Blaine was amazing! He was fast to respond to our call and very friendly, knowledgeable. When he came to tow our 40ft motorhome he even drove it down our driveway for me since my husband was at work and I do not know how to drive the beast myself. He was very professional and such a nice person. He even took the care to put the drive shaft in a plastic bag with a tag on it and placed it on the entry steps as a reminder to whomever is going to be doing the repairs that the drive shaft (or line, I'm not sure what it's called) has been removed. I definitely recommend this company and will definitely be doing all my future towing with them. Thank you Blaine!!

towed me good. Never saw it comin. Tow clearly didn't go through any of my stuff in the car, and there's no new damage. Additionally, the office staff was great and worked with me to get my car released. Get your cars towed by Always!

It’s just such a sad line of work in my opinion, because life experience knows that these businesses are robbery. I pray that those in this towing business will find another line of work if they have a good heart, because literally their line of work is to hurt others. Such a shame. I know it helps the police department… and fire department in some situations, but in our situation. A nomad family who our home is our car.… Who were mis-informed by our Airbnb Host of where to park… Who came in very late on a cold, rainy night and went to bed… Who found out after just paying $530. to get our car that the sticker was only on it for one hour. This is wrong in every sense of the word. We feel bad for people who have to profit off of other people’s misfortunes in order to put food on the table. So we do hope for better for you all and we will try to have a better day… Our first day in Spokane, Washington, and our only day that we had to visit your city with our daughter. Thank God, we had the means, and that we have one more night at the hotel before we leave in the morning, because if we were a family who didn’t have the means or another night…HEAR THIS PLEASE… we would have been sleeping on the streets tonight. Literally. You would’ve hated a homeless family for at least a night or two in the sad thing is most people don’t have the extra few hundred and their bank and many people may have only had one night hotel stay. Can you not SEE the darkness that Hass to take place in your heart to ignore that you are creating these type of situation’s for people? Also thank God we have a really intelligent teenager who is very fast at using the Uber services… we are not from here… We have no family or friends here to give us a ride. without her quick tech abilities, we wouldn’t have been able to get our car out in time today and then we would’ve been charged almost $800 tomorrow instead of $530 today. Everyone with any common sense at all knows that this is dark and evil to do this to people. So now you punish a 16-year-old girl and two people who are kind and good, and who have spent their time traveling trying to help others, just to be treated this way here in Spokane. What a shame and I would never come back here again. Thank God for the Uber driver who was so kind and loving, and had so much compassion for us. Thank God he was so encouraging but then again, he’s not from Spokane either. Goodbye Spokane forever… You don’t deserve good people like us. On top of everything… You were not easy to get a hold of. We had to go through the leasing office at Riverhouse to find you which means that you were probably most likely (with the dark hearts that you have )trying to delay it as much as possible to get more money the next day. Shame on you.

Whenever I've had to call them, they have come and helped me that day. The longest wait I've had was 2 hours. The people who work here are so awesome and friendly, they go out of their way for their customers. I really appreciate their fast and friendly service.

I had my freightliner towed and unfortunately had damage to the oil pan during transport. Blaine at Always towing was really easy to work with and got me squared away and reimbursed me enough to cover the damages. Accidents happen but how a company deals with you after the fact is what matters. You’re in good hands with Blaine ! Will be using them again

Fantastic service! We were stranded an hour away from home and they sent a driver right away. The driver was very friendly and did a fabulous job of getting our truck home safely. 10/10 we would Highly recommended this company!

Got my car towed called on repeat for about an hour with no answer. When I finally got ahold of them all they asked for was do I have money , but all I was calling for was location of my car. After having a 5 to 10 minute conversation about how she doesn't have to worry I'm bringing cash she finally told me the address. Who could have guessed a company designed to screw people only cared about money? Side note not exactly sure how expensive towing actually is, but if someone calls your car to get towed and it's in there for 12 hours it costed me $450 and I live a relatively close distance.

These folks are amazing. Straight shooters. They are the best price in town for towing semi-trucks. Had my truck pulled. from my home in Cheney and delivered to the freightliner dealership for 600 bucs. Honest, upfront and couldn't ask for anything else. My company will now on use them for our towing needs from here on out.

*found out the fee is 289, the rest they charged were fees reaching nearly 500 for three hours. This company is contracted with a low income rental unit, what they charge to get the car out is rediculas nearly 500, they towed the vehicle 7 min from starting location and charged people living below the poverty rate this amount you should be ashamed. They had the car for three hours, couldn't tell us a price point, said payment needed to be cash, he asked if I needed the car today and I said I could t afford to have it there for two days worth of charges, he gave me a total and didn't bother telling me it would cost 150 more to get it today! What the heck! So its cheaper for it to sit on the lot or your gouging the price to get more from people, saw another post on here where the vehical was here for three days and the price was the same as our three hour stay! they are scamming people.

I had the pleasure of working with Blaine today. A real salt-of-the-earth fellow who is clearly an intelligent hard worker. By that I mean, he thinks about what he needs to do to get a job done before plowing forward. Hopefully next time there isn't a miscommunication outside of our immediate control and we get the right wrecker for the job. ? Thanks for the assist. Stay safe out there, sir.

Good rates. Friendly staff. Just make sure the person you talk to records the quote they gave you. Even though i had to pay $10 more than originally quoted it was still cheaper than everywhere else i called. Driver got my car to my house quickly and was very friendly.

Always Towing came to our rescue! We were driving our son's truck with camper back from Soap Lake when it broke down just outside of Spokane. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. They arrived with a flatbed quicker than anticipated. They hauled it back to our house and managed to maneuver it into our driveway in the backyard. I highly recommend them!

Blaine was able to get my sons f150 started and saved the day! They arrived within 15 minutes of our call. I am very thankful for their kind service. I recommend them to all! Ten stars!

Even though I did not need their service they were SUPER patient and nice while we played phone tag. The owner was very nice and he cared about what was happening! Had to get my POS focus towed again today! The driver was clean cut and very friendly. He showed up right at the time they estimated to arrive. Price was fair and service was great! I will use them again if needed until I get my new car - lol!!

What an amazing experience! I went to the website and sent in a request for an estimate. Within 5 minutes I received a response with the dollar amount. I asked if it could happen that day, with in 2 minutes he responded, he could do it right now!! He said he'd text me when he got to my address. Literally, 5 minutes later he text me he was 4 minutes away. He showed up, got my RX8 loaded with much care. I paid, and he left. My car was delivered and it was a perfect tow. It all happened in 30 minutes. Brandon was so kind. I will call them, Always for my towing needs. Thanks again Brandon!!

Very nice Service. And on time too, which is Always nice. Had to Tow my Truck to a Repair Shop. Was nice seeing the Young Man. Being careful about lifting my Older Truck. And hooking and chaining it up. And when we got to the Shop he let it down gently as well.
