What a sham of a company. One of their drivers was dropping off a vehicle to be repaired at my shop and managed to back into another customers car. Not only was one of my employees standing right next to this as it happened waving at him to stop while he was still a good foot away from hitting the car but this was all directly in view of my parking lot cameras. When the driver got out of the truck my mechanic pointed out the damage and helped the driver finish getting the vehicle unhooked. The driver went back to his cab to drop the wheel lift and decided to just drive straight off in such a mad rush he didnt even put his wheel lift up until he passed the front gate and left a huge gouge in my parking lot just to add insult to injury. Seeing the logo on the truck on camera we obviously contacted the company and informed them of the situation, only to recieve the response that the driver denies hitting the car and even after being shown the video denied any wrongdoing on their part and refused any responsibility to make it right. The customer whos car was hit was contacted prior to getting in touch with the tow company and his only request to make things right was for $200 for parts and offered to fix the damage himself as he understood that accidents happen, which i found to be an extremely reasonable and considerate solution given that his vehicle was sitting parked and absolutely none of this was his fault. World Connections Towing outright denied this offer and told him to get lost. Its not often you find such a gross lack of responsibility with the employees and owners of a company. Save yourselves some trouble and use literally any other tow company in the area.

These knowledgeable professionals got my truck out of a precarious position on a cliff when my truck slid off my icy steep mountain driveway and thanks to a tree did not roll but would have if they had not used 2 tow trucks and cables to winch it up to the driveway. The first tow company gave up and told me it would take 4 wheel drive tow trucks to do it. THIS company had the best equipment and the experienced employees who got the job done without any extra damage to my truck!

The owner Richard absolutely killed my car after he performed a diagnosis on it and now my car went from not being able to start to not even turning over at all and after i inquired about it he kept throwing personal attacks at me. This man and his staff would rather sit and argue and debate with you than listen and do his job correctly. Would rate 0 stars if possible

Immediate phone call after booking confirming pickup would be in 20 minutes. Like clockwork after being left out on the road by the competition for more than five hours. I would highly recommend this service that delivered our car and daughter safely to tire store for repair on a late Monday night. Like a knight in shining armor on an otherwise scary night! Thank you! Efficient! Timely! Professional!

Refused to do work, I said I can go grab the lug nuts from my garage and he said he won’t wait around 5 seconds for me to grab them terrible service and horrible worker

These folks were great. Steven tried everything he could and finally got the job done. I appreciate the extra time put in so we would not scratch up or do more damage. I would use them again and encourage anybody needing this service to give them a shot.

Someone got stuck in our driveway, in a beautiful 2014 Corvette. The driveway was poured not that long ago so it has a good 4 to 5 inch drop-off. The woman was backing in and went off the side and bottomed out with both tries against the driveway. Very sticky situation. Mark came out and did a perfect job of getting it out with no damage. Kuddos to Mark! He is an asset to your company.

This towing company is the best towing company I’ve ever used. I will never use anyone different, EVER! Berton showed up and was so full of knowledge. He went above and way beyond to help me out with what I thought was a broke down jeep only to run it thru a number of things and was able to get it back up and running. He saved the day!

Nick is such a good dude! Gave me a ton of life advice when i told him im an expecting father. He was extremely hardworking and got my vehicle secured to the towtruck when it was in a difficult spot with busy traffic. He got me to where i needed to go safely but also promptly. Nick is a very genuine dude and hope the best for him. Definitely give this guy a raise!!

I recent got into a car accident, totaling my vehicle. Ashley went above and beyond to navigate me through the process. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. As someone who has spent most of my life working on cars and in/out/around the towing industry, I can confidently say that my driver was top notch. We had to wait for a bit while the jump start box/battery charged up so we could jump start my car. In the meantime, we talked about everything under the sun and Richard was an absolute gem! He's very knowledgeable, timely, and works his rear off for his family. (Give him a raise!! He deserves it! <3) He communicated with me very well, as did dispatch. He was the fastest driver I've ever had! I've met and worked with a lot of drivers over the years, and I can definitely say he knows what he's doing. Thank y'all again for the help! :)

Berton saved me time and money! He arrived earlier than estimated. He also found the problem on my truck once it was loaded! Saved me a trip to the autoshop

Nick was having a rough day. He had a tire blow out. In spite of that, he still did a great job and provided excellent service.

What a fantastic experience. Richard and Mathew were great communicators. I was literally stranded on the side of the freeway with a flat tire and they were there in no time, had to stop traffic on I-90 and we were loaded up in 5 minutes and off to the dealership. It was a pretty hairy situation and they handled it safely and super quick. Don’t waste time calling another operator. These guys are great in a time of need !!

Steven was where I asked him to be on the dot. Great guy and responsive company. After a night from hell Steven and World Connection Towing came through in the clutch.

My car broke down late at night, but their response time was impressive. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was very knowledgeable and reassuring. They handled my vehicle with great care and made a stressful situation much more manageable. This company was across the street at neighbors picking up a car. When leaving the driver decided to hop the curb on our side of the street and drive in my grass leaving a large divot and damaging sprinkler line and landscape area. Instead of getting out and letting me know he just drove off like that’s how you do business. After watching video he drove off as fast as he could and didn’t care that he didn’t know how to maneuver his rig. After contacting the company they said they would be out the next day. Well as you can guess they never showed or contacted me as they said they would call and stop by next day. I’m a business owner and this is not how you do business.

