Good place to deliver, usually drop and hook. They allow truck parking outside of the gate.

They don’t value driver’s time. Avoid this place if you can.

I had a very positive life unload experience here. Arrived at 3:45am for 4am appointment. Got the door right away, and was out at 4:50am. Everyone was polite and helpful. Easy to read signs and directions.

Good people. Clean your equipment, slide em to the rear, follow the signs and speak English. The check in process is simple if you have what you need. I can get in and out of here in less than 20 minutes as long as the mandals, flip floppers aren't in front

I would say they are not bad my appointment was 6:30 pm I checked in 7 am loaded 12:30 pm ℹ picked up before my appointment just make when u about to check in security office make slide tandoms before check in case if u forget to slide tandem make u turn slide tandom then come back to office there is sigs for slide tandom Make sure trailer is clean nobody is rude here.. and it depends what u pick and its 24 hrs no overnights parking there is ipsd in office for check in u will get door by text make sure put right phone number

Arrived for what was supposed to be an open appointment for Keller the freight broker a basf load of totes. Checking in the load was rejected because the broker didn't have an appointment. Then I was told to go back for 4 pm appointment,I was again told no appointment was set. 5:30 broker is calling to say they had split the appointment with another trucking company. I arrived again and the guard say no such thing as a split appointment. Finally after several phone calls I was allowed to unload which went fast. An entire day to get totes unloaded on a Friday ,now no load for the entire weekend after missing my 2pm pickup. So I lose 3 days pay in an already bad market. Not good at all.

Came here to pick up a load with appointment time 12 to 13, arrived at 12:15, and after the long waiting line to just check in, I left at 18:45. 6 hours for a load of dry goods is stupidity inside.

If you are picking up or delivering here put 396 Development Dr Martinsburg, WV 25428 in your gps. Once you get close you will see signs where to turn on delivery drive.

The people was very friendly especially the nice man at the gate ..the only thing I didn't like really is the wait time when we was getting loaded other that is was very good experience

If you follow the directions there are great for a regular vehicle or a DOT semi truck and trailer. They took me straight to the front gate where delivery are accepet.

Had 7:30 pm appointment to pick load. Was here at 7:00 pm . At the dock at 7:30 pm. It's 4:30 am now. They have not even started to load yet.

Worst place to get loaded. Took them 6 hours to load the trailer.

It seems that P&G is the worst customer to deliver to. They was bad 25yrs ago and are still horrible now. Even the loud mouth security done joined in now. After they had me sit in they dock for 5hrs.

Live unload ,almost 2 hrs ,don’t go early they won’t take you ,I had a 5:00 pm appointment ,got there at 4:30 pm checked Me in but had to pull over to the side gave me a door # at 5:00 pm

Watch out. These people will r*pe your time! I was told to drop my trailer and they would unload me.... 6 days later they are finally done and they are refusing to pay detention. I have choices where I go and this place will never get a delivery from me again.

I read the other reviews and was a little worried but luckily the bad ones were not my experience. Fortunately I was a drop and hook . Signage is very clear coming in with instructions on where to go. You must slide tandems before you go into the office . There is a tablet at the window for check in so have all necessary info ready before going in. You'll need everything normally asked for at the shipper . They inspect the trailer and it sends a text to your phone with drop and pickup locations. Parking lot markings for space numbers are clearly marked and plenty of room to maneuver. Clerks were nice.

Zero respect for truckers. No number provided to check load status, yet enormous windows for when it might be ready. Told I could parked in a spot, then awoken by several personnel and told to "crawl to the dirt lot at the top of the hill", down the street. My company was given invalid load information by them and they offered no accommodation while waiting for it to be corrected. They have no concept of the legal limits and parameters of our occupation.

I try to get out 11:30 am but I can't because I have to wait till 1:00pm 😡😡

For delivery it's average. Appointment 8AM Check in 0750am Check out 930am Huge warehouse Drive almost mile to check in and after back in to the door another mile.

Don't trust your appointment time. Don't give ur your empty until u know your load is ready or u will just be stuck. Guard shack staff is very friendly but its probably because they know u don't have a choice but to sit and wait. Don't leave the premises if u plan on asking for detention because if u leave even to go to rutters just down the road they will deny it and u wont get it!!

Need someone outside opening gates and starting their paperwork like other locations....1 person in gate house at nite and 2 day shift isn't enough to speed lines inbound and outbound

Need a dedicated person outside helping drivers fill out orange paper… checking trailers and opening and closing gates… more yard audits.
