Tad was super friendly and helpful over the phone. He answered my questions and had beautiful quality dark dirt delivered within the hour (last minute order). The price was VERY competitive, matter of fact it was lower than the other company I used previously. The delivery truck driver was friendly and on point with a precision drop. Super satisfied with the entire experience!
Had a truck bed full of tree branches, Diversified wanted to charge $55. Went to Transfer Station & was charged $10 for 320lbs. You've now lost a customer.
They charge to much for wood recycling wanted 257 dollars just for a good sized tree stump i could see the whole tree but not just a stump last time i was only charged 55 for a stump dont know what happened to good pricing
People were nice. But prices are not consistent. They wanted almost 200$ for a trailer load full of wood from a small tree. Cost 30$ at cannon hill. Had almost the same size load and took it to Spokane transfer station for 56$
I use this business often for recycling old wood on my property. Every young man they have working the trailer is polite and helpful. Especially the new guy today. Hard to find pleasant hard-working kids these days. Diversified is doing a good job hiring.
What a wonderful place.!!!! They are able to take our waste for a small fee then in some cases sell it to others for a small fee. Thank you for helping to take care of Spokane's waste problem. Who in the heck could complain about this. People will whine about anything. I dont know the owners, i have no idea who they are but I do know it's tough to run a business dealing with the public. I hope you are profitable.
I have always been pleased when dropping off recycling, for me it has always been old lumber from projects around the farm. For clean wood it is very reasonable pricing and the employees are friendly.
Although one needs 4 wheel drive to navigate this enormous site, Diversified is one of Spokane's hidden gems. They take concrete. Treated wood. Stumps. Yard waste. Painted wood. Dirt. They do NOT want your garbage, but they can get rid of your old cabinets!
Price was fair, gentlemen running the front was friendly and helpful. The layout of the place is very confusing and a little messy but once we got some assistance it was a quick in and out.
Wont be going there after speaking with some guy on the phone. Couldnt even give a rough estimate on a standard size pick up truck bed. Since they also sell somethings that is brought in to be repurposed in some way.... Along with charging YOU to bring your wood, lumber, yard waste, etc. So they are making money in two forms.
Will not do business with them or anyone that is rude af on the phone. Doesnt matter what business if rude on phone they are going to be rude in person.
very poor company won't be coming back at all already told all my friends family not to go there they charged me over $500 for 2 dump trailers took to the city dump only $150 ripped me off
The original owner is back and the place is great. Friendly staff, fast and low cost. Especially like the DWR repurposing where cool rocks and tree stumps are re-sold to be made into tables, large yard art and more.
Went to take.a load of branches this weekend, truck and smaller trailer with all freshly cut clean geen branches 2" or less diameter.
I pulled up to a mud pit, they come over and measure it up and say it'll be $167 to dump it. I couldn't believe the cost, told them no way that I would pay that and turned around and left. Stopped at the Spokane Transfer Station on the way home and dumped it for $40. Good spot if you want to pay 4x for possibly getting stuck and walking through 6" of mud.
Drove half an hour fully loaded and they are randomly closed at 3pm on wednesday, no note, nothing. No one answered the phone. 3 customers came right after me and left right behind me.
Everything as one would expect when recycling, but they could really use some gravel: the whole yard is dirt and mud. Make sure to wear your rain boots.
