I have used many tow companies in the Wasilla area and Towz R Us has been the best! I called the others I've used and they all quoted $100 to $150 more than Tows R Us did. They also gave the most reasonable arrival time period than the others. We were told it would be 45 min and instead they arrived within 15 minutes of my call. It was late in the evening, dark, cold & snowing. The driver was very nice, friendly and took the time to determine the best way to get my car back on the road without damage, yet got it done in a very timely manner. The payment process was quick and easy and I received an emailed receipt. I give them 5 stars because they deserved it in my book. They will be the first ones I call when I need a tow-truck again.
Very good experience! Scheduled to have my trailer picked up one day and they called me a day earlier to see if I’d like it sooner, in which I was very happy to receive it sooner, very good pricing for the job, very good timing on pickup and drop off time and on top of that the driver had the nicest attitude I told him where I wanted it parked as long as it’s possible and he responded with anythings possible with a smile on his face, so I highly recommend if you need help to call these guys!!
I called a tow truck to help my daughter who was stuck at an intersection on a very dark and cool Alaska night. They were very prompt in their service and got there quickly. I appreciate that very much out of a business who will take the time to provide great service to their customers.

Got a flat coming home on a Sunday, most everywhere else was closed. I called and within 15 minutes I had a driver in hilariously high spirits pick me up in more ways than one. Highlight of an otherwise stressful situation.
On top of that they are also reasonably priced, but honestly it's that ride home that will stick with me. A+ customer service from my driver.
My driver showed up fast and got my car hooked up and out of the roadway quickly and efficiently. The price was fair, the driver friendly and fast.
This was the only tow service that would respond to Eagle River at 6 pm on a Friday. The others either turned off their phones or just said no.

Called early morning to have a car towed 70 miles . Driver was here in an hour and did a great job of loading up. Took pictures of the vehicle before he loaded and after he unloaded at destination and sent them to me. He called to let me know my car had been delivered. If need be I will definitely use these folks again.

The guy was awesome! Considering it was like 2am during a windstorm the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He helped make a stressful situation feel a lot less scary. Hands down would recommend again. Also Towz R Us was the only company to answer their phone in the Matsu, I called multiple first.
Both gentleman that got my husband and myself unstuck were excellent! The first company I tried was suggested to me. I called and got their voicemail about 7:15AM, their message said they didn’t have any drivers available until 9:30AM. Both times I got stuck it was before 7:30AM. I called and the first time the guy came in less than an hour, (had to get someone else out first). The second time he was there in less than 30 minutes.
I’m pretty sure it took them longer to process my payment than it did to actually hook up my car and pull it out. Unless I have to, I will never use another towing business again.
(They may have also towed my frozen car from my driveway to a car shop in 2019.)
Russell was awesome! He provided helpful recommendations and insight while my little Subaru was stuck in the snow. Not only did he and his Boss Lady get us out, but he also recommended hotels and food for us while we had to layover for the night.
I admit to a weakness... liking fast small cars that are totally inappropriate for winter snow conditions. Espacially

They are one of the best tow companies in the valley. We called at 1230am to come and pull out son's vehicle out after he went in a ditch, they were there in 30 mins and had him going again.
Towz R Us was amazing. My RV was dead and wouldn't start, it took 30-45min to get it started and moved out of the way for them to back in the vehicle I had them tow. They were patient and didn't even charge me for the extra time!
I was at Costco and forgot my keys in the ignition of my wife's truck while going into the store for groceries and coming back out of the store with 2 shopping carts loaded to the brims I found that I locked my keys in the truck, boy was I upset , so I looked up local towing companies to see who I can have to unlock my wife's truck. Towz R US came to our rescue and got to us in a reasonable amount of time maybe 15ish minutes after the call. They performed excellent customer service and were outstanding , I think the drivers name was Tom he was in a white wrecker , thank you Tom from towz r us.
I had bought a car at auction that was supposed to run and drive from a different company. It had to be delivered somewhere in Anchorage. Surprise, it was not running and driving. Had it towed to a shop that refused to work on it as it was "too old". Another tow company was supposed to bring it out and flaked. Called Towz R Us and they not only were able to do it, but had it delivered from Anchorage to my home in the Valley in under two hours from the time I called! Awesome service as usual! I have used this company multiple times and in some stessfull situations. They are great at communicating, being On time, professional and friendly. Oh and the prices are better than others. Call them!
Our truck was stuck in our driveway due to our recent abundant snow fall in South Central Alaska, we were stuck, and stuck bad. Even though we had a second vehicle we couldn't get pass the Ram 2500 in the gate opening. The truck was highsided, and tires were just spinning, we had no choice but to call for help.
Being new to the area we had no idea who was a reliable company, so we "Googled" towing near us, TOWZ R US was the first business on the list so we called. The gentleman on the phone was polite, pleasant and concerned for our situation.
Even though the entire lower half of the state is snow bound, he made us comfortable, at ease that someone was coming as soon as possible.
