Was quoted $500 for a tow from Conway to Perryville, from Hodges. These guys came and did it for $180! Polite service, easy process, and at a great price! Highly recommend!
My car made a noise and I was afraid to drive it home. Called them and Brandon was here within 35 minutes!! He told possible things that could have caused the noise. Got my car home safely. Thanks so much for today!!
Today I used this unprofessional excuse of a tow business today to tow my truck to an automotive shop in Conway...got to the shop and my front license plate was hanging off and it wasn't like that before he picked up driver talk so big about taking pics but didn't manage to get that in the pics I guess?then I called the business and the owner hung up on me trying to defend his driver like I can't prove what I was saying was true ...pics don't lie...I spent $245.01 for that tow ..cash...easily could have given me some money back but IF YOULL HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER I DONT EXPECT YA TO FIX IT‼️ DONT USE THIS PLACE THEYLL DAMAGE YA RIDE AND PLAY VICTIM.....the universe will fix it tho I promise NO HEART IN YA TOWING OR BUSINESS PRACTICES‼️ I don't care what ya type you wasn't there and he's a liar but I have videos and pics ya just don't want da 1 star ya earned ya deserve a 0....bet if ya call the automotive shop they'll tell ya I wasn't irrate...ppl lie and yall lie and mess up shit I bet ya wont post them pictures cuz I've got some that will tell the story...watch how the universe comes to visit yall business in a negative way...customers always right especially with picture evidence ?watch...I bet the $245 I wasted

We’ve used them several times for our pump trucks for our business, fire trucks for the fire department and even after a wreck in my daily driver!! They’re always quick , respectful, and not overpriced!! Will always call them! 10/10
Had issues with a rental car in Heber Springs. Heart of Arkansas Towing and U-Haul drove and hour to pick up the rental car and us. Driver had to drive us an hour and a half to the airport to get us a new rental and drop the car off. We had a wonderful conversation during the drive and listened to some awesome Country Music. Kudos to him and the Company he works for. ?
My son's truck broke down on the interstate tonight. I called 3 other places that didn't answer the phone even though it said open 24 hous. These guys answered and picked up my stranded kid within 15 minutes. Thank you!!

We've used HEART of Arkansas to help keep our business parking lot available for customers during Toad Suck for two years and they're always the most efficient in town! The dispatcher makes the process super easy & the driver shows up quickly.
Had the displeasure of speaking with Laurie today. I was in need of a uhaul, however she acted as if that was an inconvenience for her so I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want to avoid nasty attitudes and unsatisfactory customer service.
My truck was having a brake issue today. They were there in 30 minutes and took it to the dealership for me. Very good experience and will highly recommend them to anyone.
As my son was leaving the house and me following… this guy blows through a stop sign exceeding the speed limit. My son is in front of him. We get onto Acklin Gap and tow truck Billy here thinks because he has his lights on that he can tailgate my son and then attempt to pass him on a double yellow!!!! Acklin Gap is not the place to do this and is double yellow for a reason. Let me remind you bud that your are NOT an emergency vehicle that can blow stop signs at a high rate of speed and put other drivers in danger trying to pass them.
Got a tow from Blackwell to Bryant with a broken down vehicle. Tom was the most professional and nice tow operator and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation on the ride back to Bryant! If I ever need a tow I will always contact him!

Had a bad blow out and brake line was torn. They got to me as quickly as they could and got me exactly where I needed to be. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I do then they will be my first call!
I unexpectedly had a tire blowout but luckily got my car home. I needed my car towed to the nearest tire shop, and when I called they sent Kyle (the coolest guy ever!!!) to help me tow it to the next destination. He was very quick to come right away, super friendly and professional, not to mention he provided exceptional customer service. I will never use another towing company! Thanks Kyle! :)
Very sweet and friendly people. Towing they are always very quick to get to you and get your vehicle picked up. Uhaul rental they helped me extend the rental and let me drop off after hours. I will definitely recommend and refer to anyone who needs towed or uhaul rental. Lori and Rick always make sure you are taken care and you feel like family.
Overall excellent experience. We broke down in the middle of nowhere and the driver (an older gentleman named Kyle) found us with no issue. He was super helpful and friendly. Held conversation with us the whole way back. For a sixty mile trip to us and back to mayflower it cost around $240. These guys made a rough day much better!
They were prompt and very professional. No hassle and reasonably priced. It was an all around good experience from the person I spoke to in the office to the driver that picked up my vehicle. Highly recommended.
Ryan at heart of Arkansas saved my entire trip from Memphis to eureka springs. He went above and beyond the extra mile to get my girlfriend and I off the road safely and back on. He even led me to a hotel after the whole ordeal to make sure we were safe. Price was amazing as well
They came out in the middle of the night and help me and my husband on one of the coldest nights this year. They were great and very helpful will never use anyone other then them. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either.
Big thanks to Lori and her crew for getting us back to work so quick! We had a truck break down in the middle of town and they had it towed out of traffic in no time, called within an hour to let me know what repairs were needed, and had it back working for us in less than a day!! One of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time!! Highly recommend!!!

I’d like to take a minute and express my gratitude to this business! My family and I were traveling from Rogers to Jonesboro when my truck broke down in Conway! So thankful Rick answered the phone that Sunday evening when everyone else was closed! The tow truck showed up shortly after hanging up w Rick! A special thanks goes to JR who hauled the truck all the way to my house at 2am! Great business, great people! Definitely recommend these guys!!
