Tyler from Divine's Towing was very kind and helpful to my wife when her car died and needed service. He diagnosed the problem was with the battery and got it jump started. Then he went out of his way to escort her to the nearest auto parts store for a new battery, making sure he was right behind her in case there were any problems along the way. Once there, Tyler patiently stayed with the running car while she went inside to buy the battery. She said he was truly a Godsend and highly recommends Divine's Towing. Thank you, Tyler! May God reward you!
We were stranded on the on ramp heading south from Spokane with a trailer carrying about 2 tons and a blown tire. Chuck showed up and swapped our tire out with one from his personal trailer (we agreed to return it of course) and aired the other low tire up before sending us on the way.

Joe and taylor and the mechanic were amazing -car was impounded and had lost my job and received an eviction notice and my final paycheck was less than what I owed and due to getting evicted, My only option was to move to California, and they severely understood and worked with me and made it to where I was able to get my car out of impound - great people , and very kind , if i was staying in town i definitely wouldve came and worked for Joe
My son got his car stolen. It was found 4 blocks away parked at a business so they had it towed to Divines lot. The next day after filing a police report we were informed that it was at Divines so u went to pick it up. Almost $500 for lest then 24hr on there lot. What a scam. I hope you guys go out of business.

Update to this email the manager of divine's towing called and apologized as they saw the film of what the tow truck driver did and what the gas station attendant was saying
This incident is supposed to be put into the employees files. And corrective action taken. Thank you to the manager of who called me I really appreciate it. Do not know if all the drivers are like this one driver of a tow truck at the gas station on mission and Green Street but he pulled up like he was going to hit my car I was going to take a left onto an alley and he pulled into the alley and he would not move I had my turning light on I had the right away to turn left onto the alley behind the gas station that driver pulled up right up to my front of my car and would not move it is the principal of letting right away driver go he didn't I would never ever call this place for help ever if drivers like him are that way?. They said it was private property the alley is not private property I have pictures of him when he was in the alley and I was waiting for him to go by for me to take my left
Amazing company very professional, they showed up on time and their price was good. Tyler was an amazing driver he maneuvered his self and my truck, through the alleyway up the hill and parked it better than I even do normally.

I got my car impounded because it was stranded due to the weather and I came to pick it up
My tire was popped and I just seen my car a couple days ago and all tires were fully aired and now there is a dent in my car and scratch marks I literally just seen my car on the 9th and was impounded the day after they caused damage to my car

After waiting for 3 hours for a tow from another company on a miserable night, calling Divine's and having them show up in the promised 30 minute timeline was the best call I made all evening. Chase showed up with a warm truck and a quick smile, set me at ease, loaded my car quickly, and delivered me and the vehicle to the dealership safely, even making sure that my ride had arrived before he took off. I really appreciated him that night and will never be calling Honda Roadside Assistance again. :-)
Tow truck driver picked up the car and transported it to my property adequately after I blew out my front passenger side car going over a pothole. Delivering it to my property was another story. He backed over and decimated sections of my neighbor's lawn when backing the car onto my driveway. After contacting a Devine's manager, my neighbor was told the driver quit the next day but Devine's was willing to pay to get the lawn fixed. A few days later, the manager reneged on the agreement and offered her $100 after she signed a detailed legal form. Now we are trying to fix this mess with $100 and little thanks to Devine's towing.
Awesome company to deal with, very helpful and accommodating of any situation that would arise during the towing process. Very informative as the job progresses to completion as well as being very fair in their pricing for the job done. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed in the future.
My car broke down on sprague and Chuck arrived in no time! Not only was he quick, but he was also super friendly and did an incredible job putting my car in a tight spot once he got it where it needed to be.

I had a truck in storage that I needed to two back to my house. I''m very pleased with Divine's Towing. They actually beat me to the location and got my truck towed with no fuss. Charged me exactly what they quoted and I was done in under an hour. Jason was my driver and he was quick and pleasant. I had a nice conversation with him on the way over to my place. So if you want a hassle free and drama free experience call Divine's.

This company did an exceptional job with my Mercedes Glc63. I’m a very particular owner. I was terrified of having my car towed. The gentleman they sent out was very professional, well trained, and polite. If I ever find myself in the situation again, I would not hesitate to call Devine’s towing
I called several places to try and get help changing my tire. All had 3+ hour waits, but finally I got in touch with Divine’s. Joshua was out in 45 minutes and was fantastic! Very reasonable price and great guy. Had me on my way in no time!
Amazing service. Over delivered and help us out on a hot day with a Auto situation we didn’t ask for. Kelly was amazing in being creative and shoving our problem so we could get our car home.

Was in quite the pinch and on a holiday weekend. The dispatcher at Divine Towing was very nice and quite reassuring. Driver of the tow truck was on site in 20 minutes and got the car back home and for a price that was lower than I had predicted. Made the whole stressful situation much easier and I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and kindness (we are talking a towing company here!) that I received throughout the whole ordeal. Divine Towing is now saved in my contacts and will be my first choice for the next unforseen towing event. I think the best compliment I can give, though, is my wife was impressed. That just doesn't happen, like, ever.
Good customer service is becoming more and more rare. In addition, to someone willing to work hard especially when not always knowing the full scope of what they are walking into. I couldn’t recommend Josh enough and how at ease he made me feel with my situation. He exceeds Divine’s already established mission and values with his customer service, expertise and compassion for what he does. What an amazing asset he is to Divine’s!!!

Came out at midnight after a 1 star company hit Sent by my insurance company first. I can't tell you how happy I was to know after 3 hours I had Divines there to get my vehicle. Called for a tow for my daughter's car, they advertise 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week and they are true to their word. The wonderful man that picked up my daughter's car was not only knowledgeable about his job but he was friendly, caring, professional and one hell of a good driver. The gal that took my call tonight was the nicest lady I've ever spoke to. Thank you both for being so wonderful.
