Honest recommendation for this guys. They successfully and quickly replaced the drive shaft and u-joint on my Volvo and got me back on the road. Thank you Inwood truck repair.
I went to this shop because my truck was shaking, and I needed an alignment. After inspecting my truck, they told me the issue was a bad drag link and that they couldn’t do the alignment until it was replaced. I agreed to the repair. They said they couldn’t find the part right away, but after five hours, they finally replaced it.
I ended up paying $710, including a $350 labor fee. However, after leaving, I noticed my steering was pulling to the right. When I got on the highway, the shaking became even worse than before. I wasted my time and spent a lot of money, yet my problem is still not fixed. Instead of improving, the issue has gotten much worse.
Guys, you’re warned,…! Stay away far away from these guys. I don’t wonna tell you my full stories here. For really not because I’m broke but because they are unfaithful. Stay away.

Took my truck there which had a fuel line or hose that was broken and leaking. Got the repair fixed in the same day. I called before I went there and they offered to send out a service truck but I just drove there since it was just an exit away from the Clorox plant I was picking up from. The owner sent me a text so I could show him the exact problem so he can start searching for part # and part while I was getting loaded and driving. I was in and out in 30min and back on the road. Didn’t have the exact part in stock at the dealer to get but they replaced the part with a similar part rated for same spec and had no issues.
The employee told me I was good to go without paying and said to just call the owner he will send me an invoice. I was driving and received the invoice OTR and paid of course. I was shocked at the respect and trust to send me out without payment first. I guess they are a good judge of character. Very good people.
Stay away from this shop, quoted us $450 per tire for some
cheap Chinese brand tires and at the same time US made tires are at $400 range and also $75 per tire for mount and dismount. Simple rip off.
Don't bring any kind of mechanical work here for your equipment. These guys don't really know what they're doing. I'll trust them to just replace my tires and that's it.
Came here with an air leak on my trailer. They told me that I needed a modulator valve (about $400) for my air tank when in reality all I needed was just a brake chamber, which they also overcharged me for.

They rebuilt a motor incorrectly causing internal damage and they won't honor their warranty & repair or reimburse us so we can have another shop fix their work. We canot get a reply from the owner for over three weeks.
Nice guy, but too expensive, $420 just to change a fuel filter, 5 min away for the shop, no diagnosis, no computer, nothing, just replace a fuel filter OMG, you have to be sure to call them, have to be really really an emergency.
Very professional and hard-working staff owner is very helpful. My truck parts arrive late . Shop close 5 PM I request I have a load tomorrow. They accept my request and continue 9 PM. Price very reasonable professional work I highly recommended..
Truck sat in their parking lot for a week and half untouched with drive shaft issues, I was called right after they spoke to the boss and was told they would call me back at 5am, I never heard from them til almost 730 am. Thier tow truck was almost 2hr late from what I was told. I would NOT recommend this place for anything. They were to have all the air lines fixed and truck was to be ready by the time we got there with the new drive shaft, thereby as nothing touched and they had no air lines or fittings to fix anything but what we had taken there
Great guys to call when repairs are needed. Called and mechanic showed up quickly. Diagnosed problem found part and got me back rolling. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The staff is really cooperative and they did a good job.they changed turbo of my truck within few hours.the people are very professional and responsible.

Driver told us he was quoted $130 which seemed like a great rate (honestly thought we were getting a break at this point); work was done in less than two hours. When the bill came... the invoice charge was over $700.
Driver was irate (likely deservedly so); the owner Sam called Police and basically forced us to pay a ridiculous bill.
"You either pay now...or we wait and see what Police says"
Driver asked for them to remove the roof patch so he could get it repaired elsewhere, and was told that they would charge double to remove it.
Claimed that it was an hourly charge of $130, charged for 2.5 hours when the work was done in less than 2, then claimed he had 3 guys working on it. Also charged over $300 for parts/material on a very small and simple fix that they most likely used scrap for.
TRUCKERS BEWARE, if you are from out of town, do not go here and let yourself get taken advantage of. Better off going to Pilot, TA, or Loves than these swindlers.
Friendly staff. They had my truck ready on time and truly seemed to value my time. This shop and their shop in Hagerstown, MD are 10/10! Very much recommend both!
Very friendly and great service! It's a little rough to get to if you've never been there so I suggest you call for directions first! If you follow your GPS in DO NOT turn down the street by the railroad tracks! You will have to back all the way out there is nowhere to go.
$750 for a 20 inch cut on the trailer roof that took them 1 hour to fix. It wasn't night work or the weekend that is just what they charge. 375 is what they charge for an hour of labor and the rest was "supplies". Stay away.. They started working at 3:20 and i was out at 4:35.
We called in for road service as one of our truck was down on I-81 Virginina Welcome Center in Stephenson Va. Sam responded quickly and sent a service truck to repair our truck. Service and response was above average we've ever experienced. Great people to deal with. Will keep this Co. on file if ever needed again. Highly recommand. Trustworthy.
Their mechanics cannot diagnose their way out of a paperbag. They let their only competent technician go. If you have a big repair forget about this place. They only care about big easy work that tmakes then a quick dollar. If it's complex repair they will blow you off time and time again. Their 5 star reviews are due to discounts offered at time of service
Owner Gurinder "Gary" Dhaliwal and his den of lying thieves sold me and installed an incorrect load rated tire on my motor home while repeatedly claiming it was the correct load rating. I learned later the load rating is stamped on the tire. They didn't tell me that because i would have known it was incorrect and not made the purchase. The damage to my motor home after the tire blowout was extreme. See photo. Needless to say I am pursuing legal remedy thru the court as INWOOD refuses to accept financial responsibility. I will update this review periodically.

Had a trailer tire blowout at about 5am in the morning. We called them at they got here within 30mins and was done with the tire in no time at all, and it's freezing out here. Thanks for the help

Very nice shop and location. Really loved full stock of inventory of tires for trucks trailers and Dump trucks they carry. Would definitely recommended parking at their place, they have great parking spot.
great service no charge.i had a electrical issue with my truck.both guys guided me thru the process of getting back on the road and I did with their help by phone.well they tell me to save my money by listening to their suggestions .I followed their steps problem solved.not that I was looking for any free help .it was so simple they didn't want to charge me.most road service guys do.hoard trucking,LLC.give them all your business .very upfront and has great customer service!
