If you need anything for your vehicle, you should absolutely come here!!! Everyone I came in contact with while there was incredibly kind. I needed service for my van badly, but I had time restrictions. They went above and beyond and gave me a loaner car to use so that I could do what I needed to go do and my vehicle could be taken care of. Absolutely shocked me as I've never known any place to do this for everyday services. You won't find better service than here at Car Doctor!!

Great shop! Outstanding service! I had a check engine light that was not clearing. I took it to Car Doctor + and Randy and his staff were able to track the problem down. They are extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and very through. For the amount of time they spent They will ensure that they get your vehicle fixed, and for less than you would have to pay at a dealership. I highly recommended Car Doctor+ I will be returning to Car Doctor+ for all 9f my vehicles maintenance and repair issues

Syn. Oil change and tire rotation cost $195. More than double the price elsewhere. Also told me I needed rear breaks. Said pads were 2 mm. Very low. May only get another 500 miles. Total would around $850 for oil change, tire rotation and rear break job. I just had the breaks checked by another garage. They said they don't need new breaks. The pads are only worn half way down. Probably good for another year or so. Based on this, make your own opinion of Car Dr.

Fantastic job on my haggard Silverado. Fixed it in one day and the customer service was excellent.

I truly couldn’t speak more highly of this team. On August 29th 2025, the Friday of Labor Day weekend my wife, 9 month old baby and a family friend were traveling to a wedding from Fredericksburg to Culpeper. As we approached the intersection at Lake of the Woods my cars alternator gave out completely. I managed to get the car into the entrance of their parking lot and ran inside on an extreme time crunch. They ran out with me, got the car jump and into a parking spot. Randy and Dalton immediately jumped into action getting me an alternator replacement from the AutoZone behind their shop and got us back on the road in less than an hour. In the mean time, they offered us water and goodies, allowed my wife, family friend and myself to change into our wedding attire in their restroom and communicated with us throughout the entire experience. The entire building was impeccably clean for a shop. I could not believe how quickly they worked to resolve this issue and their complete understanding of our situation. I have never felt such a tremendous effort to serve a customer in my life and I could not be more impressed with the effort they put into solving our issue. We were able to make it to the wedding and enjoy our night despite the horrible timing of the situation. I am beyond grateful for your team and I could not recommend you all enough. Whatever your need, don’t hesitate to speak to the team here and they will take care of you! Thank you guys so much for all you did for us yesterday.

As a former automotive technician, coming to this place as a customer was a relief! Regardless of your automotive knowledge, they are honest, empathetic and just overall genuine people! They worked with me through and through to help get my AC problem resolved. It was a bonus to see they use BG products to help your vehicle perform at its best! I’ve seen BG in use and have proven results. Are they going to promote a maintenance service or preventive service option to you? Yea, it’s a business but it’s not just that, it’s care for your investment. They’re not going to push you to something you don’t want. I do encourage to ask them questions on things you don’t know about. They’ll take the time to answer your questions. Overall, I’ve found a shop I trust with my vehicles. Thank you Car Doctor + Team!

Great shop, have brought my car in twice for an oil change, and a little issue that the dealer messed up! and it was relatively painless, price was great, and they do quality work. Will definitely be back.

I had my Nissan in for an alignment and they did a great job at a fair price. The only complaint was they left my car unlocked overnight and someone got into the car and went thru the glove compartment and console looking for money. I did contact the manager of the shop and he assured me they would be locking customers cars in the future.

Exceptional service! Dennis was fantastic dealing with my daughter’s jeep. Then so honest with me about mine! I thought I needed something done, he came in after looking and told me there was no charge as my car was perfectly fine! I have been other places that would not have been the case! The staff is friendly and they are pretty great on time management! Highly recommend.

Recently had some work done on my car and had a great experience. They are fast, affordable and kind. The front receptionist (Leslie) is so loving and personable and i loved chatting with her ♥️ will be bringing my vehicles back to them!

We had a great experience with CarDoctor+. Our tail lights were out and they were able to squeeze us in without an appointment, diagnose, and fix it within a few hours at a fair cost. Would recommend.

