I was rear ended with almost 8k in damage. The other persons insurance sent me to Big K and I am beyond grateful. Not only was the front officer personnel super friendly and helpful, but when I had an issue with the rental car company not only did they step in to handle it but they accommodated me for the delay in pick up. When I came to get my car I was blown away. The attention to detail was beyond compare! They even fixed my Army license plate holder. This company will be my go to now for any tow or body repair needs!

Because parts were backordered for my Forester, the body shop managed to make temporary repairs to get me back on the road. Once all the new parts became available, they finished the job in just a few hours.

For 15 years I have been taking all my cars here and I can't say enough good things about this company. I would give 10 stars if I could. This company is what a small business should arrive to be, they are the example, they are the bar. I'm always treated like family with impeccable service. The qauilty of the work would make even Michelangelo jealous. The affordable pricing is like going to costco. This family owner business gives so much back to the community and this community loves you all for what you do. To Michelle and Kevin plus the entire Big K's team keep up the unbelievable excellent work. My family thanks you for everything and wishes you even more success because you all deserve it. I can't recommend this place enough.

I got my car stuck when it snowed. They responded promptly and the young man was very nice and polite. Whenever I need any " body work" done on any of our vehicles it's Big K's for me. They do excellent work!!

The staff seemed very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We felt very at home there. Having a vehicle repaired with them. Will let you know how they do. So far...two thumbs up !!!

I've used Big K's twice now due to fender-benders and they have been more than wonderful. From assessment to completion they are professional and informative. They answer any questions you may have without making you feel like a burden, which some places tend to do. They are quick with repair and give you daily updates, and my car looks fantastic each time. I love everyone at Big K's, but I'm hoping that I don't have to see them for a while 😊

They couldn’t loan us a screwdriver to remove the license plate from a totaled car but would gladly sell us one. Also be aware if you want to pay your bill they are closed from 1130 to 1 pm and Friday- Sunday. Also if you want to pay with a credit card it is a 3.9% service charge. Not a friendly place to deal with!!

This company has failed us. Got into an accident and phone and wallet was left in the car but have the key. Brought the key and passport as valid identification and they couldn’t use that as “proof” because “anybody” could have the key. Make it make sense! They’re making this whole situation more of an inconvenience then needed.

After 3 deer hitting my front end they have been on top of it while handling other situations. I will always recommend Big Ks.

This was the first time ever that I've picked up a vehicle that had to be painted that didn't have to be repainted. The staff was friendly and the truck looked great after all the repair work. I appreciate the time Michelle spent explaining in detail the repairs. They now have our business.

Super fast once they were able to get the car in. Everyone super friendly and sweet. Great work and patient in explaining what isn't covered under accident repair and why. Happy to use them for anything in the future.

I took my vehicle to this shop and they told me it would take 6 months to replace my drivers side door. I waited the 6 months patiently and they never even ordered the door. I couldnt hold out for a year to have door replaced so i had to go to another shop that fixed it in the same week

I hit two deer 4am Christmas morning. The tow driver came within 15/20mins- was friendly and answered my questions. My insurance worked with Big Ks and I got my car back super fast, even with the holidays. The office ladies were nice. I paid my portion of the bill-quick, easy. They accept cash, debit and credit (processing fee). Most importantly, my car looks AMAZING!! Beyond pleased.

Used these guys last week after I popped my tire coming home from work. Overall it was good experience. My driver was Big Country and he was professional and friendly. Explained all the questions that I had, and got me towed to a tire shop and finished about 30 mins after he arrived.

I called around to get a tow and everyone in our area (I called 6 other companies) was either not available to work in the “bad weather” (rain), was crazy expensive or was too busy. Then I called Big K and the lady who answered was so nice and was able to send a driver to me right away! Big Kountry called me five minutes after I set it up to confirm that he was on the way and the location of the vehicle. He was so polite and quick! He was there in 15 mins and had my car to the shop 10 mins later! I’m so glad I called them and I will certainly use them again if needed! I would highly recommend if you need a fast affordable tow.

We had a horrible experience with this place. My daughter was in a bad car wreck. When able she called to get her stuff back they were very rude. Took two calls before they agreed to let her get her stuff. When we went for her stuff they denied saying she could. They stole her toolbox. They are crooks. They take advantage of people that are already have tough times.

