I'm an ASE Master technician and I've been working on cars for 20 some odd years. I'm working on a strange one today, a 1985 vanagan that's getting a fuel system conversion. I had to relocate a metal pipe that carries coolant and I needed a rubber hose that was a very particular size. They didn't have the size I needed on a roll so I asked the manager what I should do if there was anything he could do to help me. He brought me back to all the coolant hoses for various vehicles and told me I was welcome to take a look. He stood there and observed and I almost immediately found what I needed. Not every experience I have at AutoZone is great but this one certainly was. Thank you Alex. You saved me today buddy.

Came in with some brake issues and the folks here at the Locust Grove Auto Zone were great. They went above and beyond to try and help me fix my truck. When it was clear I would need a pro, they let me park overnight and have it towed out the next morning. Everyone there I met was helpful and knowledgeable.

Autozone saved the day. I needed a low beam bulb for my Honda Accord. After I purchased the bulb the sales guy asked to see where the bulb was located to see if he could install it. He installed the bulb in a few seconds. AutoZone thank you for your great customer service.

I wish I caught the name of the guy that helped me. Needed a borescope camera the man was very helpful and friendly and got me out the door very quickly with what I needed which was great as I was in a rush.

Customer service was great from an earlier visit and atrocious for a follow up trip later in the day. I will drive to Fredericksburg or Culpeper just to NOT give this business money. Be consistent with what you tell customers or train your employees better

This AutoZone is like a haunted house for bad service— except instead of ghosts, you’re surrounded by people who know less about cars than I know about ballet. They specialize in doing nothing and knowing even less. Zero stars. I’d rather push my car uphill than ask them for jumper cables. Will NEVER shop here again.

I went here right before closing last night and the customer service was exceptional. The tall, younger gentleman and manager assisted me with my battery. I had them test it and they confirmed what I suspected. They then swapped new with old. They were helpful, efficient, personable and extremely professional.

Came in to get two bottles of K&N fuel cleaner. I saw the sticker on the shelf say it was $6 on clearance. However, when it rang up, the price showed $12. The cashier went back to look at the sticker and originally said it was for another product. I pointed it out saying, “No it’s for the fuel cleaner also.” So he tried ringing it up again and it was $12. Then he just stared at the screen. So I’m standing there and I guess it was a manager that came by and went to look at the sticker on the shelf again. He came back saying if it’s ringing up $12 then it’s $12. Absolutely no attempt to honor their prices in the store. I ended up getting them but won’t be back. Hope the $12 was worth losing a customer over.

Love this location, staff is super nice and above and beyond type staff. There was employees out in the lot changing other blades and our blades with a smile! Great staff amazing job!

Convenient location for those who live in Locust Grove, and the staff have been great the several times I've been in. They're dog friendly, too, which is a plus since we like to take our GSD with us when we're out and about .

All 3 of the employees of Auto Zone helped me out tremendously when my head gasket in my jeep Liberty blew. I thank all of them because they did not have to do it. I am very grateful for all 3 of the employees I wish I got all their names.

This autozone has great customer service compared to many. I needed a part ordered that was hard to come by. They looked and looked until they got it. Can’t beat the rewards program and a quick and easy stop to dump used oil

Associate in their conversating with somebody who has an account there instead of taking care of other customers when brought to his attention gets an attitude and starts filming, pop place to do business recommend going elsewhere

JJ was absolutely rude, I brought an oil filter in today that I had bought yesterday and it did not fit. The mechanic told me to bring it back to the AutoZone because they have a open return policy with receipts and I have mine. But he refused and was more than rude about it. Saying there was oil all over it when there was only some one threads when we were sizing it. I’ll be in touch with corporate because this guy has a constant bad attitude every time I’m in there. He just walks around and never a actually helping people. I don’t understand how he was hired when he as well has bare knowledge on vehicles.

I went into Auto Zone looking for a cabin air filter. I was quoted $125 by the garage to replace this, and thought I would price the part to see if I could do it myself. Austin helped me to find the correct part (for a fraction of the cost) and even installed it for me, which I wasn't expecting. He said, I have time, and I'm happy to help. It's so refreshing to find such helpful, courteous service close to home. I will definitely be back for my next automotive need. Thank you Austin and Locust Grove Auto Zone :)

Lost a business account and a customer account and what written below is why. First day there to buy parts a customer was disappointed with their service as the customer walks out a female associate backmouthed and spoke ill about the customer (I am a customer who wanted to open a fleet account). Bought a part for a vehicle that was installed yesterday client tells me car won't run part sold was bad. I call the store associate tells me another store has the part so i proceeded to call them and they told me they don't have the part so i call this store back and the associate who answered again I let him aware they did not have the part and he asked me if I asked the store if they knew if any other locations had the part I told him no. Then his response it's not my problem if their don't have to part of my system says all the other AutoZone have it in stock. Definitely not purchasing parts or using my business with them customer service is horrendous and apparently so are the parts.

Called asked them if they had parts i needed. They told me they had them in stock. I show up to buy said parts. And they didn't have them. Had parts ordered from Edward's on rt20 they had them a day earlier then auto zone also saved $30 shop elsewhere

Congratulations you have hired a young mask officer when you have breathing issues mask are sometimes impossible to wear but today after trying to appease I held mask to mouth but was not good enough which is why appeasing stupidity don't work so not only loosing 1000 dollars of business today you have lost a 30 year customer

Have supported this local business a number of times. Went in today and there was not a mask on any of the employees (customers neither but that's their choice). Masks are a simple way to improve our chances of getting our economy back, somthing I would think all businesses could get behing. Unfortunately WalMart got my business.

Jennings/JJ was the best! He replaced our battery even tho it turned out to be a nightmare. Then I had given the wrong info and he was very courteous on the exchange for the correct battery. Very nice man!

I have removed my initial review however, feel the need to replace it with a new one. After getting regional management involved, they did the Honorable thing by rectifying my issues for that I am grateful. Unfortunately, it has left a bitter taste. I sense animosity from the people I've dealt with in these two different stores. It goes without saying that I will probably not use these locations anymore because of the animosity. Once this issue with this air conditioning and related parts is resolved, it's very likely I will not return to this store location. Very unfortunate. Thanks

New store, new personnel, and they're trying...will be better when all have experience. Does have a small marine parts section that the MGR said will be expanded soon.
