Excellent service, made a set of square u bolts for leaf springs that I couldn't find available anywhere locally in the size I needed. Excellent quality, perfect fit and made them quickly. Also beat prices everywhere els half the price including online.
Excellent selection of heavy duty truck parts, best in the Shenandoah area. Really good staff to assist you with getting the right part @ fair price. If they don't have it usually they can get it the next day.

I've only been here once. I needed some studs for a 6500 and none of the local auto placed could help. One told me just to try Napa truck parts, which I'd never heard of. I drove over and got there at quarter till 5, worried they wouldn't help me because they were ready to close, and told the guy at the counter I needed studs. He didn't even ask what they were for, just took them in the back and came out a few minutes later with new ones. Was nice to find a place that didn't need to click through a hundred questions on the computer to find a part.
I came into the store today at about 4:45 p.m.. I stood in front of the counter while 3 men talked and nobody asked if I needed help. I went to the back and looked around for a while and could not find anything I was looking for. I asked a man for help and he said 1 second, but never came back to help me. After waiting around 10 minutes, I decided to leave. Upon leaving and walking to the front of the store all 3 men were sitting down laughing and talking and could have cared less that I walked out as they didn't even look up from their conversation as they didn't even look up as I walked out of the store. The man who had claimed he would help me was sitting there also staring at his cell phone. If you ever feel like having a shopping experience where the customer gets treated like they don't matter, then I highly recommend this place. Definitely the place to come if you feel like being ignored
Knowledgeable part guys with friendly family feel. Can always get the right part you need for your car or truck. They mostly deal with commercial truck parts.
