Broker send confirmation with open appoitment from 8am to 2pm, but man in reciving office told me my appoitment at 2pm and you can come to us at 1pm. I come at 1pm, they started at 2pm and finished unloading at 2:30pm.
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ,
TRUCK STOPS ACROSS THE STREET AND NEXT TO WAREHOUSE!
STRICT FOR APPOINTMENT.
NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR MANEUVERING!
NO RESTROOM I BELIEVE SO IN THE BUILDING!
UNLOADING - 1-2 hours max!
I wish I could give these guys 0 stars. This is by far the worst experience I have had ever. They were so rude. I had a load to deliver on 10/08/25 and I was told that this was an open load 08:00 to 16:00 by the broker. I got to the receiver by 7:30am on the 10/08 and they told me I don’t have an appointment. The lady at the front office was so rude. She even lied to the broker and told them I was argumentative and I did not argue with her. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.
They know my company, so I get in and out really quickly. People in the office and the yard jockey are nice, polite, and professional each time I interact with them.
This is one of the best facility I’ve ever delivered in North East, friendly folk, they’ll work with you either too early to your appointment. I arrived 08:30 and appointment was 14:30 they created space for me and I was out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I had some $$s to give a tip to the great service. Long leave guys??
At 8:00 appointment give me a door got unloaded in 20 minutes at exit 12 there's a Walmart that will let you park and right across the Street from the delivery there's a rutters at exit 8 hope this helps you guys out
Had a appointment for 1300. Got there at 10am. They said they would try but no promises.
I was out at 1045am.

Gate open at 4:30 .This place is tight! Docks are on blind spot. It's hard to find any spot to turn around . 3 stars for being friendly and quick unload.
Really friendly employees, in shipping and receiving, the 3 stars is for the small amount of space to maneuver a semi truck….specifically the outside dock at the end of the building, if there’s other trucks you will have fun backing up to it!
Very tight location. A lot of drop trailers in front of docks (when I was here.) My appointment was at 6am, got right in & got a dock by 6:15am. Started unloading at 6:25am. Very quick! Receiving clerk was very nice as well. Saw someone post that yard dogs help spot trailers on docks for you. Actually witnessed it, so it is true in some cases at least.
Don’t even deserve 1 star, delivered a load on a flatbed, took literally 2 days for them to get to me. Forklift guy was cool but the receiving office staff is a joke, Jessie don’t know what’s going on half the time and Shannon was very rude
Nothing bad to say about this place. I arrived late. They immediately got me a door. Outhouse available. No overnight parking. But sign says there is parking nearby. See picture. A little bit tight for backing but not the worst I've seen.
1st time here. This place is by appointment only. They start receiving at 0400. Use call box at gate to get in. Everyone was very nice and had no problem explaining what i needed to do. I got a dock right a way. They will bring out paperwork when they are done unloading. No over night parking.
My appointment was for June 24th at 4:30am to unload ..showed up on time and they advised me my scheduled date was changed to july 1st!! Had to sit in my truck!! Lady at the front desk was also very rude..
One of the worst places iv ever been, I was told they could take me a day early, then told not until my appointment, then on my appointment day was told they could have unloaded me a day earlier, lazy rude people. Very slow, only two unload from 3 doors one that a truck can’t fit in
Nice facility just only thing is a little tight. They will get you in-and-out and bring your paperwork to you while you're in your truck. Not one single delay not unless you waiting for a door.

All the people I interacted with were corteous,helpful and polite,EVEN the yard dog was helpful (yard dogs usually are not),YES,the place is tight,but the yard dog will move a trailer or two if need be for you to complete your maneuvers.
The office ladies were corteous and polite,with clear instructions what to do,my appt was at 5:30 and I was out by 6:30,even if it took a little long to back into my assigned door.
I would give them 5 stars,but it is COVID time,they have port a potties,not regular rest rooms,AND is tight,but the people make it a 4.5 stars.
I wouldn t mind coming back.
P.S. parking next door at Rutters truck stop (not on Google yet nor my GPS).
First time delivering there, the security guy forgot to open the gate, it's "very" tight in their parking lot and the lady in the office acted like I should know what to do with no instructions.
They did get me unloaded quickly, and the guys on the floor were very nice. Overall it was a good experience.
Must have appointment for delivery and do not be late. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, full dry van. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Lots of dropped trailers, so backing into a dock could pose a challenge. No overnight parking.
I got load in Florida had to deliver 2 days later at 5 am appointment time .they proceed to tell me my appointment was Feb. 4.,and is January 30. No second look to see who messed up. As owner op I can't afford for a hourly worker to decide if I can continue on with m day because of someone's screw up. I would not be here if I didn't have an appointment. STUPIDITY!
This is a huge warehouse with easy access off of Exit 8 from I-81 in West Virginia. They have huge employment. They also have free parking and handicap parking and entrance. This warehouse docks hundreds of tractor trailers for many different retailers. Tabler Station Rd. off Exit 8.
Easy enough to get to from the highway. Staff members are professional. Enough room to back in providing there are not many drivers waiting. In and out in 2 hours
