We used Interior towing and hands down will use them again if we need a vehicle towed. I highly recommended them!! 1000/10

We received 10.3 inches of snow and my wife got pulled into a ditch = VERY STUCK. Called another company and they said they would not come up to Chena Ridge until plowed (that could take a days). Called Interior Towing and the friendly gentlemen didn’t hesitate to say yes and he would come up to Chena Ridge and pull my wife out same day. Relief! Great customer service during a stressful time.

Had to get my Jeep towed, called Dan he dispatch a driver out, very professional guys. Truck/equipment was also in very good working order. Response time was fairly quick and price was reasonable.

Called for a truck to tow my car to a shop in town at 10am. Went to work and came home at 4pm to my car still in the driveway. They never showed up or gave me a call of any kind. When I had asked for an ETA when I had called in the morning, the lady I spoke to wasn’t able to give me one, but she did say that she had notified the driver who had one other call that he was working on. I will say that whoever I spoke to over the phone was polite, no issues with her it seems.

Called for my father in laws truck dead in the road. These were great on the phone and sent a driver immediately. Driver (Cleveland) was awesome, quick, professional and courteous when he arrived. Insurance company was taking too long to even answer questions so I called interior direct. Fair pricing, cheaper than I expected since I've run tow trucks for yrs and I know what bills can be. Definitely have my business

Called Ron's towing first. The driver was so rude and condescending, I chose to tell them forget it and called interior towing. Such a different experience. Very friendly, kind, and much cheaper than I was quoted by Ron's. Very quick and professional.

Bought few vehicles at their auction Was told run and drive. Spent over 3 grand After paid . It’s doesn’t even turn on. So I definitely not recommend this place for anyone. Please be aware of this scam people. Don’t fall for his trap

So far I've been waiting over 1 hr 20 min for a tow. That was supposed to be here 20 min ago. Received a phone call telling it would be another 2 hrs and they want 40 dollars more. I had already paid. Told them to cancel the tow they wanted a 39 dollar cancel fee. So far it's the worst experience ever for a tow. I've talked to the repair shop to never recommend this company again Update had to threat to dispute the credit card charge for services not being given to get them to not charge a 39 dollar fee. Would not let me talk to a manager. Have to make sure I don't get charge. I have zero confidence that they will do what they said Called Tug n' Grin Towing to get proper service

Amazing company. Even though my experience with them was due to my truck getting impounded, I would recommend them above all others. They did everything they could to ensure that my vehicle was returned to me promptly.

Interior towing came through for us when no one else would or could. Our truck broke down right before our flight for my husband's surgery and they absolutely rescued us! They were like angels from heaven that day.

In addition to their general promptness and professionalism, these folks are enjoyable to work with. I would definitely call them again. They've been here for a good long time, and every encounter improves my image of them.

Great company! Had a bit of a mishap with my truck at about 5am on 12/28/22 and needed a tow truck. Interior Towing dispatched George and his truck within about 20 minutes. He took amazing care of my truck, didn't rush anything, was just very conscientious about his job. Got my truck delivered and was very impressed with the overall experience! Highly suggest this company. Oh, by the way, 2 other local companies were contacted--1 didn't answer the phone and voice mail was full and the other didn't start working until 8am. I won't make the mistake of calling those other companies in the future. Thanks George!!

I made an appointment with them to get my truck towed to a different auto shop and they were right on top of it. Their rates are great and their dispatch is always helpful and friendly. I've used their services twice and I highly recommend them

Our travel travel sheared off a wheel. Police assisted and called Interior. He went out of his way to buy a specific tool to help, stayed with the trailer while husband went to buy a replacement wheel,, worked super hard, professional and prompt service. Recommend Interior without reservations

These guys are heaven sent! Professional and caring and they know what they're doing! We got ourselves stuck in deep mud. After hours of trying to get ourselves out we called these guys to save us & they did! Only off road service I would recommend as they are fairly priced, quick and make sure the job gets done. I'd give them more stars if possible, they really saved the day.

After posting the review in the paragraph below the owners son called my boss to complain about the friendly advice i am offering to google users. Hey man claim your business on google and post a reply on here maybe with your actual police call rates. Calling someones boss is a biotch move. Never let the police call your tow truck normal towing is about 80 to 90 for callout and three to four bucks a mile, police callout is 175 to 225 and eight to twelve bucks a mile.

A huge shout out to Cory. Very nice and respectful during the whole time. Helped my girlfriend get her truck into town. I was very surprised with how fast he got out to us. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. Thank you so much Cory

Will never use again. Driver did a great job, but bill was enormous. I was charged "Trooper Prices," since the Trooper at the scene was helping me get ahold of a tow truck. I have used other towing businesses in Fairbanks before, and the bill is usually around 1/3 of this bill. I attempted to speak with someone about the bill over the phone several times and was told that they would call me back, but they never did.

the owner of this company was the one to tow my car tonight. he is the most outstanding person on the planet, incredibly friendly and so understanding. i cannot stress enough just how grateful i am that he came into our lives tonight! thank you so much interior towing, thanking you for making my unbearable ordeal into a good night.

Excellent service, Nate came out to my house to tow my 2018 suburban and was very friendly and helpful. Offered to take off my tow hitch for me because I didn't know how to. Came in and talked to the service department as well, everything went smooth and im very grateful!

Best recovery company in town hands down. No matter if it’s a personal vehicle or a customers stranded on the road. They always treat them and there vehicles with the best care.