Terrible manager. Wouldn’t listen acted like a complete jerk. Argued with me and my insurance reps then cancelled the tow call because I wouldn’t sign a waiver releasing them from all responsibility. I wanted to make sure this didn’t negate any repairs to my vehicle if damages were done or for existing damages due to being stuck in a mud pit. Because of this I was stuck in my car for over three hours and ended up having to call another tow company that pulled my car out with no issues at all. Never recommend this tow company to anyone ever! Update: in response to the managers response to my review. I never once threatened you I said it seems sketchy to have a waiver signed before you will tow and that you were contracted with GEICO not me. Just further proves you didn’t listen to anything I said. If you think you were professional during these conversations I would hate to see what you think is unprofessional. I see others have similar experiences with your company so you can say what you want but you definitely need an attitude adjustment and learn how to treat customers instead of being confrontational right from the start. The other tow company was very professional and did what you said you probably couldn’t and you hemmed and hawed over without really knowing the situation.

The worst ! They were suppose to tow my car to the dealership. At 4:30 the dealership called me and asking where my car was. I called the company and was told it was canceled. The didn’t let me know this. Talking to Richard in the morning was told by him they would take care of the tow. I called my daughter so she called the company and was called the C word. Worst customer service ever . Is this how they treat all women and SENIORS?

Steven clearly communicated from pre- arrival to drop- off of my vehicle at the mechanic. He quickly moved my car from a parallel spot and had it taken away within minutes. He was respectful and kind - thank you again!

My tire practically fell off after the ball joint and control arm broke off of the driver side. I couldn't move it at all. The tow truck driver showed up on time. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle didn't get further damages to the suspension. It was tricky. He was professional and did a great job!

Worked with Richard to get my truck towed to a shop for repairs, We gave Richard the wrong address for drop off and he didn’t hesitate to pick the truck up again and get it to the right place. Will be using Richard in the future when I need a tow, and would recommend to others. Great Service!

Richard and his brother are good people!!! Budget Rental customer service was of little help. Stranded with kids literally in the middle of nowhere. Richard could have made money off a tow 100+ miles, yet knowing the situation talked me through a repair on the telephone. I made it another 100 miles and the Budget rental car finally died in the middle of a highway off ramp. Again, Budget customer service of little help and won’t rent from them again. Richard gave us an honest ETA and helped us. His brother towed the car, pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them and appreciate their assistance!

Worst experience ever with a tow company. The man that came and picked up my car knew that it had all four tires slashed. He drove the car up on the back of the flatbed tore the underneath of my vehicle. Used boards instead of ramps to get the vehicle up on the flatbed and you hear the board snapping as he’s driving up onto the bed of the truck. When delivered the truck to my home, he rammed my aftermarket rims into the curb, tearing them up, and they would not even replace them and it was on video The guy ramming them and dragging the rims against the curb. As soon as he seen us pull up, he took off and wouldn’t even speak to us because he knows what he did was wrong and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very disappointed that my insurance company contracted with these people. In response to your reply the tires were slashed while we were in the casino. And for two my husband wasn’t arrested on the casino property for anything nor was I. I have never been in any trouble so your response is wrong. And they are reopening it because we finally got the video from our home video showing your driver ramming the rims into the curb that’s what they needed to have your company replace the rims thanks. We had to wait for cobra to be able to pull the video from the system. And an FYI to you he wasn’t arrested for any type of drug related crime and never has in his life. So get your facts straight before you say slander on someone’s name. Because this is public and I hope you realize you can’t slander someone’s name like that when it’s false information.

These people were dispatched to us by our insurance company when our car broke down while doing errands the Saturday before Memorial Day. We asked that they tow the car to our house, and then after the long weekend was over, we would call to have it taken to the shop at our own expense. We were satisfied with their service on Saturday, but on Tuesday, when we no longer had our insurance company to back us up, their service was dismal. I wasted half a day playing phone tag with them. What wasn’t made clear at the onset, at least not in a way that was clear to me, is that they serve at the pleasure of insurance companies. Private calls from individuals are way lower priority. Finally, to World Connections Towing directly: I dialed back my scathing review from yesterday because I had a chance to sleep on it and I’m not as emotional - not because your driver called back to tell me off.

They were horrible the tow truck driver didn’t hook up the cables to my battery correctly so he couldn’t get it charged to actually move my vehicle. So he couldn’t complete the job. Then he left with my keys and I was told after calling that we would get them back later that day so I waited for hours and they didn’t show up. They finally returned them the next day. Honestly I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Edit in response to their reply: yes it was this company I don’t have AAA it was through my insurance. I know for a fact it was World Connection Towing because we had to find their phone number to call them to get my keys back. The job was canceled because your tow truck driver didn’t know how to hook up a battery properly to get my car moved. Maybe train your employees how to actually do their job.

Nice people but Lied to me about where they were taking my car so it took two or three extra weeks to get my car into the repair shop, because they took it across state line, even though they promised me they wouldn’t. Charged my insurance around five thousand just to tow it back. I started researching the business and I can’t even find them on the better business bureau.
