2022... They were literally on the scene to tow my vehicle within 10 minutes. At 12:00 they were calling to notify me of my vehicle being ready to roll! Great services, friendly, good hospitality! Steve's Auto was AMAZING! They went above and beyond. I needed my van hatch repaired. Knowing that I had children, instead of just asking me to drop my van off and leave it for several days, they worked on fixing the problem right then so that I would not be without my main vehicle. The staff was so kind!

They are awesome very professional, The mechanic Ronnie worked on my Monte Carlo and he did an awesome job I will definitely take it back there when I need more work done

If you are ever in a wreck and Steve’s has to tow your vehicle, make sure you get all of your money out of the vehicle. My change (coins that totaled at least $10) was stolen out of my car before I had a chance to clean it out. Not much money at all, it’s just the principle. When a person is already going through a horrendous experience such as a wreck, don’t make it worse by stealing from them. Or how about, just don’t steal at all. Now, I know why the receptionist was so adamant about me giving verbal consent to move the vehicle to the other repair shop. She knew that my coins had been cleaned out. I hope the money brings you joy!

Tracy with Steve's went above and beyond to help me get an issue resolved with the dealership. They repaired my car last November, when I had an electrical issue not related to the accident they ran the code, called the dealership and provided me with all of the supporting information to get my car's warranty to cover the issue. This is the third time I have had used them and each and every time has been a professional, reliable outcome. They most definitely provide excellent customer service and did a great repair job!

Steve's Auto went above & beyond! I am from out of state and had purchased a vehicle at the local auction. I called Steve's Auto and spoke with Tracy, who was very accommodating to my requests. They towed my vehicle from the auction back to their facility and performed a safety inspection. I spoke with Steve, the owner, and he is not only a knowledgeable automotive repair expert, but he was willing to assist with any and all questions I had. In our short conversation I could tell he takes pride in his business and I knew I would be in great hands. The following day I had one of my employees fly into Little Rock. They picked my employee up from the airport and brought him back to their facility to retrieve the car. Steve and his crew made sure the vehicle was safe for my employee to drive from Arkansas to Florida. Their customer service is outstanding and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. I highly recommend Steve's Auto. Thanks again Steve and Tracy!

I am super pleased with this place! My muffler was basically coming off of my car and I chose this place and do not regret it. I walked into a super clean facility and they came in assessed my car, was very honest with the damage and gave me a price I was very pleased with. Not to mention they had it done within the hour. I will recommend this place to everyone from now on.

I have used Steve's Auto numerous times and I couldn't be happier. I have had body work done a few times and they have always got me in quick and done an amazing job. The owners are very helpful, take your needs and wants into consideration, and work around your schedule. The employees are very professional, make you feel at home, and are helpful as well. The tow service has been an experience that is the best considering the situation. in stressful situations, they always make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this business for all your needs.

DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE Had them tow my daughters car in to figure out why it would not start. A few days later they call to inform us that the head is blown and it will cost over $2500 to repair and the car is not worth that. When we asked how much we owed him for his trouble, he said $120.00 or you could sign the title over to me and we will call it even. RED FLAG immediately! We went up there within a few hours of that phone call to pay for the tow, and let them know we had someone else coming to pick up the car for a second opinion and found that they had gone through the glove box, dumped it all out and found the title to the car which was sitting in the drivers seat. They were extremely RUDE when we paid them. Had the car towed to a different shop and they called us a day later letting us know that the only thing wrong with the car was it needed a new starter and there were parts (power steering hose and reservoir) missing off of the car, which means Steve's was removing parts from the car that had nothing to do with the repairs needed. My daughter is a single mother who like most of us cannot afford to buy and new car or a $2500 mechanic bill, and these people were going to just steal her car right out from under her by convincing her it was un-fixable! DO NOT TRUST THEM we have been doing some checking into them and have heard this is very common occurrence. **** side note*** apparently if you are brave enough to post a negative review and make complaints about them they call you and threaten you. They internet stalked my profile and made threats towards myself and my work and said he would come after my cars. Shameful!