I take my vehicle to Big K’s anytime I need repairs. Michele is always very helpful and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle throughout the process! Newer cars take a little longer because getting parts are hard due to the lack of inventory available in this economy! I was very understandable on any delays. I had received an update on the estimated date of completion that it would not be finished. I was bummed but understood. She has let me know early that week that they were still waiting on a part! No worries! But on the same evening after hours she called me to let me know my car was completed and ready if I would like to pick it up! They were closed the next day and going into a Holiday weekend! SHE CALLED AFTER HOURS!!! Because she cares about her customers! I am beyond grateful! And my car looks great! ♥️ Thank you!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Paid $500 on the assumption I’d be leaving with my car. It was front passenger wheel in a drain. I come and pick up my car after they are closed all weekend to my entire front bumper hanging. I got a call from a highly reviewed auto body shop to be told that this company did 2,000$ worth of damage to my car. Funny how they are a body shop too and didn’t even offer to fix what they destroyed. Id post the photos but i don’t want it interfering with my current claim. I won’t even have my own car back for at least 3 weeks.

I've never personally used Big K. I witnessed from first hand where there the company is at heart. A mother with a child locked in the car. 15 minutes later.... they were there to help out. Luckily the weather was cool, so no windows needed to be broken.. The fact that they came so soon.... I'm giving Big K more than a bow. Thank you for being there. If I ever need anything done... Big K., You're number one in my book.

Thanks Big K for always being the towing company I use! You guys helped me with both my eclipse project cars moving them around from house to house and today my civic breaking down on the worst possible turn ever. Troy has done at least 2 of my tows and has been awesome both times. And all 3 times I have used the service the price was reasonable!

I used Big K for towing after accident. All was good until next day I went to get my personal stuff from the vehicle and my soft ball gun was missing! I was told that all my stuff will still be in my car safe. Unfortunately it wasn't. For the person that took the gun, you forgot to get the bullets for it! They were still in my car. My car was unlocked and with the key in when i got there..how safe was my personal stuff there..

Was in a collision that did damage to the back side panel and door of my '03 Honda Civic. Insurance recommended Big K's. From their office to their garage, every single person I spoke to was professional and fantastic. Their system even sent me an "update text" every step through the process and the repair was done in a couple of days. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done at Big K's. They did an amazing job!

The girl who answered the phone was very polite. The guy who towed my truck arrived promptly and was very nice. I feel that my money was well spent and I would be happy to use this company again. (I have used this towing company twice for tows now and have had a good experience each time.)

Big K's took the only cash I had for unauthorized purchases. Let's paint the scene. Me and my gaggle of kids were rear ended by a driver in our 2013 Equinox. I was told Big K's was the best place to go for customer service and mechanical. I was smart enough to get an attorney. Well after a few months of fighting with the lady's insurance over my damaged transmission. I know, what's that have to do with the rear end? You see I was told to move off the steep hill road by 911. I complied. That ditch caused my transmission housing was busted upon leaving the scene. I had no other way to go. I NEVER once authorized them to order parts for the back end of my car! Why the hell would I "make the back end look pretty" if a busted transmission kept it from driving. I still owed 10k on the car. The settlement came for the rear nearly 2k. The office refused to release my car over the the fact of those parts I nor my attorney authorized the purchase of. Never once mentioned storage fees being due or applied. Even when I had apologized for the occupied space and those expenses. Even told the manager a few times about getting it to the dealership for my transmission prior to making a decision on the back end. At this point I was trading it in and taking on a lot of negative equity but that saving grace was that nearly 2k to help lower that. Nope she forced my hand pay for the parts totaling 1500 for parts NO ONE AUTHORIZED or a 2300 dollar storage fee just to hold their hand on the release of my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TRASH THEY ALL ARE. Made me wait outside for nearly over an hour at noon in the heat to get my car after paying them to move my car that was blocked in when they had since 8 am to move it (when I made them aware and had to call the cops)!

Hit a deer and while waiting for my first appointment I hit a second deer. I assumed I'd need a second appointment to repair the damage from the second deer but Big K's was able to repair everything in the initial appointment and the repairs looked great! I took my son's car in for an estimate and they remembered me. They said "Oh no. Not another deer?" Shows they take the time to get to know their customers which is a big plus for me. Thanks!
