took my 2019 escalade in very good shape to do inspection and it was rejected..... I don't recommend this place keep away....you are so ridiculous i didn't know then if car is over 185,000 miles wil no pass inspection and I didn't know a car will have a big leak from a suspension...I can’t believe you are so stupid..... I see now why you don't inspections and you have repair shop you try to to tell people cars are not good that way you can make more money that is not the right way to do business....PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PLEASE YOU HAVE TO THINK BEFORE TAKE A CAR THERE...I wil never recommend this place this is last place then you can try....plus the people very bad service at the office no way they think they own the world

They did a great job replacing my 6.0 diesel oil cooler, and installing upgraded parts that required extensive customization. They completed my truck in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

I don't like doing this but what I just experienced is something I hope nobody ever does. They Had my diesel for over a year and replaced my transmission ($7,500.00) After getting it back light came on so we took it back. After having it again for months, never got a call we had to always call and find out what was going on. After every call it was “taking it back to Ford to do an ECU flash” According to Jeremy, he took it three times (lie) So after months again with no call, I would always have to call him and so I said “Coming to get my truck whether fixed or not” he said nothing but “ok” My mind was blown at this point. Pulled up and it was running out front and nobody knew anything and I did t get any paperwork just said keys in it lmao. I can't make any of this up. Now we contacted Ford since it's under warranty according to Jeremy with Ford (transmission) after speaking with Ford, he never took it there because there was no case number again mind blown. Finally, I found another diesel mechanic (not Ford due to the wait) took it there, and had it diagnosed within 24 hours. They found the issue and it was another $1,331.00 to fix. Needed my truck and they could have it done in two days so I just had them fix it. The truck runs amazingly and has no issues whatsoever. I'm still shocked I received this kind of service and we have never complained about the price whatsoever and paid when he was done without any issues so be careful everyone.

Big shoutout to Jeremy and A&M Repair Shop and Towing! I can’t say enough good things about this guy. It was late, after one of the worst snowstorms we’ve seen in Orange, VA, and I managed to get my truck stuck in a snowbank. Called up A&M, and even though Jeremy had just laid down after a long day of helping people, he still came out to save the day. He got to me in about 30 minutes, and let me tell you, that kind of service is rare these days. This man is a machine! He got my truck out like it was nothing, all while being friendly and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, no matter what time it is. If you’re in a tough spot, Jeremy’s your guy. Hardworking, reliable, and just an all-around solid dude. Highly recommend A&M to anyone who needs towing or repairs. Five stars all the way!

My vehicle was stuck in the snow. I called AandM they answered almost immediately and came out within no time very professional and quick to help. Within minutes I was back on my way.

This was the Thanksgiving that wasn't...until it was, thanks to the wonderful owners of A&M Repair Shop & Towing. We were travelling for Thanksgiving. We left on Wednesday, 11/27/2024 and took some back roads to avoid traffic. Unfortunately, someone hit our car and forced us off the road onto the top of a steep embankment. The local Orange County Police referred us to A&M Repair Shop and Towing. Jeremy and Melanie Beveridge, the owners, were extremely professional and very courteous. Our car was not driveable. While Jeremy towed our car, he had his wife come to help us with our luggage and drove us and our luggage to a hotel in Fredericksburg, which was about a 15 minute or so drive away. If Melanie hadn't done this, I don't know what we would have done. We spent the night in the hotel. On Thanksgiving Thursday, the next day, we were able to file a claim online, but not call our insurance agent. We were also not able to rent a car due to the holiday. We ate breakfast at the hotel. When we wanted dinner, we decided to walk to a nearby Wegmans (grocery store), but it was closed. We then got menus for 2 pizza restaurants that delivered. The first one was closed. I was about to call the second one, when Melanie called us and said she would bring us dinner!!! I truly view this generous act as a small miracle. Again, she drove to our hotel from their home and delivered a Thanksgiving meal to us! We would probably not have had dinner had she not done this. It really was very special to have had an almost stranger extend such warm kindness to us. And the food was delicious. The last act of kindness was her help in finding a rental car. The rental car companies in Fredericksburg did not have a car available on Friday. They were able to connect us to an Enterprise car rental in Orange County (which the Enterprise in Fredericksburg did not mention). But we had no way of getting there. Melanie so kindly offered to again, pick us up at our hotel, drive us to their business so we could retrieve some additional clothes and other items from our car, and then drove us to Enterprise. So we finally got a rental car to drive home in (to clarify, my stepmother was sick and it turned out she had Covid, so we decided to cancel Thanksgiving in Maryland this year). If I was a business owner, she would get an award for employee of the year and for being an exceptional employee. She went far and above the basic services of a towing company. Jeremy and Melanie's overflow of kindness restored our faith in humanity. I cannot thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed us, and I highly recommend this company if you should need their services.

Jeremy has always been taken care of me in situations when I needed him, always been honest and does great work at a good price! Highly recommend him and his crew!

This shop is top notch service. The only shop I trust to do a good alignment on 1 ton trucks. Super friendly staff. There towing is also top notch. Everything they hook up to they treat it like gold also vary fast and responsive!! Without a dout the best looking tow trucks in the area.

Hands down the best shop in the area. Always get my vehicles up and running in a timely manner. Great mechanics and the tow service is amazing as well. We use them for everything. Definitely recommend.

