I was involved in a minor accident and had front-end damage repaired on my 2015 Chevy Silverado at Pro Auto Body Shop in Conway. They did an outstanding job, the truck looked as good as new when I picked it up, and they even detailed it. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and working with both Pro Auto and my insurance company (Farmers) was completely painless. I highly recommend Pro Auto for any body or repair work you may need.
Everything about this place was great, the service department, the front ladies, everyone was great!!! I couldn’t ask for more from anyone, my truck was better than before I was hit , everyone really was really kind and supportive to explain each step and even helped me with the process with the insurance mess, since I had never done it before, by myself!! I just can’t say enough good things about everyone!!! I wouldn’t recommend any place else!!!

Having your vehicle fixed after a wreck is never a fun experience, but Amber and the rest of the team at Pro Auto have absolutely made it as painless of an experience as possible. They were responsive, the work was done quickly, and the results are as good as new. They even managed to get all of the dog hair out of my interior with the complimentary detailing, which was unexpected and extremely appreciated!

The adjuster Mr Adrian, was very helpful and professional as was Mrs Amber, the do all lady. Mr Neil (Owner), was nowhere to be seen, which is a testament to having a reliable crew.

Top tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it! Thank y’all so much, and I hope this review helps a wonderful business get more soon-to-be happy customers!
We used ProAuto for some body work after an accident. The staff were friendly and good to work with. They stayed in communication during on quotes, parts, etc. The truck was finished when they stated and looked great.
They were very professional and made sure to do the job right. It took a little longer than expected but it was because they had to do double the work. They made sure to fix it right and I appreciate that. They did keep me informed and kept the rental company informed for me.
Excellent customer service! The body and paint repairs to my vehicle are undetectable. It looks like new again. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great job!