Went to get my inspection done today, fantastic crew members. I got there when they opened the guy at the desk told me they were down a guy but would try to get it done before 1pm. I walked across the street to get food and by the time I was back they had already finished it. Great work guys and thank you for being helpful and thorough

I just had a great experience with this place! I walked in 3 minutes before closing (I know, I know... I didn't check the hours of operation...) because I had a screw in my tire. I have never felt so comfortable taking my car anywhere! I’m a single mom, and am constantly afraid of taking my car in to even get an oil change. As soon as I spoke to Sandy I felt at ease, she’s friendly, funny and made the experience enjoyable (who knew it could be?!) Randy was exceptional-taking care of my vehicle and also took extra time to teach me more about what’s going on and why it needs to be fixed. The pricing is fair, it makes sense to me, and no crazy fees. 10/10 DO RECOMMEND- I’m never taking my car to anyone else!

Best shop I have been to in a while. Got my state inspection done today, and they were thorough, but expedient. The lovely lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. When calling in they were very polite as well, and informative. If you need any work done, the mechanics here are highly qualified and do a great job. I would recommend them any day of the week for any issues you may have with your vehicle. I will definitely be back!

We'd JUST moved to the area in August, knew no one, and my husband's car got a flat on a Saturday. We were desperate to get it fixed to make an important meeting out of town later that day. After contacting Car Doctor, Brian, the owner brought an air pump to us, led my hubby to the shop, and fixed the tire immediately so we could get on the road in time. We truly appreciated this extra level of kindness and support when we needed it the most. We will definitely be returning customers! Highly recommended!

Just heads up they will not use any customer supplied parts. Owner called me and explained why and I get it, really nice dude. Even though I could not get my work done there. I had planned to put my car in for inspection and tried to get 2 TPMS sensors installed at the same time. Shout out to the owner making time to call me and explain everything.

Great service, professional organization, friendly staff. I had a clicking issue in my front driver side wheel. This was quickly diagnosed as a CV axle issue. It was replaced the same day at a price that was fair. With an oil change and other routine maintenance the 2017 Subaru Outback runs like a new car. This is my second time to go to this shop under new ownership. They’ve gained a loyal customer.

I went to the car doctor plus today for an alignment and tire work. I was impressed with the top of the line equipment and their professionalism. I met the new owner. he actually gave me a tour of the shop and the work he put into the business. he even introduced me to the employees. This was the most disappointing experience for the first time coming here while giving another Hometown garage a chance for business when I already had one in the first place. I came in on 6/5 and talked to Chris about projects I want to get done on the vehicles I have. I told him let’s start with one first see how it goes and then we will move on to the rest of them. So I went ahead and scheduled for Saturday 6/8 at 8 a.m. first customer to install four new tires and alignment which i was told it would take an hour on 6/5. Chris stated that it would be best if I got there at 8:30 AM because the mechanics would have time to get in the shop and set up. I agreed. On 6/8 I was there at 8:25 AM. And pull my truck up and was told by Chris that they had somebody else ahead of me and I would not be done until noon, shrugged his shoulders, and had no reservations of making things right. Very unprofessional. and while being a business owner myself, I will not be condoning car doctor in Locust Grove! The only thing that came out good was I was able to get out before they took my money and my time ,which you can’t get back!

They were friendly and all, but it took an incredible amount of time to get my vehicle looked at. I told them there was shaking when turning my car sharply, the suggested a tire rotation. I also had two tire pressure sensors replaced. Total labor cost for a tire rotation and two TPM sensors ended up being over 400 dollars. Prices are insane compared to other places I have taken my car. Also, the car still shakes when turning, so wasn't even fixed.

They may do good work but guess I'll never know. I called in January wanting an inspection, was told it would be over a month before I could get in. Two weeks ago I requested an appointment through their website to get an alignment. I never heard from them. I'm assuming business is so good they do not need new customers. I now use Integrity Auto just down the street.

Unbelievably excellent service at Car Doctor Plus! My cousin was visiting from out of town and he popped a tire on the road. We called Car Doctor Plus about ten minutes before their closing time, and Bryan came out after hours to help us with the tire. He offered to change it, but discovered there was a hole, and ordered us a tire right then and there. My cousin was able to get the new tire put on at Car Doctor Plus the next day when the shipment came in. Prompt service and it is clear Bryan and those working at Car Doctor Plus are extremely knowledgeable about cars/ mechanics and care about the costumer. Don’t think twice about visiting Car Doctor Plus.