They are the only ones I've ever trusted with my diesel and my trailer. Great service and they won't fix it if it isn't broken.

A&M, GREAT auto repair shop that specializes in large work truck repair. It's a family business and Jeremy and his brother have a few employees with tons of auto knowledge. Very fair pricing, honest and quick repairs. They do state inspections and open at 0800, Monday-Friday. Get there early to ensure you get on the inspection list. They stop inspections around noon each day.

I wish that I could give more stars!!!! I was in complete panick mode today when my keys got locked in my car!! I called explained what happened and Jeremy came right away!! Thank you so much for being such a blessing to me today!!

10/10 recommend!! My cat locked herself in my car with my phone and keys right in my driveway when I saw an A&M tow truck driving through the neighborhood. I flagged him down and asked if he could help unlock the car, and he got right out and helped us. It was so kind and truly saved the day!!

Another great experience with A&M. Told Jeremy what my problem was. He diagnosed it correctly over the phone. He said bring it on over and I was in and out in about 2 hours. Great job!

A&M is a fantastic company to work with run by great people. Our company uses them for tow & winch out jobs. They have always been super fast to help us out of a jam so we can return to keeping our customers fueled up. Went in with my husband to see about getting a few issues fixed. In a bit of a bind and needed a quick repair. Now i get you're busy and in no way do i expect you to drop everything for me. However, i don't think 10 minutes of your time for a simple conversation is too much to ask. Whomever we spoke to thought throwing his sandwhich across the shop and stomping off to "look" at the vehicle was a better solution. Maybe that gentleman was having a bad morning or maybe my husband just got under his skin. Either way the whole ordeal seemed awfully unprofessional. Felt like I was a burden and not a potential customer who would happily pay you for your services.

One of the most stressful things to deal with is your car breaking down. This company made the process so much easier. I call and by the first ring they pick up, ask where the car is and that's that. No forms to fill out, no waiting on hold. He was able to pick up my car and drop it off at the repair shop within the hour. Not only that but I was in such a hurry I didn't realize he also did repairs. When I tried to apologize for not knowing, he said "I don't take business from other people, it's alright" That type of honesty is rare these days. I'll definitely be using this company for all future tows and repairs!

Had too much on my plate needed to get u joints replaced on my truck. Called A&M for a quote. They were up front with how many hours the job priced for without me even asking which I greatly appreciated. They knocked it out quick and you cant beat their prices. Ill be back for sure. A&M has been doing all my work for years now. Great mechanics and atmosphere for anyone needing work done on any make and model. One of the best things is they are local and do there best to get you in and out, and on your way.

I don't typically spend valuable time to write a detailed or especially thoughtful review for a business, so this one matters extra...... I had the "pleasure" {insert sarcasm} of having something fall from a truck into my driving path today. I was unable to avoid it or the edge of the road. The result was two flat tires, or so I thought. I called Jeremy Beveridge and A & M Towing and Repair. I was all the way out in Locust Grove, Virginia beyond Lake of the Woods Walmart area. A & M Towing and Repair had a roll back to me within 30 minutes. Once my truck was elevated we were able to see that my tires were still primarily in good condition but BOTH actual rims were BENT. If you know much about cars, you know that wheels/rims themselves are very very expensive..... Like 2 aluminum 20" standard runs from the dealer would easily be over $1000. Jeremy has contacts and friends and community knowledge that is awesome. He knew of a set of FOUR (not just two) matching wheels AND tires that were available for sale used. They are like new. Truth is, their probably better than the ones I had. And, the FOUR tires were newer with better tread than what I had. I ended up being towed for a price that was at or under market average. I got 4 new/used wheels I got 4 new/used tires He charged me almost nothing to take my 4 wheels and tires off and out the new ones on. All of this for about the cost of ONE WHEEL ONLY (no tire) would have cost me if I had been forced to buy these wheels at a dealer, or even the junk yard. Those of you that know me well realize that without this miracle, I would have been parking this vehicle indefinitely. I just don't have access to a lot of funds right now. My point: Save this post. Put A & M Towing and Auto Repair in your phone directory. When you least expect it, you'll need him. They are a full service shop for all makes and models.... Check engine light, brakes, tires, air conditioning, battery / charging / alternator / electric, Virginia Safety Inspection, etc. They provide standard, medium, and heavy duty towing service for your car, truck, TV, or heavy trucks and equipment.

Not only do I personally use them for my own vehicles, the company I work for does, and I've used the towing service for our Fire Department when needed. Always perfect and professional. Have had probably 30 interactions and 5 stars for every one.

This is the only place I take my vehicles. Not only are the guys amazing and nice they mist definately have the expertise. Whether it's getting a state inspection to oil change and brakes to major fixes these guys can do it all at great prices. Would highly recommend them to anybody whether it's repairs or tows A & M is most definately the place to go!!!

I've used A&M many times for miscellaneous repair tasks and have nothing but excellent things to say. A&M has been prompt, thorough and very reasonably priced! Today was a sad day where I had to call for a tow. Jeremy, the owner, personally came to my rescue in amazing time. I will once again have A&M repair the latest issue so that I will not have to worry of such an issue in the future. If you want the job done correct the first time call A&M. Jeremy's shop is the only place we take our vehicles. He's a one stop shop. Great community member always supports the county's events. Don't hesitate call them. Small family business not many people out there left like this guy.
