Got the tools I needed, but customer service could've been a lot better

Great employees! Couldn't have done the job without them.

Decent but no real urgency to stay and chat. This store didn't have what I was after but did direct me to another that did.

Searched all over town for a solution for my camper to truck connection. BUT- Josh was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! He went outside to look at our truck so that he would direct me in the most efficient manner!

Helpful and informative staff. Prices were standard market. They offer military discounts, and have a large variety of auto specialty tools.

Super helpful staff. Even if they don't have the part in their store they will check the others and locate it for you.

Only place in town that I could order a brake hose for a 2002 bmw and it not cost me a leg and half my arm, plus very friendly, and they actually sold me the right part

When you choose old cars like I do, either like me, out of financial necessity or like others, for the feel of heavy steel and quality of days gone by, parts are needed. I recently needed a power steering pump and got it at a price here comparable to amazon but I know it will fit because of thier database and car knowledge.

Database gave the wrong tail light bulb info, but bringing the bulb in got me the correct light buld.

They got auto parts. They don't have everything, but you usually find what you need. Staff are always willing to help

Slow service when I went. Waited for about 20 minutes. Granted their was a line so they were busy but they sure didn't look like they were pushing to get past the rush. A little too casual for my taste. Beyond that it was great.

They have what I need in inventory and are so much more knowledgeable than the other parts retailers in Fairbanks.
