Got my SUV dropped off by tow truck on 1/8/2026. Still waiting on update on coolant leak progress. Understand parts are hard to get these days. Never got a text or call yet on repair. Hope they finish soon now its 1/20/2026. Thanks

I have been very satisfied over the past 10 years with the service we receive from Integrity. We've tried other shops in Spotsylvania and found them to be disappointing in comparison to Integrity. We have both of our Toyotas serviced here and will continue to do so!

Other shops wouldn't help me with an oil change bc of a stuck drain plug. Integrity took it on and got it done without any replacement parts. Out the door under $100!!!!!!

This was a great experience. From start to finish. The text updates to the call and detailed explanations.i felt like they tried to save me money and explained my options. Their customer service was amazing and their turnaround was quick.

Was on a trip but not too far from home. Brake light came on. I checked and vehicle was leaking brake fluid. Did search for closest place. Got to them. Evaluated within an hour and fixed the next business day. No issues. Great repair shop.

Staff was polite on the phone and in person. Dropped my vehicle off for an inspection and oil change and it was done within two hours. They go further than just inspecting your vehicle, they sent me photos of the vehicle’s interior and exterior with each thing listed that they looked over and obviously anything that needed work. Staff was not pushy whatsoever to get any additional work done that was unneeded or unwanted. Office was very clean and professional. Price was a little high for the oil change, but I would return in the future.

I just showed up, fast work, friendly service. First time there, will definitely be going back!

Integrity Auto was super easy to work with and had wonderful communication throughout our repair process. Their prices are very reasonable and they did their absolute best to reduce our labor costs and work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my car repair/inspection needs!

Moved to the area 2 years ago. This is the second time I’ve used them for inspection. They are always courteous and friendly. They got my car in and out in a timely manner. Would take my car there for any of the services they offer.

So far, great!! I have used them several times now and they have kept me up to date and listen to concerns. Their prices have been very fair. Will continue to use them as long as my experiences with them stay the same. UPDATE: Got a notice from Google that this review was read over 1000 times so thought I should update. My entire family WAS using Integrity but no more. It's been a few months but my daughter took her Hyundai in for state inspection. They failed it because of a 1/2" hole in taillight cover. Quote was over $700. The entire taillight assembly was purchased by me for $175. I installed it in less than 5 minutes. Two bolts, easy!!! We are no longer using Integrity.

No appointment booked but was in and out in less than one and 1/2 hours. Good coffee while I waited. Friendly employee and clean bathroom. Waiting room was clean

Integrity Automotive got me in for an appointment within a few hours. The staff were very kind, helpful, and they communicated with and educated me on the mechanics and issues with my car.

I read into the 1 star reviews and noticed the same thing that happened to us. Went for a VA inspection and to get new brake pads and roders. I knew my car was a banger but one thing I was certain about was that my battery was in good condition. Weirdly, the report said my battery was damaged? When i took my car, we realized the car doesn’t even turn on properly. Clearly there fiddling with my battery so that I’d have to pay more to get that service done (which he did suggest for me to get a new battery funnily enough). I didn’t even mention that he promised to fix my AC in the price range given to then claim later on that he couldn’t fix it and his “information” as to why the AC couldn’t be fixed was part of the price hence he won’t reduce the price. $55 to fix one car light? Lol what a joke. And was charging $600 labour costs to replace brake pads, roders, wipers and 2 lights ? i got ripped off. Too late for me. But trying to save you guys the waste of time, deception and rude customer service. Now I’ll be getting my AC fixed elsewhere for less than their abhorrent prices and oh my battery wasn’t damaged, the other mechanic found the battery just needed a clean and works the same as before

Not to be trusted in my opinion. Took my jeep there for oil change, tire rotation, alignment check and state inspection. I received a text that my inspection report was ready to view but I was driving so I called the shop. I was told that my jeep failed inspection because it had bad upper and lower ball joints. I said thanks and hung up. A little while later i checked the "report" that had been texted to me. According to that report my suspension system had passed inspection. This confused me so I called the shop again and John I think his name was told me that the technician who had done the inspection had obviously made a mistake and entered information incorrectly in the report. I found this dubious, but I was asked if I wanted a quote to make the repairs needed to pass inspection and I said please. I was quoted a little over $1900 to make the repairs. A couple days later I took the jeep to another shop and asked for a ball joint inspection. Not unbelievably, my jeep did not need new ball joints. I did have a rubbed break line replaced that Integrity (ironic name at this point) had actually got right. I'd like to think that it's just ignorance but it sure feels fraudulent to me.

