This is the second time in a year that I’ve used their services and they’re always super friendly, compassionate, and quick with their service. Those complaining about delay need to understand that being in a larger city means they are frequently busy. But I’ve lived in small towns where it’s taken three hours for Roadside Assistance. Nelson has always been able to assist me and under 45 minutes.I am very grateful for this company! I will always choose Nelson towing over any other towing company in the city! they have been extremely professional and nothing short of awesome with every interaction . They damaged my car and refused to take accountability. Do not leave your car with these people. The manager is very rude and not professional. They really don't care about their customers. Please shop the competitors.

This place is unprofessional, when picking up my car from the lot it was smashed into another car. They denied any damage and refused to provide insurance. Do Not Do Business with this Place! They are careless, and do not respect people's property or take accountability.

Nelson's is top notch service! DJ displays awesome customer service! He is very helpful & goes out of his way to ensure things are taken care of! Nelson's is efficient & always kind! I highly recommend! We have been using them for years!

HORRIBLE- If you purchase at their auction - DO NOT - leave your purchased vehicle or boat with them - They just leave them on the street and they can be stolen and they take NO responsibility for it. According to the front desk man this is the second time this month! My husband went to pay for the boat we purchased and by the time we went to pick it up it had already been stolen!!! So we have no boat and they take no responsibility!

Left my car at gas station came back less then 2 hours of it being parked they towed it was on papers marked as abandoned, wouldn’t negotiate at all charged me $558 bucks to get it out worst experience with these guys avoid ??

Friend left a car at a gas station for a few hrs where it’s a 48 parking permitted and they came and towed his vehicle they are really desperate so watch out for them guys out to get you really unreliable company the manager of the gas station said he had nothing to do with them picking it up so guarantee set up . Please be courteous!!

Ever think about using your turn signals or driving the speed limit. How about just driving safe. I'm glad it's not my car they are towing. BE SCARED IF THEY TOW YOUR VEHICLE

My insurance dispatched Nelson’s Towing to save my day! I couldn’t be more appreciative to the level of professionalism and prompt service!. My insurance company said to expect the ETA to be 60-90 minutes but he was there in 15!! I highly recommend! Thank you

Seeing some of the past reviews I was a bit leery going here but I was planning on getting an alignment on suggestion from Discount Tire. The alignment turned into a MUCH bigger job but Nelson’s was able to do the whole thing, same day, which I was grateful for. Afterwards there was a metal on metal sound that was some sort of dust cover rubbing but I just brought it right back (twice lol) and they fixed it right up. I had no problem, nothing about it was a hassle and in pleased with the service and work done. I’d come here for work again.

PLEASE listen to the one star reviews, send your stuff to perfection tire where they’ll not only give you a quote they can stick to, but they’ll show you what your paying for and give you quality service. I had some work done on my vehicle here where I had asked for a quote on an additional service, when I got my vehicle I had a check engine light on and when confronting them I was called a “D” after they told me “you knew you needed x done because you called in asking about it and we can still do it for the quoted price” Next time I need a service like this I’ll be calling another company to tow my crap to perfection tire or I’ll WALK before EVER coming here again. Waste of time and money.

We took our suv in, and they called us with a quote. We approved it. And an hour later they called back to say they misquoted us. It was $400 more. At this point, there was nothing we could do. Our car was taken apart, we had to proceed. I asked what happened, and they said something about new people. I have worked in customer service a long time. If a company messes up on a quote, that is the company's problem, not the customer. NEVER THE CUSTOMER. I have owned my own cars for 30 years. Never has a mechanic jacked me around like this. They didn't find a new issue. They messed up and literally made us pay for it. This is despicable business practice. Horrible.

Worst experience with an autobody shop I’ve ever had. Not only did they have my car for six weeks, but after assuring me they took it for a test drive and everything was good, I got back into my vehicle to find a blinking orange warning light on the dashboard and the car pulls wildly to the left. They knew I had a seven hour drive home and had flown up that morning to pick up my car, and I was assured on the phone and in person that they had test driven it. The customer service is atrocious. Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. When I called to let them know there was not one apology or acknowledgment of their shoddy repair work. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not bring your car here.

