Reuse IT helped me get my gaming rig back on its feet after it was destroyed by Hurricane helen! Not only did Will help get her operational again, help me pick out new perhierals and a case, but when I took my computer home, it came back smelling clean too! Above and beyond customer service! Would and will recommend again!
My old laptop needed a new screen and she was moving pretty slow. Several stores in the lower 48 said to just trash her and buy new. Took her into Reuse it and had a new screen in 20 minutes. They also updated and did all kinds of magic to her and shes like brand new! I understand nothing computer related but they didnt try to upsell anything or take advantage. Very knowledgeable, kind and passionate group of people. I cannot rave about this place enough! Thank you for fixing my old laptop for me!
Zach at The Reuse IT Store worked on my PS5 overheating issue, he was in constant communication with me on the updates as far as parts arrival and the repair. I haven't had a problem with my PS5 since... excellent work Zach ✊?.

A great new business for Fairbanks. They have new and used computers and computer parts that you would normally have to order for low prices. It's a little hard to find but worth the time. Trust me I hate everyone and I like this store. So does my truck.
Absolutely amazing and knowledgeable staff! They helped get my computer fixed super fast and helped me find brand new replacement parts for cheap! I had my computer gone for less than a week and it’s back to functioning even better then before!
In and Out! Walked in, told them what I needed and walked away with a whole setup and a free set of speakers in about 15 minutes, tops.

Came in to upgrade the RAM in a dedicated mini server, didn't have exactly what I was looking for but they had alternatives and installed it in just minutes while I waited. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back in the future :)

This store has the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. They helped me and my husband get both a desktop and a laptop at very reasonable prices. I explained what we would be using them for and let went the extra step to make sure all of the games and programs we would be using would work. They also reuse and recycle used computers and parts which is so awesome. They are not just a computer store, or a computer repair shop, they are a staple of the community and should get much more recognition than they currently do.
These guys are some of the most enthusiastic down to earth guys who provide amazing service. The prices are very fair and you'll more then likely walk out with more then you bargained for! Wanted a case for my motherboard, ended up with a mount, several hard drives (1tb), the case, several sata cables a monitor and a mouse for 120 bucks. The case would have costed 40 alone, cheapest on Amazon I could find is 57 atm of writing. All together this would have been several hundred all new, so definitely worth it.
Got a great used ThinkPad here! They take out the hard disk drives and put in ssds and I'm really happy with my purchase so far. Also a 100-day warranty.
The staff here went out of their way to help me troubleshoot my failed CPU, and offered great advice along the way. Prices are very reasonable in the store and you can tell they are true enthusiasts and professionals that care about the user experience. Highly recommend!
