For towing or mechanic work, Triton is your guy!! He got me out of a bind, got my lugs off (may as well have been fused to the posts) and totally hooked me up. I really like the way he carried himself and went about business. He showed up early morning and by the time I got out of work that day, he had all of my problems solved. I told him what I needed, and he got it done!
I was stranded in the middle of the night on the Kenai Peninsula. Three other tow companies told me they'd get me, then when I called them back, told me that they weren't coming or that they'd decided to charge me twice as much. Then I called Tiny's, and got a quote for half as much as anyone else. He called me back a little later to tell me that he was having equipment problems. I assumed that meant that he was cancelling and I'd need to find someone else. I was wrong. He told me that we had a deal and he was going to make it work. He rented another truck, bought a bunch of new equipment, and got me home. He also didn't charge me anything extra.
I hope I never need to make a call like this again. But if I do, there's no question who I'm calling. You should call him too.
I was stranded in the middle of the road and called here to get a jump start and the person that came to save me (i cant remember his name) but he was very down to earth and understanding. he attempted to jumpstart car but the battery or the alternator wasn't working so the man went the extra mile and came up with a method to help me get off the road onto a parking lot were it was safer. Cost wise he was very negatable and more than fair. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much ill never forget what you did for me today.

Last year, my car died on the side of the road. I got a tow home & a quick fix including the picture of receipt for parts from the local parts store (they even offered to use my rewards info to purchase said parts, annnnnnnd called with the price before purchase) and it still was affordable! I didn't think I could be more impressed with their service. I'm even more impressed today with their customer service and people skills; my mom ended up with a flat and I was able to get her set up with Tiny's Towing for a patch job, all through the phone. On 2-7-24 around 7:10pm driver DOT# 3684677 absolutely blew through a red light on Gambell and Sixth ave nearly causing a terrible accident. Good thing the person slammed on their brakes and was able to avoid the accident.
I was stuck in a parking spot in my complex parking lot. Called Tiny's Towing and couldn't have been happier with the service, price, professionalism and efficiency. He was there in the time he said he'd be, was very kind and considerate. Will definitely call again if ever in need of their services.
Managed to get stuck in my own driveway/ditch. Not my first call, but was the only one willing/able to come to Eagle River to help me out. They only lost a star because Alaska weather delayed them and it took an hour longer to reach me than they quoted. But they did communicate there would be a delay, and got the job done when no other company could or would. Thanks guys!

My friend’s car got stolen and we had to call for a tow. Tiny’s showed up and was able to pull it off of a steep embankment, but unable to tow it as it had 3 flat tires. He wouldn’t take payment as he felt bad he couldn’t tow it. Super friendly, speedy, would use again!
I called three other tow companies, and all of them said they were too busy or I was put on hold. I called Tiny’s tow company and they answered right away, and before I knew it my truck was being towed. I wouldn’t recommend any other tow company.
Person on the phone was very friendly. It always stings to have to pay for a tow but they are definitely on the lower-end price-wise. Didn't have to wait too much, tow truck driver (sorry forgot his name) was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing.
I hope I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, that's who I'm calling!
After the heavy snowfall and cold snap last week, my car had become hopelessly stuck at the bottom of my driveway. After several days of trying to dig it out myself, my car wouldn’t start anymore either.
Desperate, I tried calling local tow truck companies. Many wouldn’t even answer their phones and the ones that did told me they were too busy to help, until I spoke to Tiny of Tiny’s towing. After making sure that my vehicle and I were someplace safe and that I wasn’t out in the cold, he told me that he’d have someone out to my house later that evening.
As promised, Kyle arrived a short time later, and even when my car proved to be especially stubborn, he didn’t give up on getting it out and getting it running again. My vehicle is no longer stuck and is running better than it has in quite awhile. Above and beyond doesn’t even come close to describing how amazing and wonderful these guys were.
I’m so grateful for their truly exemplary customer service, their kindness, and their automotive knowledge. Please do yourself a favor and call Tiny’s Towing first, you will not regret it. BIG SNOW WEEK. 4 FOOT OF SNOW. I CALLED SEVERAL TOWING SERVICES AND THEY ALL SAID CAN YOU HOLD. NEVER HEARD BACK, PROBABLY BECAUSE I NEEDED MY 2014 2500 DODGE RAM CREW CAB WITH 8’ft BED TOWED. BUT WEATHER THE DOUBT, I WAS SAVED BY TINY AND HIS TOW TRUCK. WAS NOT EVEN A FLAT BED BUT HIS TRUCK HUNKERED MY BEAST TO ITS DESTINATION!!!! WHHOOOOOO DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY OF YOUR TOWING SERVICE NEEDS.
