I ordered 4 large RV batteries online. When I arrived to pick them up, the staff was helpful, prompt, capable and able to answer my questions while they loaded the batteries into my vehicle for transport. Quick, efficient, and well organized.
I needed a new charge port for my Android. Staff were very helpful, they do repairs on weekends, it was a quick turnaround on the repair, and the price was good. Bonus points for acknowledging me when I entered the store, even though staff were busy.
I've been there a couple times for different projects in the last week. Both times the guys were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I understood my options and got the most appropriate and least costly battery for my needs.
I overheard an employee was fired on the day of giving their 2 weeks notice. What petty owners, I put my items back on the shelf and will be taking my business to orielys instead.
I am very happy with my experience here. I needed the car battery installed since it would be too heavy for me. While buying the car battery, I asked if he could change my watch battery. No problem! Highly recommend.
They always help me with what I need and have been more then willing on answering any questions I have. I go here regularly due to having so many toys and they've never not had what I've needed.

I have purchased many different types of batteries from the Anchorage Store. In person and over the phone, having Batteries Plus ship the batteries to me in Iliamna. I have never had a bad experience and in fact have nothing but polite and excellent service. I pulled up in front of the store one day and was rummaging around in my truck for a battery to recycle and next thing I knew I had a young fellow behind me asking me if I needed help carrying a battery in. My latest purchase, I spoke with Amanda and bought 4 new batteries for my remote solar system. Amanda told me she wasn't sure when she could get them to the airport for me as she was shorthanded that day. I received the batteries the next day. Great service, great people. They will always have my business.
Came here for a new key fob for my car. Pricing was fair and staff was friendly. However, the install took a very long time, over 40 minutes. Eventually a manager had to step in. He discovered that my car had a dead battery, and that's why the key wouldn't work. He hooked me up with a new battery and did a very good job installing it. I've installed a few car batteries myself, but I could not have done a better job. I'd come here again for a new car battery. They gave me some discounts/coupons for the trouble. In short, the store manager was great, but the staff could use more training.
I went in and bought a battery for my wife’s car. I needed two batteries for my truck also which I drove down. I told them that I only had a crescent wrench and I wasn’t sure if the truck batteries had hold downs that needed to come off. The blonde guy at the counter said “yeah they all have hold downs.” I could see in the back and they had a variety of tools. He didn’t offer to help, to loan me a 10 mm socket or anything. I went home and took out my batteries and came back. The same person helped me. He had an attitude, so I decided that Batteries Plus didn’t deserve the $700 I was going to pay for my truck batteries. I took my business elsewhere. I now wish that I had not purchased the battery for my wife’s car there. Live and learn.
Had to get my iPhone 14 camera lens replaced, $50 and took about 10-15 mins with an appointment. Lens works fantastic, the guys working were nice and informative and just awesome. Definitely recommend this place!

That makes sense seeing as they are a battery store. They should probably stick to that.
I recently had a phone screen replaced on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Not only did they not tell me they were going to used an uncertified aftermarket screen (which was a quarter inch thicker than the original) it came with a crack deep inside it.
They had me sign a warranty waver for the screen conveniently before the repair as well (citing they couldn’t access the phone on a broken screen to see if anything else was wrong so they couldn’t guarantee the screen). I paid $300 for this “service”.
Cracked wireless just replace my screen with a certified apple screen and it’s functional again, but I severely wish I could get a refund.
The store employees have always been very nice and helpful. Normally have what I'm looking for in stock and at competitive prices. Update 4/3: Needed a battery for my motorcycle. As always they had one and for a good price. Still my go to for batteries.
The women that work here has no place as a sails rep. Telling a customer they are wrong without hearing an explanation or application. Talking over me preventing me for explaining the situation and application. Batteries plus management do better. Your staff member immediately being confrontation is not how a representative of any business should behave. I've dealt with people for 10 years now and have never had a customer storm out on me in frustration.
I was having difficulties finding special bulbs for my bathroom lighting and was referred to Batteries Plus. Amanda was extremely helpful and offered to do some digging for me. She was able to find the bulbs I needed and placed an order for me. Her timing was spot on and they were delivered 2 days later. Incredible customer service and friendly to boot. Will definitely be back for my lighting needs.
Fast, friendly service. They’ll test your car battery on the spot at no charge and even replace it if necessary. They swapped out my hybrid Subaru’s failing start/stop battery in less than 10 minutes.
Great go to place for a wide variety of items. I have had a phone screen replaced; a laptop battery replaced; and purchased a lot of batteries and bulbs. Good service. I highly recommend.
The owner responded to this with a carefully selected, " We stand behind our products with expert advice". That does nothing to replace the juck battery I bought from you. Nor the blatant lies told to me when I tried to get a replacement. I believe this may be a corporate wide philosophy that only benefits the company, not the customers.
Bought a truck battery a few months ago and even though it was disconnected from the vehicle it went dead. Brought it in since my charger said it was an internal problem. They told me batteries don't go dead unless they are improperly maintained. I guess the 20 billion batteries previously gone dead were all mistreated. I don't recommend doing business with these people. They don't stand behind their products and they fabricate science to make warranties invalid.
