Very pleased with the towing service. John was clear about pricing and service timeline which meant we could plan around his support. Best part was his knowledge of the collision company and the insurance company...took much of the stress out of the towing and estimation of repair processes. Definitely the person I'll call again if needed.
Highly recommend and will call again when needed. John was prompt was helpful in getting a non-running vehicle from Stafford to Spotsylvania. He also went the extra mile to help get it set on the side of my garage, even though we have a short, steep driveway. There's no arguing the service-to-cost ratio either.
When every local you ask recommends John at Rt20 Towing, its a pretty safe bet he will take care of you. Even after a late night and days of long hours, he came out to my stranded truck and got me delivered to the shop. He's a pro and took great care of my rig loading, driving, and delivery.

John is fabulous! My son and I were in a predicament today. Our car was having problems with the coolant, most likely due to the cold weather. We called a mobile mechanic to fix the car, but he said we should take the car to the dealership. Volvo called John who quickly came and saved the day. John was very kind, upbeat, and told me not to worry. He towed the car from our home to the dealership and even sent a picture showing the car safely at Volvo. We are so appreciative of John's kindness and generosity. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you, John!!
I can’t thank John enough for picking up the phone at midnight tonight to pick up my brother whose car broke down…he gave us a precise estimate on how soon he could get there. This guy is awesome!! If ever I need a tow or stripped lug nuts removed from a vehicle this will be who I call!!! He is quick has a great personality and is just all around friendly! I needed lug nuts removed from my car a couple years ago he came and took care of it and even changed the tire for me. Just the other day my son had the same problem so we called RT 20 towing of course!! He came got him taken care of and changed his tire as well! This is your guy….
I got a flat driving off a light and screwed up my lugnuts so I had to call a tow. My mom told me to call this guy because he helped her in the past so I gave him a call. This saint came out at like 9:45pm and was able to rip those suckers out replace the tire and get me back home home by 10:05. Absolute legend and he even cut a broke kid like me a discount. I was prob a rare case but if you want it done expertly and be back home 20 mins later Johns your guy!

Got a flat tire on Orange Plank Road. John picked up the call immediately, gave me a time estimate and price, texted to confirm 10 mins out, and showed up promptly. His friendly and fast service got me on my way quickly and he even asked that I text him when I reached my destination to make sure my spare held up. 100% recommend.
I would 100% recommend Route 20 Towing and will definitely be using them again if I ever get in a bind. My boyfriend’s car broke down at 6pm one day after work and we knew we were going to need it towed. We found a nearby auto shop and decided to call John at Route 20 Towing to see if he could help us tow it to that auto shop. John picked up right away and as I began explaining the situation and where we were at, John immediately cut me off and said he knew exactly where we were and had driven by us on the roadside. He said we could leave the keys in the car and he would call when he got it to the auto shop. We went home, made dinner, and by 8pm John had it dropped off at the auto shop and left the keys in their dropbox. John was incredibly easy to work with and knows the area so well, making it super simple to get the help we needed.
I would highly recommend Mr Webb! We have used his services several times over the years. Just two days ago my son broke down off of Rt. 20. He was there in less than 20 minutes. He is very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Had an unexpected tire blowout at midnight around the Locust Grove area without any tools, and John from RT 20 Towing did a phenomenal job. He arrived within 20 minutes and it took him no time to replace the tire with the spare. Overall, great experience and great pricing from a great overall person!

Broke down on Rt. 208 on our way the Lake Anna for the day. John picked up the phone right away and was on-site within 30 minutes. He’s an extremely nice guy, very helpful, and flexible. In our situation, he took our car back to his place to scan trouble codes while we salvaged our day on the lake. He was constantly in text communication about next steps. We ended up picking up our car the next day. He even texted to make sure we made it home without anymore issues. I’d highly recommend, and BTW, he’s very popular, his phone was constantly ringing while we were with him

John is the only one I trust when I am stranded. I have been in a few situations in the middle of nowhere, and he has always taken my call and shown up when he says he will. Other companies will leave you sitting on the side of the road all day waiting for a truck. but John has never done that to me. He has always been respectful to me and with my property. He is fair, honest, and reliable. This is my first post, but I have used this company three times in the past two years.

I was removing snow from my driveway and I backed my expedition up, I miss judged where the ditch was due to my own stupidity lol and put my own expedition in the ditch in front of my house like an idiot. He came to my house and within five minutes had me pulled out of the ditch without a scratch on my truck. This company is phenomenal.

After several hours of failed attempts with my roadside assistance I was able to get in touch with John from Rt 20 towing. We were stranded on the side of the road for 4 hours with no luck of any provider trying to help us. John came out within 20 minutes of hanging up the phone John was such a nice guy, very knowledgeable and was able to get the striped lug nuts off. He changed the tire super quickly. Haven’t met a nicer guy than John in a long time. Out of all the people dispatched he actually came
John was awesome and was able to tow my vehicle without me being present. He hauled my car to the location I requested and provided my keys to the shop. He communicated with me to make sure I was informed every step of the way. Questions were answered immediately, and his work is efficient. Incredible service! Had a tire pop driving home late at night, called AAA and other towing companies but no one would come out. John arrived in under 30 minutes of our call and changed our tire within 10! He even sent a follow up text to make sure we got home safe.
