These guys are the best. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any towing. They did a fantastic job for us!!

Jimmy and the guys were so helpful. We were stranded on the side of the road in the winter with 4 kids. They rescued us immediately, helped us get to a hotel, and stored our vehicle safely. They ended up towing it to another state to be fixed and brought home as well.. and also worked with that local mechanic shop in a different state. I've been meaning to write this review & finally got time. Thank you all endlessly.

These guys are wonderful. They helped us when we blew 2 boat trailer tires on the highway nearby. They held it for 2 days to give us time to find the new tires. Edward was very conscientious when he loaded the boat on the flatbed. It was a tight fit and he lashed it down tight so it didn't move. They were reasonably priced, kept the trailer for 2 days and then put on the new tires. Very friendly. Highly recommended!

Utterly Incredible. Appreciate Jimmy and his tow service so very much. He saved me and a buddy of mine off the road and towed us over an hour and half and did it very fairly priced. It was the most enjoyable experience it could have been given the circumstances. Thank you Jimmy!

These guys!!! They totally met the task and then some. They saved me in so many ways. I found myself on the side of the road rt 81 N and after calling to set up a tow to ??? She helped me call around to fix my van. When all else failed they said they’d try to help if they could. And yes they did AND got me back on the road. My entire trip from FL to ME would have been a total wash out but they were polite, patient and helpful. Total Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you want to be charged for 7k just for towing, not recovery call this guy jimmy, he was so rude wants to fight with my driver and also charged him on propuse for everything they were supposed to do like I want to take my truck out of your yard they charged us 1200$ just to pull out of the yard,

Clyde was our driver and he was awesome! We broke down somewhere around Lexington, he showed up within 30 minutes and he took us all the way to Fredericksburg. We talked the whole ride as if we were old friends, I hope he took my recommendation for VA’s best BBQ on his way home 😂 I hope to never break down again, but if I do I hope it’s in this area so I know we’d be taken care of!

They were fantastic - we were stranded on I-81, couldn’t get a response through insurance, so we called them. They were there within minutes, got us out of there, fixed and back on the road in no time - and their price was very reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the service and help they provided us, plus they gave us excellent advice on where to get a new tire on a Sunday so we could make it home that night. Otherwise we would have been stranded for the night.

Jimmy and his entire team are amazing. When you need polite, professional, and quick service look no further. It sucks when you or your loved ones have been in an accident. However they help keep things going and are a REASONABLE company on all fronts. His main goal is you the customer. Keep up the great work !!!!!

Our van broke down on mountain. Needed help. Owner Jimmy was great. Dispatched the driver whose name was Josh very quickly came and got us. Mechanic Rodger looked van over and got us back on the road rather quickly. Great experience. These three did excellent job. I highly recommend their service.

Driver responded with reasonable speed late in the evening to our request after our car stopped operating. Diagnosis of alternator failure was accurate and we were towed to a shop which made repairs expediently. Driver was friendly and reassuring in a stressful situation. We recommend this company.

Was on a long road trip when my check engine light came on. Showed up with my car at the shop and they helped me right away. It hardly took them any time to fix the problem, which ended up being spark plugs. I got my car back within just a few hours of when I dropped it off. They were kind enough to give me a ride to a near by hotel and since I was from out of town, they even drove my car back to the hotel when it was done. Everyone I came into contact with that worked with this repair shop was so kind and helping. I could not have asked for a better repair shop to be broken down by. They made this stressful situation very easy for me.

Towing Service. My call was answered and was handled with professionality and kindness. I was broken down on the side of 81 at night with my dog who is afraid of strangers. The tow truck driver was polite, professional and kind. My dog let him pet her. He was a comforting, helpful, kind person in a very stressful situation as I am hundreds of miles away from home. Thank you so much!

