I called them five hours ago. They never called me back when they told me they would and they couldn’t even give me updates and they also were in contact with the drivers and instead of them calling me. I had to call them and they gave me no update whatsoever.

We were involved in a car accident during a snowstorm while traveling, and our group was extremely tired and stressed. Stephan was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive, and his help truly meant a lot to us during such a difficult moment. Meeting your team was the greatest blessing we could have hoped for. I'm a traveler from Korea to Alaska. I was in a car accident on my way from Fairbanks to Anchorage. My car stopped in the middle of the highway and called a 24/7 tow truck. All the staff were nice. Despite the heavy snow and long distance, they took us safely to our destination. Thanks to Stefan, Dmitrov and his cousins, I was able to finish my trip to Alaska safely. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We could meet with 24/7 Alasaka Towing through Turo Service. They saved us in the middle of the snow-covered road and towed our broken car professionally. They even take us back to the Anchorage without any fee! They are so friendly and professional people. Without you, we would have died in the road. Thanks a lot!

Damaged the vehicle when dropping it at the mechanic shop. Driver was not friendly to deal with and refused to take responsibility. All around not a good experience, use Ron's

This is pure extortion DONOT use this service call any other tow company or FB Help I’m stuck group. Charged guests of ours 800$ just to get out of the ditch not to be towed anywhere.

Charged a family member well over $4000 for a tow from North Pole to Fairbanks after an accident for a tow that should never have exceed $300, this outfit is a con don’t use them.

I slid into a snow bank and called to get pulled out, I asked them for the price over the phone and he said $50 to $100. When a worker pulled me out he charged me $450, I asked why so much and he said, “Cause of my service”.
Dumb reason to charge so much, ya’ll are better off calling Ron’s. Don’t call this place unless you got money.

Called to have my Subaru towed, told me over the phone that they will jump it for free (I tried to explain that I just wanted to tow it to Sunshine Ray&Motors but the guy insisted that I jump it) got my car started and charged me 480. After telling the guy what we discussed over the phone, he then proceeds to laugh and say "It would be more if you take it to the shop to be worked on, now I save it." To tow it to Sunshine Ray would have been 280. 480 for a jump is wild. I was tired and didn't want to argue anymore so I just paid the price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It was -50* out when my truck died. They grabbed me & my truck in about 30 minutes, and dropped my truck off in my driveway. Serghei made it all look easy. Great service with a great attitude!
For reference: wait times for other tow companies were 5 - 24 hours.

Charged around 280 for a 3 mile tow, driver was incredibly rude and condescending, they also arrived 3.5 hours past when they said they would

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. Ridiculously oriced, extremely long waits, assault on an elderly, threatening to kill people, horrible customer service, DO NOT GO TO THEM.

They will overcharge you! I had them tow my Mom’s vehicle from 23rd to 21st street, up two blocks and charged 380. I don’t not recommend!

We were stoped by these folks getting ready to do a tow on Saturday night. They told us to go around-there was not enough room- when we said we couldn't they swore at us and demanded we back up on a hill! They had not even hooked up the car they needed to get out of the ditch but did not move so we could get home. They were so rude and unprofessional I will never call them for service! I tried to call and talk to the owner only to get a rude female answering the phone and was not helpful at all! Beware!

They wanted $2,500 to get my vehicle unstuck. My vehicle was sitting 1 foot to the side of the road and was not a difficult situation. Shop around and look for others.

They will tell you one price and then charge 4x that to your credit card. They told me it would be $750(which is already outrageous) and when I checked my bank they had charged $2,000. There is no one to talk to at their physical location and every time you call they’ll tell you a manager won’t be in until the next day. Horrible people and horrible service

Our car slide off the road on Dalton HW, our hotel helped us calling few towing companies only 24/7 accepted on that day. Driver George is nice and professional to towed out our car to the road.

24/7 Alaska Towing in Fairbanks is exceptional! They've helped me out a couple of times with more than just your regular tow. Their specialized equipment and knowledgeable team are ready to handle even the toughest jobs. Professional, efficient, and reliable – I highly recommend them!

Called them stranded north of Fairbanks on Memorial Day. Had a guy pick me and my truck up within an hour on a flatbed. Dropped my truck exactly where I wanted in my tight driveway. Great price too.

The vehicle was in a difficult to reach driveway, but Steve was able to install chains and do what the locals thought to be impossible. To those who are new, all towing in the Interior is expensive, not just the die hard guy who works weekends and is the dispatcher. Do please support small businesses, do not judge on perfection.

I was told that a guy would be out in 15 mins and it would be $160 "plus labor" i patiently waited for an hour and a half. It took the tow driver less than 2 mins to get me out and he told me it was $360!!!! I feel sick to my stomach. I can't pay all my bills this month because I was gouged when I was in a vulnerable spot. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Do literally anything else besides give this company your business. Prepare to be robbed. Absolutely comically insane prices that they seem to just make up on the spot. Witnessed a neighbors guest have to pay over $500 for a 200 foot tow up a super icy hill they just couldn’t quite make. At 4 pm on a Saturday. Have actually called other tow companies before to help folks up this hill in the past and have never sent prices past $150 in this situation. Bad business. Take it elsewhere.

They were the only place that answered on a Saturday. I tried to get a quote from the guy on the phone and he said that's something they'd have to figure out on site, even though I was giving specific details on the situation. They pulled my car the rest of the way up a slick hill, 150ft at most, onto the flat road. From the middle of the road mind you, not out of a ditch. I was outraged when I was charged $525 from the event that the tow man taking his time only took less than 30 minutes. The tow guy was nice, but the price was completely insane. I was only 20 minutes outside town from the shops base. I would had rather left the car all weekend to wait for a different company. Do not call this place.

Gary, operator of truck, has totally restored my faith in tow truck companies. I needed a company that could haul my truck on a certain day, at a certain time, to a certain place, in a certain spot. Gary was Jonny on the spot and had no problems accommodating my request. He was fast, courteous, and very helpful. I know I didn't get taken for a ride with his charges (cheapest in town. I call everyone). He even listened to the why, how and when concerning the truck & freely offered me advice, suggestions and help with it all. I no longer look at tow truck drivers like we all do lawyers anymore. Thank you Gary!!!

We were given a quote of $295 to be pulled out of a ditch on the side of the road. My husband waited at the drop off location and kept in contact with the driver. Driver spent an hour getting it unstuck and had multiple conversations. He never mentioned to my husband that he had to use the winch and it was going to be a bill for two separate services. When my husband asked driver (Victor) to explain the breakdown of the cost (double what we were quoted), Victor said my husband would see it in the email. The email said “item 1- $450” and the driver wouldn’t explain any of it to him. I called the main office to see if I could get a better explanation. The gentleman explained what the winch was (I don’t know this stuff) and that we were charged for two separate services. When I told him that my husband was staying in contact with the driver and the driver never mentioned anything about an extra service after being quoted 298 for the whole thing, the man on the phone tried excusing it by saying the drivers are busy. Well I am sure they are, they need to thoroughly explain to people why they’re being charged what they’re being charged. They get your business by making you think they’re the cheapest and then tacking on extra stuff, not telling you until it’s too late.

After calling our insurance to request roadside assistance, waiting almost 3 hrs for no one to show up and for insurance to tell us that "they can not locate a provider at the time of our request " I called around fairbanks and after multiple "no one was available ", i came across 24/7 and the service was very speedy.. they arrived 25 mins after hanging up the phone and towed us a little over 6 miles for decent price!! Thank you so much!