Integrity did a great job on my inspection! I got there a little after 7:30 on a Thursday and I had my car ready to go by 8:45. They were helpful and courteous and my car was even pulled up front ready for me to drive off when I came to pick it up.

New to the area. Took the vette in for an oil change. Office environment is clean, organized and welcoming. Mechanic, I’ll call him JD, was spot-on and pleasant. Once completed, no oil smell nor a single oil drop in the driveway. Superb. Didn’t have Mobil 1…Too easy. I’ll either call in and request or take some with me for the next oil change.

Service was great! No wait time for a state inspection. Mike did an awesome job thoroughly inspecting my vehicle making sure everything was safe. Nice work!

This is my new go-to mechanic. They can be trusted. They inform you of what needs to be done without all the “up-charging” bull. Done efficiently. The place is clean which shows pride in their workplace. They handled my state inspection promptly as promised. Way to go Keith & Team

My car wouldn’t start; I called and asked what they could do, and while they weren’t able to provide towing services, they got me in contact with the exceptionally professional towing company called Route 20 Towing. Once they had my car in the shop, they were communicative and upfront about the entire process. They identified the problem and also recommended some preventative maintenance to avoid having this problem come up again. I appreciated that the attendant was not pushy about the maintenance. I even saved about $100 with the military discount. I would definitely recommend them.

I called early in the morning at opening to ask about an inspection. They said if I dropped it off they could do it that same day, a Saturday. I dropped it off, they called about 3 hours later, and said all it needed were wipers and it would pass the safety inspection. I had them replace those. I arrived and picked up my car and for less than 40 bucks....I'm back on the road! Easy, peezy! Friendly and helpful staff.

Service was exceptional from when I called to make an appointment until my car was fixed. They did not overcharge me or try to upsell me anything. Thank you for making my experience stress free. A family friend recommended them and they definitely lived up to that recommendation. If you are looking for honest, polite and hassle free service you have come to the right place.

In the past we never had any issues getting inspections on a Saturday, the parking lot would be full, but they would accept us on 1st come, 1st serve. Recently we tried to get an inspection, the lot was empty, 2 people were ahead of us but we were told to go elsewhere because they were too busy. One customer told us this was their last time because they always seemed to be “too busy” yet bays would be empty. You had a great little business, now employees just sit around chatting.

I appreciate the convenient proximity of Integrity Automotive of Locust Grove to my home. More importantly, the ability to get an appointment for service is great. Most importantly, the staff does a superb job in taking care of my vehicle. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Integrity for over five years now and my brother even longer than that. In the past I’ve had very good experience with the owners, but I haven’t seen them the last two years and it really shows that they are not around. I have a truck that Integrity has inspected for five years in a row and it is an older model. I brought it in for inspection. They called me and said that there was a brake light on in the car and without diagnosing, it would not pass inspection. That brake light had been on intermittently since I purchased the vehicle eight years ago and they had inspected it in previous years with that light. I asked how much it would be to do diagnosis. She said $130 plus repair and I chuckled and said that was pretty high for a light you guys have seen many times before, she said got an attitude and I could hear a guy saying stuff as well (I believe I was on speaker phone) she said- what do you wanna do? I said go ahead and do the diagnosing as I don’t have a choice because you’re telling me it can’t pass inspection without it. She said yes I said OK go ahead and do it. We hung up the phone she called me back 20 minutes later said oh by the way the mechanic now says you need four new tires. your vehicle is leaking power steering fluid and diagnosis for the brakes so all told $2500. I’m so confused!!! If it was going to be $2500 and all these things were wrong (I would have led with leaking power steering fluid ) with the vehicle why didn’t you tell me that before I laughed and said the cost of diagnosing that interior light was pretty high??? No- you waited until after I had made you angry, then called me back and said hey all this other stuff wrong with it now???? The whole thing is now suspicious. I won’t be returning to Integrity because it seems since the owner has left, the Integrity has left with him.

This Integrity Auto is ALWAYS here to happily help to fix any problem I have had with my Prius, and does not take advantage in my emergency by overcharging as some places do. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job! They are friendly, offer coffee and magazines to read while you wait. AND the wait is never unreasonably long. Thank you everyone at Integrity Auto!

Integrity Automotive went well above and beyond today. They were so compassionate and helpful in helping my elderly mother with her car. They were so kind to work with the tow truck company to get the car there and then fit the car into their schedule, incredibly quickly, to get it and her back on the road safely. The front desk staff and technicians were so fast and professional. We just can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work! This place truly does have integrity and treated my family with care. This service is definitely worth the short drive from neighboring cities along route 3 and you should look no further if you live in Locust Grove.
