Had the alternator I needed and it was 75% cheaper than O'Reillys and came with the same 1 year warranty they offered. I will always use them when I'm in the area. Good customer service and very professional!!

Bought a part for my car and the part i had bought was messed up and they ordered another one for me and the cost was a little more but they made it right. I’d recommend this place because they have parts that’s most other places around the state don’t have and they are reasonably priced to

I’m highly disappointed in the customer service I received from Chris. From the first day he was very rude. I tried to purchase a motor was told it would be delivered Thursday. Never came and I left two voicemails. He contacts via text asking if I want the motor still 4 days later and said I should contact another sales rep next time instead of him. He was the one that lied about getting it Thursday and never returned any of my voicemails. This is what the audacity he to text me! Very upset and he is very rude and should not be a sales rep or an employee.

Man I tell you what i used to do a lot of business back when it was preferred now it's switched over to LKQ customer service is terrible nobody ever answers the phone doing business with them is a pain in the butt it's not even worth your time to call because you know nobody's going to answer the phone plenty of other salvage yards to do business with goodbye LKQ.

I called them to see if I could get an ac compressor and mentioned that this is my first time reaching out so I don't know how it works when it comes to getting parts from LKQ. The guy who answered the phone seem to be in a foul mood. Was impatient from the start and had an obvious condescending tone. I just got my dealership license was going asking about opening a shop account and asked if he can explain how it works getting one. Now I am aware that my questions were broad but it was due to me not having experienced with this company before but the guy seemed to get really annoyed that I didn't know what I was asking and wasn't helpful to get us on the same page. I was getting angry and hung up. I am a pretty reasonable guy but I got pretty angry and couldn't let myself get into an argument with this guy and set the rest of the day with a foul attitude so I hung up. If you record your phone conversations then look up the call I made on April 15th at 9am and see if you would like to be talked to the way he did. I am aware that I can be naive on how things work at times so I was patient at first because it may of been a dumb question but this guy's attitude just kept adding to the tension for the entire conversation.

I ordered a cluster gauge for my truck with a Tran temp but I didn’t receive what I paid for. Not only did I not receive the part that I ordered but my refund is going to take 7-10 business days which is way to long. There quick to take your money but take forever to give it back

I would’ve given it 5 stars if the guy that just rudely answered the phone 3 minutes ago wouldn’t have been so rude and condescending. I’ve always had to call for parts for my husband and never had an experience like today. Started questioning me rudely and told me his name and that I needed to introduce myself, that I was calling the sales at LKQ I understand that but there is a way of asking or saying at least “whom am I speaking to?” Or something like that. But instead he said here in Arkansas we introduced ourselves first I apologized for my rudeness and not giving him my name as soon as he picked up the phone but I did say “hi, I am looking for a part for a ford F-250” he literally stopped me more than a couple of times. Asking where I was calling from, told him from where, if I had bought anything there before, if I had called in from another number which I proceeded to try and explained I had and yes I had another number and that I was ordering for my husband because I was trying to help. He wanted an account to which they have never ever asked that before and I don’t usually keep at hand because I’ve never been asked that. Requested my husbands name then he proceeded to give me an address, had to give him mine till the point I got exasperated and just like he was asking pony black and rudely I asked him if he was going to help me and see if they had the part so I could tell my husband to go buy it in person to which he responded in rudely and condescending manner that he was just trying to help me and making it easier for me but hey oh well. And I quote. Asked me for make and model somehow he understood everything I said until then so I then pass the phone to my father which he is the one that needs the part and my husband is the mechanic, he was also very rude to him. I do not understand why companies as this have people with such poor customer service. I completely forgot the name of the gentleman that always helps me and always been treated by him not only kindly but with patience and respect. I understand we are all humans but sometimes if you are mad about life do not take it out on other people, specially if you work in sales and customer service. I don’t know if it was because of my accent or he literally though I was an scammer but at the end of the day I didn’t need that type of treatment just because I didn’t say hey this is so and so and I need this and that. I’ve always been ruled by do not do to others what you don’t want those others to do to you or you get what you give and unfortunately this was not what I was giving or expecting. And yes I’m completely aware that I’m complaining on this person but it’s not personal. I myself worked more than 10 yrs in sales and customer service and I was always polite, let the customer voice their concerns or listen to what they were looking for to understand what their needs were. Even when the customer or person was Blatantly rude towards me I never lost my composure, not only because they are a customer but also because I was trying to de-escalate the situation or the issue and be able to help them like they should’ve in the first place because some of them where coming from the same branch at another location and they were more than frustrated because they got a sales rep or customer sales rep like the one I got today. How do I get in contact with a supervisor? Because he told my dad to just go to Walmart. All I know is he when he told that to my dad he spoke in Spanish. So frustrating just found out his name is Phillip.

Parts came in and they were the wrong part, salesman did not know what he was doing and was very rude and that's being polite, called and said they were going to send back the parts and never took the time to look at it to see if it was the right part then tried to get me to purchase a part that I didn't want very unprofessional

Always love going to these guys for (ALMOST) any used parts. If I can't find it, they can find somewhere that has it for me and will get it delivered. That feature is appreciated by many.

They sold me to bad motors. The second had to have a lots of new parts I asked for them to pay fir them or help out and they said no. The guy literally threw the paper work at me. Do not recommend them at all.

Great place to get used parts when your in a bind and need something fast. Staff is fast and helpful. If your buying used parts, I would definitely recommend LKQ.

Phillip was AMAZING!!! We drove two hours to pick up the needed part. When we found out the part that they had in stock wasn't the right one. He worked numbers and made sure we had the part and had it shipped to our house. He made sure we left happy! Thank you Phillip!!!

Horrible. Absolutely awful. Ordered a part several times before it was finally received. Also had to follow up numerous times to make sure the part was on its way! Finally...... it arrived. Need to worry about the customer and their satisfaction before counting dollar signs.

Great people, great and fast service! They knew what information to ask me about the tire rim I needed and got me one that was decent for a nice price in comparison to what I would've paid for a new one. Even gave me a good recommendation on who to get it changed out with! Great place for used auto parts!

I drove an hour to look at a jeep listed online at the Conway store and I spent 18 minutes on the phone. Once at the store they to me it's not there stock number.
