I was stuck on a county road in deep mud. Pro-Tow was the only one willing to come out and save me and get me back on the road. Dispatcher Michelle was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Tow driver Jerry is amazing and went above and beyond and I’m extremely grateful for him and his professionalism.
The cost was high but when you factor in their drive time and the amount of time and effort it took to get me a good mile down the poorly maintained road that was nothing but deep mud I really can’t complain and will recommend this company to anyone.

Faced with a major RV issue in the Coeur d’ Alene and Spokane area, Pro Tow were the only company to offer us any assistance. None of the Ford dealership's, Camping World, or any other RV super store offered help.
Andy, Gerry and the other team members not only diagnosed the issue they tried to connect us with a Ford facility for the necessary warranty work. They made sure we were as comfortable as possible in their lot as we struggled to solve the issue. In a stressful, frustrating and vexing situation Pro Tow was outstanding in helping us. They were professional, courteous and respectful the whole way.
Jerry helped me out today, and I am so glad that it was him. He was able to locate the issue immediately and prevented what could have been quite the repair bill I wouldn’t have needed. His integrity and honesty is noteworthy. Great service was provided by Christina in dispatch, too. I thank you!
Dean and I were broke down at an rv resort and needed a tow for service. No easy task as we are a Class A motorcoach 43 feet long! Jerry at Pro-Tow came out to rescue us. Tow truck is a monster truck and we are a monster rig. ?. Jerry put us at ease with his exceptional knowledge of towing a rig our size and he was aware of potential tight spots and what needed to be done to safely get us to service. He towed us to his shop where he has qualified mechanics to do repairs and get us back on the road. Very professional and personable. Put us at ease to have such a qualified person working with us. Had a great experience with Pro-Tow 24 Hr Towing by FleetEasy. Jerry and Ryan showed up quickly and handled everything like true professionals. They were friendly, efficient, and made a stressful situation way easier to deal with. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about helping people out. Definitely recommend them if you need a tow—solid crew and solid service.
I got taken through the ringer started at 300.00 dollars ended with a 2,200 plus bill every time they called they had a different excuse why it was going to cost more
If you have to use them have them put it in writing do not trust a word they say
Fantastic experience. I received a kit cabin from Canada and it was delivered with ease and precision. Gerry brought in a large allterrain fork lift to get it on site which happened to be in the woods through a large wet field. I had need stressing over the delivery for months but when it finally arrived Jerry was in and out in less that 45 min. Very nice gentleman and he's the company supervisor. It’s nice to see the supervisor out working just as hard as his crew he manages. It says a lot.
When my RV fell apart on the road, I was kind of a wreck myself.
Your driver showed up and had an immediate calming effect.
He got the trailer safe to move and got me safely to a repair facility quickly.

My truck broke down and the insurance company wasn’t able to find someone to come out, so I called Pro-Tow. Their customer service was great! They kept in communication on when they were expecting to be out there. Jerry was the driver and he was excellent! Called me several times to update me where he was. Very nice, very patient, and kept saying he was trying to hurry so he can get me back to work which I really appreciate. A five star rating was easy to make for this experience. Great service. The driver I believe his name was Jason was very friendly and he made sure everything was tied down. Because my car is a classic car. And he took very good care of it.
Great company to work with the person who answers the phone. The young lady was so sweet and nice and very helpful. The driver that came out was able to get his rigging to my place lift up the boat and do everything we need to do awesome super pleasant. Super easy to work with. God bless them they’re great people.
The guy that came out was straight forward with me, he was there in less than 60 minutes and had the job done in no time including him having to go get s new part. Totally recommending them anytime I break down again. The service is not listed below but he worked on a 2018 peterbilt.
had to have a battery replaced on my truck while in olympia WA, the tech was out within an hour and 10 minutes and got straight to work. it was early in the morning so understandably he was tired and forgot to attach one cable, we had some good laughs about that. overall excellent service, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. would definitely recommend pro-tow to others and will be using them again if I'm in that area
Appreciate they showed up, 2 other companies bailed out. Very spendy, $600 over my quote total $3k to tow 60 miles and not to my address. I had to tow last 1/2 mile. Would have been worth it if my vintage 1954 trailer toilet tank had not broken. Unable to replace. I would ask in future if professionals are moving your valuables. They secure the load or offer insurance.
Great service and friendly people. I called to get my 66 Plymouth Sports Fury towed from storage to my house. The dispatch lady was very kind and polite, ensured me she would send out a flatbed and that the wait time would be about an hour. A short time later the Driver called me warning me he may be over an hour because he was just getting back from lunch. The driver ended up showing up in about 30 minutes, I believe his name was Ryan. He help my move my Fury out of the garage, loaded it with car and when it came to dropping it off was even able to back into my driveway off a narrow street and pull out in one go. Would recommend them to anyone with confidence.
Completely unprepared to load a 4-horse trailer with living quarters. When I told them it was unsafe to load it the way they were attempting they argued with me. Then when I told them I didn’t need them they wanted to charge me $1,500.00. I ended up paying them $500 to remove a tire. Way to much. You can see by the photo that the blocks were not going to work and they had the wrong equipment for the job.
Jerry was very kind and helpful. I got a flat tire on my car and Jerry not only did his towing job but he even looked at the wheels on my car. We found out we had to replace the wheels due to Jerry taking the time to inspect the wheel. He noticed that the car was in fact holding in some air, so he stuck some air in the wheel and was kind enough to escort us to Les Schwab tire centre. He emphasized that if we felt like we were losing air in the tire to please immediately pull over and he would be there on the scene.
Once arriving to Les Schwab, Jerry proceeded to show us how to fill out the paper work and was very thorough in explanations on what to send to our insurance company and how this all worked, as it was in fact our first time having a flat tire on this specific car.
I went inside of Les Schwab to get a quote on some tires, but I am ignorant to information on cars. I got 3 options for tires and brought the paper out to my husband so we could make a decision. Jerry politely asked to see our options and suggested option number 2 out of 3. He also suggested that we add Siping to the wheels, and even took time out of his day to thoroughly explain what Siping is and why it’s important to have on the wheels of your car.
Shortly after finishing all of the paperwork, Jerry wished us well, and you could see that he meant it. He emphasized it. I explained how I have had such bad luck with cars in 2020, and he said he hopes my luck gets better. My husband and I headed to the inside of Les Schwab, full of confidence in telling the employees our decision on the wheels to get for our car and how we wanted to add siping. I turned to wave goodbye at Jerry as he drove away, my only regret was that he did not see my wave.