My car had been stolen and was located by police. We called Nelson's towing to have it towed to the mechanic shop. Milo called me and as soon as he heard it had been stolen, offered to take pictures of my car and text them to me. I was so grateful he did, eased my mind. Very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for your towing needs. They will have our business from here on out. Thank You Milo!

I wonder how much these places make off of tows specifically at apartment communities. Our car was tagged and then towed within minutes. And oh the charges for the tow and release of the car. It feels like a racket. Oh, and we were parked legally. Now that's an issue with the apartment.

Did a decent job on body work... everything else about this place is completely baffling. Pretty sure they attempted to repair my vehicle when it clearly should have been totalled. Looks good but rides like garbage. If someone calls in sick good luck getting any news. 3 times in that shop and my vehicle still has problems. Told me they have video it being all good and they won't fix the problems. I also have videos showing the opposite. They lied about parts being replaced that weren't and never billed. Clearly can't see obvious camber while doing alignments. As a auto service advisor...I would be fired if I provided such horrible responses/customer service. Sometimes my steering wheel feels like it's catching and getting stuck while turning left. Definitely not going to have a sense of security this winter! I wouldnt trust them with your lives to do mechanical work.

Brought my car in for front end damage and Nelson’s Auto Repair was one of the places available to complete the repairs through my car insurance. I read through their reviews and decided this was the place to go. They made the process simple, scheduled quickly and we got our Subaru back in less than 2 weeks. They did an awesome job & even washed my car before we picked it up! I would definitely recommend them for your auto body repairs.

Waited 3 hours for any sort of service. Contacted the tow company at 2:30 at the latest and was not even remotely helped until 5:15. Tow truck didn’t even show up until after 5:30. They kept pushing out my ETA every time I inquired about where they were. In addition to that, when I finally got ahold of the office, they told me that they couldn’t give me much information since they were now closed and the nighttime tows were not run through them. Do not recommend.

I must say ... my car looks damn good now. Nelson's repaired my Subaru due to an accident. Although it took a few weeks, I have no complaints. My car was ready two days before the estimated time. The front desk employees were nice and efficient. Each week, Nelson's called me, giving me an update on my vehicle status. These guys did an amazing job. Thank you to all who worked on my Subaru. Job well done. Again .. Thank you.

My car was hit back in November by an uninsured driver and my insurance company set me up with Nelson's. They were so great to work with! I appreciated that my car was back much sooner than estimated, fixed perfectly, and they even did a light detailing on it. Everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful. Although I sincerely hope to not be in a similar situation anytime soon, I would definitely use them again if I needed to. Highly recommend. Thanks so much, everyone at Nelson's.

Stopped in to visit family. Parked in an area to unload things from our car. Not realizing how long it took before we knew a neighbor knocked on our door and told us our vehicle was being towed. This was within an hour of arrival. The parking for the apartment was full. We were not blocking anyone. The car next to ours was also towed. Tried to get the car but the driver said sorry too late. He had just connected it within minutes. Spoke with a few neighbors and was told they give warnings and no one has ever been towed in the 5 years they had been here. Rushed to retrieve all within 30 minutes of it leaving and charged $272.50. $50 of which was a storage charge. When we arrived it was still connected to the tow truck. The total distance was 3.5 miles yes 3 1/2 miles. Can’t believe they can get away with this. Found out the manager who lives offsite Alexander Wells was the person that called. He works for Guenther Property management and will not return calls made to him. By the way. Currently there is a car parked in our exact location shortly after we were towed. 7 hours and counting.

I ordered a tow with the flat truck. Chad was the operator an did an excellent job. Took his time to make sure my car was loaded without a scratch.

Got to keep my baby running true, and I was referred to Nelson's by Mark at discount tire who will always give you the best deal on tires. Nelson's did a great job of the alignment on my Camaro.
