If you're crafty in almost any way, this is a store you should know. They carry a wide variety of donated hobby supplies, from drawing to sewing to glass to scrapbooking and more. Their prices are good, the selection is always different, and the staff are very helpful.

This place is incredible. Everything is well organized, tidy and clean. The prices are really fair, lower than value village or goodwill. This will definitely be my first stop when looking for crafting supplies!

I can't say enough good things about Art Salvage. It's my favorite store and my favorite nonprofit all at once. I love shopping there and I love donating and knowing that things I'm not going to use aren't going to end up in the trash. Thank you for existing

I've been wanting to go here for awhile now and I am SO happy I was finally able to! This place is wonderful and a thrifting artist's DREAM! You can truly find anything art related here if you're up for searching. And what a wonderful idea it is to having a designated store where locals can donate their at supplies to once there leave the hobby; where then new artists can find the supplies they new to start! The truest life cycle for art! 100000/10 would recommend!

This store was awesome. I was glad to find it when in town for a hockey tournament. It will be a regular in town stop now when I'm there. Prices where not the best but it was all very well organized and the odds and ends where fun to see.

I stop in like once a week. I mostly get beads and jewelry findings, but they get such cool random stuff, like a piano key rack. My son has it on his wall.

i love art salvage more than i could describe. their stuff is so neatly organized; it’s such a welcoming environment; i love seeing the art that has been made with repurposed materials throughout the store; and the staff is so nice & helpful. even if i go into the stop not finding what i came in for, i always leave with something i didn’t know i needed. and especially in the financial state of america right now, it’s nice that you can come to a place where the accessibility of art and art supplies isn’t behind a paywall. so please don’t forget to give back, and donate if/when you can !!

My absolute favorite place in town. What's better than supporting local and getting great deals on cool art supplies. I've gotten anything from a bag of bottle tops for a specific project, to a whole sewing machine here. I always walk away with a great find, even if it's not what I came in for. Things are organized exceptionally well, and every time I visit I find something new to inspire me. They have a rewards program which is great for frequent flyers!

Our family loves this place. It's like a treasure hunt for crafters and makers. We adore the bin area. My granddaughter always finds fun things. We buy a lot of bulk paper, crayons and paints. The vintage stuff is special too. My granddaughter also loves the little free area in the lobby. I appreciate the punch card.

Art Salvage Spokane is one of the most creative and inspiring places I’ve ever been. It’s not your typical art store—it’s a reuse and recycle treasure trove where artists, teachers, and makers can find the most unique supplies. Every corner feels like a hunt for hidden gems: fabric, paints, beads, frames, paper, and all kinds of unexpected materials waiting to be turned into something new. What I love most is their mission. They’re not only keeping art affordable, but they’re also giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste. It’s sustainable, creative, and community-driven all at once. The staff are friendly and passionate, always willing to share ideas or help brainstorm how you might use something. If you’re an artist, crafter, teacher, or just someone who loves creative projects, Art Salvage is a must-visit. You’ll walk in with curiosity and leave with inspiration—and probably more supplies than you planned (in the best way!).

This store is amazing and a "must go" for all crafters and sewists! Seriously, it is amazing. With the lack of discount fabric stores in the area, this place is truly a gem. Can't wait to visit again when I'm in town.

Absolutely a fantastic store! The staff and volunteers clearly enjoy being there, and it makes the experience all the better for it! All the supplies are easy to understand and see, and all the extra bits and bobs are so much fun! I highly recommend stopping in, if you have kids or enjoy, creative activities. Yourself! The prices are absolutely fantastic as well. We live on the west side of the state, but we will definitely come back every time we’re in town.

This is pretty much my go-to place for anything arts or crafts related nowadays. Art+focused thrift store, or thrift-focused art store? However you classify it, you can't beat the prices, and the staff is always kind and attentive. They even have a community board, and events with an event schedule posted in-store! Please, Art Salvage, never go away! ♥️????

Love the concept of fostering Spokane arts and artists by repurposing and upcycling art and craft materials, sharing knowledge, and building a community. The store has treasures in every corner, great prices on supplies (I bought brushes, watercolor paper, and a palette box) and a huge variety of craft materials for painting, fabric arts, framing, collage, and much much more. Definitely worth a visit for any creative person - a new favorite spot.

I've never considered myself an artistic person, although I have always appreciated art due to my lack of ability and inspiration. While visiting Art Salvage with a friend, I had my first inspiration after seeing a cork that was painted like a mushroom. I thought I could maybe carve them to be a little more realistic. Thank you for helping me realize I might be a bit of a sculptor.

This place was very cool! Such a great way to recycle everyday items for art and honestly at such great prices for other typical art needs. They take donations, so please support this local business.

Any sort of art you do from beads to sewing to painting to stamps, they have something for you and at pretty amazing prices. Sometimes you have to dig through a bin but it’s worth it if you’re a thrifty or starving artist.
