I had a great experience with this junkyard. Not only were their parts affordable and easy to find, but they also went above and beyond by doing maintenance on my car. I needed a new hood, bumper, headlights, oil change, and AC repair. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They fixed what needed fixing without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a place that offers both quality parts and reliable service under one roof. Highly recommend for both car repairs and used parts! Shoutout to Kevin the mechanic and the receptionists for the exceptional customer service.
West valley used Auto parts are great. My daughter has 95 jeep. After hitting all the major parts store with no luck I found the parts at west valley. They are super nice and went out of their way to find what I needed. I won't go anywhere else unless I have to. I highly recommend West Valley used Auto parts

Was told they had an engine with 170k miles and one with 93k miles drove an hour to find out the 170k mile engine had closer to 300k and the 93k mile engine had 122k and only found this out through car fax these people have no clue what the true miles are or if they even run clown show for sure ,I’ve been a mechanic for 37 years and was blown away how clueless these folks are
Came down to Desert Valley for an odd ball part for my Escalade (Turn Signal Socket). While I didn't find it, Kevin walked the yard looking for it, after he couldn't find one he took to the internet. After about 30 minutes of hunting, he determined that my odd ball part was also used by Ford. He had a Ford (Lincoln MKZ) vehicle in the yard, and to my surprise, that Lincoln HAD a turn signal socket that fit my Cadillac! Problem solved! I appreciate the time and effort from Kevin, and I will be giving them my business in the future! Five Stars! Semper Fi!
REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I needed a little something extra for the motor they found it and gave me everything I needed to convert a 3.0 to a 3.4 motor. We will definitely use them again! Thank you Kristen and Nikki!
This place may very well be the greatest salvage yard in history. The staff was so helpful and I'll no doubt return when I need auto parts in the future.

AMAZING service from the moment she picked up my phone call to the moment I walked out the door. She told me on the phone they didn't have the exact spare tire I was looking for but to bring my car down and they'd measure for me and get me squared away. They were busy when I got there but I was helped immediately and noticed everyone who walked in the door was getting prompt and friendly service. The guy that helped me was fast and went out of his way to make sure I got the right tire by even removing mine and putting it on my car to make sure it fit. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Price was totally reasonable. Feels like a group of people you can trust. Highly recommend this place.
I was in search for Ford Excursion parts. Most places don't have them. I tried Desert Valley Late Model Auto Parts after seeing it on google maps. They had an Excursion in stock and it had the parts I needed. I also found some seats I needed. The staff is great and got the parts removed within an hour! A really great experience. Will definitely be back again.

Okay so they had a door for 1995 Honda Civic not to say they have old junk some of these are collector vehicles hard to find parts, called right up young lady that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful quick too put it this way same day I was buying a door picking it up, THIS IS THE BEST PART was entered in a raffle and won a 50-in smart TV brand new in the box yay !!! great place great people will definitely be back ... oh and great prices!
This is what I call outstanding service. Anna, pulled my request from database. Gave me a call, gather some information. Within a couple of hours. My part was shipped within a couple of hours. If, all service dept. ran as smooth as Desert Valley. Customer wouldn't mind dealing with the service center. OUTSTANDING JOB!!
Went in on 8-2-21, looking for a full size rim to use a spare for our 2001 Saturn. Guy that helped was great. The whole staff was friendly. He found one, but it didnt fit quite right, so he looked again and found an exact match. He even took the tire off the first rim and put it on the 2nd rim. The price was right too! Ive used DVAP- classic yard, in the past for an old 65 Suburban I used to have. I would highly recommended either yard for your needs
They were terrific! The whole lot... I had a tire that was splitting and had noticed at night (but that is another review) anyways, long story short, the guy mounted the tire on my spare rim AND took off the bad tire (to use as a spare) put the 'new' tire on my truck.

Not only did they have my parts, they offered to install. But I'm thick headed and declined. Only complaint is I didn't let their guy install! Overall the parts worked great! The Ole Bronco 2 lives again!
Walked in looking for parts for a 95 Yukon. I love to no charge to look. Was allowed to walk around no pressure. Found what I was looking for. Price was great. Took about 10 minutes for them to remove the door and load it. Highly recommend this place.
I was so happy to have been given the opportunity to purchase a spare tire with the rim for my 2006 Nissan Altima today for $30.00. I previously called around to several junk yards who wanted to charge me between $45-$100. Only Kevin said he would make sure the rim would fit first. May God bless Kevin & this company.
