My friend’s car got stolen and we had to call for a tow. Tiny’s showed up and was able to pull it off of a steep embankment, but unable to tow it as it had 3 flat tires. He wouldn’t take payment as he felt bad he couldn’t tow it. Super friendly, speedy, would use again!
Person on the phone was very friendly. It always stings to have to pay for a tow but they are definitely on the lower-end price-wise. Didn't have to wait too much, tow truck driver (sorry forgot his name) was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing.
I hope I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, that's who I'm calling!
Managed to get stuck in my own driveway/ditch. Not my first call, but was the only one willing/able to come to Eagle River to help me out. They only lost a star because Alaska weather delayed them and it took an hour longer to reach me than they quoted.
But they did communicate there would be a delay, and got the job done when no other company could or would.
