I just need to change fuel filter, they changed, charge me $120, then , the air inside the system, the truck can't start engine, cut off again and again, ask them what happened, they said that we have to pay change fuel filer again , now my truck stuck on the road!!!
I specifically asked for them to remove the bumper ends before they started working on the radiator as they were brand new and the last ones were broke by mechanics stepping on them. They told me they always do. But like every great mechanic does, they didn't. And like every shop, they'll say it was already broke. It literally takes less than 5 minutes.
I stop here when it is convenient or if I am running later into the evening, there has always been a spot, fuel is usually a little less expensive, the store is clean and the parking lot is quiet.
The food here at Lee Hi truck stop is delicious in my opinion, the staff is always friendly with a great smile on their faces, and they have very reasonable prices as well, so if your looking for a great bite to eat, stop in and enjoy your self.
Lots of parking, and a nice truckers lounge. There is an IHOP and also a small place to get other food. The people are always nice here. There are showers and laundry facilities too. All around great stop!!
They have always treated us good meaning my company. Wasn't sure if it would be the same after TA took it over but they haven't missed a beat. Plus the new employees seem very knowledgeable and pleasant.
There are still good people in the world. Paul and Johnny are amazing people, went a lot out of their way to help me with my truck issues. Thank you so much!
The service department is a absolute dumpster fire, terrible customer service these people would be a perfect fit for the DMV just miserable all around people.
We are travelling from Tennessee to Pennsylvania, 3 vehicles, 12 people total, 5 kids and one of our vehicles breaks down at 9:30 pm. No place open, found Lee High Truck & Parts through Google, and Thank The Lord and the Friendly and Generous People here for the Assistance, they had us back on the road within an hour! We are so greatful that all though we had no trucks they were willing to help! Thank you so much!
Stopped here to get an OUTSIDE tire changed on my trailer! I was told it would be about 30 minutes and that I was next in line. It took 4 hours before they even started on it! Staff was very rude and hateful!! I will never be back!!
Great customer service! Had a flat and they didn’t have our tire size. They were able to send us to another location. Where we were able to get a tire with more great service! Thank you for your phone support!

Customer service over the phone is on fleek. Told them I was heading over and it was like they were waiting for me, friendly and everything. They are open through the night, which would of had me up and running a day prior but I trusted a Walmart and ended up on losing end there. But great gang of people here and service was fast.
I have to say this time that I had dinner here I had to send it back and than when the new order came I couldn't even eat the mashed potatoes this was on night shift after 10pm but to give credit I have been here a few time and it has always been very good but I guess the cook tonight was not with it
