Very nice and respectful for even someone like myself that didn't follow directions very well. The oil change I had was as expected. Small independent shop that deserves people's support. Price was absolutely fair for an Amsoil Signature Series Oil change unlike a couple other places in the area. Will be on my list of places for sure.
The Sherwood team was more than accommodating. I had to cancel three different times due to work related issues. Even still they provided exceptional customer services. Thank you team
I brought in an older model vehicle with a list of problems including electrical issues. I dropped the vehicle off and put the keys in the night drop. I received a phone call shortly after they opened. Andy more than one diagnostic test would be required. We discussed what was most important and decided to take care of the issues one at a time I was able to pick my vehicle up that same day and the invoice was fair. I feel that they are transparent in their work, and I look forward to scheduling to have the remainder of the issues taken care of.

Not only is the human staff great, but Sherwood Hills Automotive also has not one, but TWO amazing mascots; Morty and Rosie! Those two little corgis are the sweetest! I usually would drop my car off, but I end up waiting just so I can play with those two angels!

New customer to this establishment. Brought my 2 vehicles in for inspection, on separate days. Andy in-checked my vehicle(s) and Jim had them both inspected and I was out the door within 30 minutes, on each vehicle. Quick and easy. Business is very professional and highly recommend them for your State Inspection.

Will not go back,felt like I was overcharged for the work that was done ,charged me $30.00 for using my credit card. How bout explain the $30.00 credit card fee,nobody has ever charged me for that, use my card all the time,$30.00 (rip off )

When they attended our cars they're pretty quick and to the point which I appreciate.
That being said, they checked my car twice for the same issue and said they didn't see anything wrong. Another shop found the problem quickly and showed us the crack that was causing the leak. A few other items were overlooked and just lost my trust sadly.
Went to Sherwood hills automotive door was unlocked walked inside asked the man if they could check my tire pressure. Explained that I just bought new tires a couple days ago and I just needed somebody to help me check the tire pressure. He said no we are closed. I said oh well the door was open he said well we are closed. Very rude man and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very pleased with this business! Josh was very helpful. I needed an alternator and he was very prompt and I got my car back in less than 24 hrs. The final cost was also much less than his original estimate. This place is also very convenient for me. Definitely use them in the future and will recommend them.
We had our 2016 RAV4 serviced with them re multiple error messages related to braking, cruise control, lane departure system, etc. Both times they said it was a wheel bearing issue and they had fixed it. The messages were back after only a few days, the first go-round. Again, they "fixed" it. Now, a couple weeks out from getting it back, and...all the errors have returned! I feel like I've thrown away $800-900!
Josh at Sherwood Hills simply knows what he is doing. Finally my 89 Toyota Pickup is operating correctly after many mechanics one being Loyalty Toyota, failed to calibrate my Throttle Sensor correctly. Josh hit it perfect on the first try. Truck runs better now than ever and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Josh.

I had an appointment first thing in the morning to have my car inspected. Josh, the owner, promptly took my car in and in less than 45 minutes, had it thoroughly inspected! Not only that, he called to let me know one of my windshield wipers had a rip and that he had some in stock if I wanted him to take care of it for me. It's common to hear horror stories of women getting taken advantage of by mechanics insisting more is wrong with their car, but I fully trust Sherwood Hills Automotive to always be honest and fairly priced. I've always had a good experience and am happy to refer others!
Have been taking my truck, along with my wife’s SUV there for the past year. Sherwood has always been great with communication and honest of any needed repairs that have to be done. Would highly recommend!
Excellent top notch service, wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else to be serviced! Always professional, shop is very clean, Owner is always there to answer any questions, and is there preforming the work himself, my car is always ready in a timely manner, and should they find something wrong they always call me with options, and they have even stayed open late to make sure that my car was safe before driving home. LADIES if you are looking for a shop that doesn't jerk you around or make up stuff because you're female look no further then here.

Had an issue with my car and brought it here. My parents have been bringing their car here to Kenny forever but the other dude took it over. He stated the part I needed he didn’t have and I would have to find it myself (LOL) I asked my dad to call him to help me out and magically he had the part and could fix my car. My mom took her car there a few days ago for a state inspection with 3 lights on (abs, brake and service engine) and this guy passed it! He said he drove the vehicle and it had no lights on.. after my mom told him about it and was persistent about it he took the car back and (I guess) saw the lights and told her what was wrong..... Idk what kinda nonsense he had going on. Just go somewhere else!
Worse place ever. Took my mom's vechile here for inspection then they told her she needed some parts fixed. The fixed that she paid them for both parts to be fixed and inspection. They were suppose to call her to let her know it was done which they NEVER did. We go to pick her vechile up and they NEVER Inspected it after that's what they were paid to do. This place is a wrip off, worse service ever, and can't even do their job after they were paid for it. Would not bring your vechile here.
Josh doesn't up sell anything. He keeps it straight and does what is required to keep my 16 year old subie on the road. He actually found a three year old issue the dealer never found and the car handles so much better.

Even though I had an appointment at opening and was the first to arrive two people were served ahead of me. When I gave my card to pay for my $16 inspection, I was told they couldn't take a card for under $20. When I asked if I could leave some collateral while I ran to the bank, he irritability informed me that I could use the ATM across the street. So I got to pay an ATM fee as well. Didn't appreciate it, don't recommend them, won't be back.
I have gone to this shop twice. Each time, they completed work without asking me and charged me for it. The second time, I told them I wanted my car back and they charged me a fee that I wasn't aware of when I dropped of my car. They also told me I had a transmission leak from bad tranny hoses. It was later determined that there was no transmission leak. There are much better shops in the area.
Kenny does a great job at a killer price. He is even competitive on tires compared to major stores and tire rack. I've been taking my vehicles to Sherwood Hills for 10 years and will continue too as long as I live in the area.
