This place took the only person that knew about vehicles and fired them over a part that the worker attempted to help a veteran get off the side of the road with. the veteran didn’t use the part never took it out of the box returned it just hours later on the same day.
Now it takes you 35 minutes just to have a simple part looked up because no one knows what they’re doing. Like two people on that place actually put in the effort the rest are worthless. The short red head lady needs to be fired. She’s very rude unprofessional a just a mean person. The new commercial guy has no idea what he’s doing either messed up orders can’t find nothing. No one knows how todo a simple return without a full blown panic attack being a commercial customer along with many other commercial customers have pretty much stopped using Autozone all together. This place is a joke. Fire the new workers Autozone hired and hire back the two guys you fired they actually had customers service and actually cared about the customers. They weren’t there just for a pay check they loved the job and actually helping people.
Also have contacted the regional managers regarding this aswell as the District manager they refuse to respond to the matter. This is not how business should be conducted.

I called to check for a part for my son's truck. First I will say I've always had awesome service at this location before. The lady answered the phone and said hello. When I asked if I was calling auto zone she said yeah. Then I told her I had bought a part the other day and it is in the system with the make and model. She stated I wasn't in the system and said so what do you want. She looked up my part said they didn't have it. I had to ask if it was at a nearby store. She didn't offer to order it or anything. Seemed I was bothering her. I ended up going to Edwin miller blvd Auto zone and they took care of me. Low and behold, I was in the system. I've heard there was a new manager at this store and I'm not happy about the service she gives. I live in Inwood but will be driving to mtsb AutoZone to give them my business. You(new store manager) need to work on your customer service skills if you want others to shop at your location.
Ricky was amazing! Our vehicle was broken down. He gave us the tools and the knowledge to repair it and get back on the road. He helped us find the correct parts to repair our car quickly. -JoeyW
The associate was able to charge my battery for me for 24 hours. He also advised me how manyvrewards points I had prior to my purchase and I was able to get my item for free!!! Great customer service!!!! SO HELPFULL
Needed headlight bulbs and was sold the wrong one at another location. I exchange it there. Jordan and Ricky were amazing and got me hooked up with the right bulb.
I was in desperate need of help because my truck was overheating, and I needed a thermostat. The guys helped me quickly and even loaned me a mirror when I needed it. One of them poured the radiator fluid in while I went in and paid!!!
Ricky the manager will do whatever he can to get you fixed up. He couldn’t figure something out and he called 2 superiors to get me set up as tax exempt. Also helped me figure out pricing for what we always buy at other stores.
5 stars absolutely to Mark S in the Inwood WV store!! I came into the store after I saw the wrench icon appear about to travel 3 hours. He took the time to show me how to check my oil and helped educate me on the whole process. He made sure I was set and ready to go safely. I appreciate all that he did!! Big thank you!!
I came in looking for some oil filters and Thomas Coker, this store's manager, was extremely helpful and insightful. He helped me find the best deal on the filters I was looking for and he was rather educated in the automotive field. Overall pleasant experience and attentive staff. Thank you for the assistance.
Stopped in to get some windshield wipers on a road trip. Service was fast and easy. Also picked up a cow car sticker as it was $7 thought it was cute and funny
Always impressed by the staff’s willingness to help. They take the time to find the right parts and, when appropriate, work with you to do installations on site.
The level of customer care from managers, Chester & Matt was phenomenal. I went with more than one issue (on a holiday) requiring knowledge, skills and attention- their patience and determination to resolve the problem was WAY beyond expectations Not sure if your company incentivizes based on service, but with the integrity they represent for your company they deserve a huge bonus. Retail rarely gets guys like these. Your Auto Zone branch is lucky!!
I came to Autozone to find tubes of engine grease, and I did not know where they would be in the store. I asked the guy up front, and they gladly guided me to where the engine grease would be. I picked them up, bought them, and headed out. Having never been to an Autozone prior to a few days ago, I am pretty happy with my experience. I wish I knew the guys name so I could give him a shout out.
This is hands down the most helpful AutoZone I’ve been too. I’m from out of town and my POS Volkswagen broke down right outside. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite as I tried to dodge a hefty tow fee. I wish i asked for the employees names. Two young guys and a girl who worked on 11/13: Give them a raise.
Every time I go here they are really helpful and take great care of me. This latest time they didn't have a specific part, but they found it and arranged to have it shipped to the store SAME DAY to save we 3 hours of driving. Love this location and the employees.
Kyle the Manager is Top notch. The whole cast is a fun ensemble. Matt is very knowledgeable. Thomas won't steer you wrong. Daniel can't actually drive. Terry is very honest.Heaven likes to smirk. Great store. Love the place. Better prices than Advanced Auto.
I called up to the store and spoke with a young man named River. I’m from Winchester, Va so I called about a part and River said they had one in stock. Since it was an electrical part, I asked if it was returnable and River said yes. I told him I live about about 35 minutes away and asked if he would send me a photo of it so I could be sure we were talking about the same part. He was kind enough to send me a photo and I was off to Inwood, WV. The part is now on and the car is running again. Thanks River for your help and service. I hope your managers are aware of what a great employee they have.
Really bad customer service at the location. The young lady at the counter was not respectful towards me at all. Really have me considering never going there again. Hope management can address this. great customer service equals more success.
A couple weeks ago I visited and some employees were smoking and or vaping at the door. The entire store smelled like vape. When I left, and as I walked out an employee blew a huge vape cloud that I had to walk through. I had to throw my mask away.
I returned the other day and employees were at the door vaping. I went to your competitor.
My husband stopped in yesterday to buy some jumper cables. An elderly man was stranded at Food Lion for hours needing his truck jumped. These gentlemen loaned a pair of jumper cables to my husband rather than him buying a set. This is a company that cares about their community. Nice job guys!!
Very happy with the one in Inwood. Employees are very knowledgable about vehicles. They have just about everything you need in stock. The staff is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. They are more than willing to come out of the store to put on windshield wipers, to add oil and other fluids to your vehicle. I was very impressed with this. I didn't think that type of service still available. This is the place to go for your vehicle parts.
This place is amazing! Especially the staff! Extremely caring and compassionate! During an alternator replacement, I was visibly hot and sweating. One of the staff brought me out a poweraide! Just one reason I will be comimg back for my car's needs in thr future!