INSANELY AWFUL. They are 2 separate services (towing & repair) that don’t communicate well with each other or with you. Towed after crashing into logging debri. Consistently tried to have me play phone tag about what needed work instead of contacting me. Originally quoted $1,500 with used parts for tow, repair (replacing radiator), and body damage. Didn’t tell me that they charge $75 a day for “storage” the moment it arrives at their business. Repairs are done in a different garage across the street, not the business site. Tried to total me for $3,920 with “it took so long to hear from you.” As well as tell me that “if an officer orders a tow its automatically $750 for recovery” *just for the tow!* instead of $250 as listed in the invoice which was quantified to 3. The only time they contacted me was to tell me the car was done and ready. Which clearly it wasn’t, they had to break into the garage where it was because the mechanic didn’t leave them with the key. The car needed to be jumped since the battery was dead and overheated on the way home completely dry of coolant. Inspected the car later to discover a nicked fuel line spraying gasoline (which was NOT there after the wreck) and a bent rim. I called the mechanic to understand why I received my car like this. Spat at me unprofessionally frustrated that “he doesn’t normally do repairs like this but did it anyway…didn’t have to be out there in the cold on his back to fix it but he did, and it was me who demanded to have my car back otherwise he would’ve topped the coolant off the next morning”. The towing office called me, to tell me it was done. Currently dealing with the radiator not working well, the car overheating, and the battery needing to be replaced. Seriously considering suing

Great towing experience. Driver named Josh super professional. As a young female I felt very safe driving in his car and he was a very competent driver.

Unbelievably friendly, professional, and helpful. I’ve never had such an enjoyable experience when dealing with something as not fun as a car that won’t start. Cherry on top was the very good price! Great company!

My husband was travelling from PA to TX and got stuck. Jimmy answered the phone quickly and sent Erick to come help him out. They provided great service and were very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend! I'd give them 10 stars if it was an option!

These folks helped us when we were in a real bind. Gone camping, hours from home when the car broke down - they towed us and took care of us as a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Erik towed our car after we broke down on route 81. Erik was a pleasant and kind man who took excellent care of me and my husband. He drove us to the Volvo dealership in Lynchburg which took over an hour to get there. He offered to give us a lift to a hotel. Erik, thank you for your help. You are a beautiful human being and we are so grateful to you. If you breakdown on the highway, these folks are reliable and honest.

Our car threw a belt on 81. It locked up and we had to pull over around 11pm on a Sunday night. We called them and they came to get us and proceeded to tow us the remaining hour to Blacksburg from where we broke down. Our driver was incredibly nice and helpful and the price was fantastic! I can definitely recommend these folks if you're in a Jam

Jimmy was great and very timely. They said they would have the tow truck there within 25 minutes and showed up in 20 minutes. Outstanding tow service and repair at the shop. One of the tires blew out on the utility tire and showed me the dry rot on the other tire. Didn't pressure me to change the other one but did to prevent having issues while traveling a far distance on I81. Highly recommend using them.

My husband and I broke down with a uhaul trailer coming up a mountain on 64 near Lexington. We are from Fredericksburg Virginia over 140 miles away. They towed us to their shop. They tried finding many other options for the lowest price possible. When those options did not work out, they towed our vehicle and the trailer we were hauling all the way home.If you ever need a tow near Lexington give them a call. It is worth it!

Great service, arrived when they said they would within 30 minutes towed me all the way to Rocky Mount in not so good weather to the repair facility, and offered me a ride to my house. The next day received a call to let me know I was over billed and received a credit on my card, that was great. Clyde the driver was very nice and helpful definitely would use them again. Thanks.

I'm visiting Virginia from Chicago to attend my fathers funeral and my alternator went bad two hours before my destination. Tow truck driver arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and had awesome stories. $150 well spent 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

BEST towing experience we've had! No one even showed up the night prior (from a different towing company), when our vehicle was disabled. However, Auto Towing + repair came out the next morning and even in the pouring rain, this gentleman was professional, kind, and efficient!
