Carlton’s Auto Service provided prompt service and my car was repaired the same day that it was towed to the facility. My car would start, but would immediately cut off. Jason was very professional and proved to be very knowledgeable. The premises was very clean and well organized . I was very satisfied and highly recommend Carlton’s services. I will definitely use their services again.

Ok work and quick but very high prices for simple work. I’ve had the same work done for a third of the price given but bc I was towed there I just went ahead and made a donation to them rather than have it towed again.
I had a leaking braking line replaced recently. All seemed well until I got around to looking under the truck a few days later. Looks like someone gave up work ethic and professionalism about halfway thru.
The line was supposed to be run along inside the frame and secured in the existing brackets. Apparently running it behind the the fuel pump lines was hassle. 2 snap in brackets were skipped and the brake line was flopping on the outside of the fuel lines. Nothing I could do except make up some sleeves and tie wrap the brake line to the fuel lines. I then was able to push the brake line into the 2 brackets that were skipped. Also it presented a safety hazard when hanging loose. Road debris or vibration could have caused a leak or worse. The cost of the job was pretty high and can't really justify the amount, especially after what I saw. Already sent them a feedback but all I got was another invitation to do a Google review. So be it.
I’ve been coming to Carlton’s for oil changes and basic maintenance for a while now, and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, professional, and honest about what my car actually needs. They get me in and out quickly, and I never feel overcharged. It’s great having a local shop I can really trust!
Carlton's will be my "forever" auto shop - will never go to the dealership again! They truly go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I am so thankful for their professionalism, and especially for their kindness.
Great communication and service. Cody and David truly discovered what was wrong with my HVAC system in my Tahoe rather than just recharging it for a quick buck. I’m definitely coming back but likely not for the same reason.
Came back again for inspection and motor mount. When ready for pickup I forgot my checkbook. Jason trusted me to take my vehicle without payment. I returned promptly. You don’t find trustworthy mechanics anymore like you do at Carlton’s!
I have recommended Carlton’s more than once due to excellent service every time I need something done to my vehicles. David is knowledgeable and has always been thorough on explaining anything needing to be done. The price is very reasonable for such a quick turnaround.
It’s getting harder and harder to find a locally owned shop. It’s almost impossible to find a shop that has stood the test of time and has been serving multiple generations of families. Jason and his crew are all top notch professionals. Service was fast, completed a day early actually! I would recommend Carlton’s to anybody.

Booked an appointment online for the next day for a state inspection as a first time customer. Showed up at the appointment time and they got me in and out. The whole process was very smooth with no issues. I will use them again if I have any need for a mechanic.
New tires and alignment done and received very friendly welcome and thanks upon leaving for choosing them for my service. Reasonably priced and great customer service. I will definitely use them again.
Thought I would try a local shop that was convenient instead of going to my dealership service department. Scheduling was easy and convenient. I took my vehicle in for a state inspection. Shortly after dropping my vehicle off, I got a call that they couldn’t inspect my vehicle because “back lights are blacked out” and “we can’t inspect this”. Which was nonsense because my back lights are not blacked out, they are actually very bright and visible. I went straight to my dealership and got my annual inspection completed without any issues. Inconvenient experience that taught me to stick with my big dealership service department rather than a local small shop.
I highly recommend Carltons. I called on Thursday to get an alignment and to install used tires that I already had and they finished Friday. David did an amazing job on the alignment, the truck drives straight now. The price was reasonable for the quick turnaround and excellent job!!!!
We were having issues with the collision avoidance light in our Wrangler. Had taken it into another business previously which kept it for several days and could not locate the problem. Dropped it off at Carlton's and Cody found it immediately and we picked the vehicle up the very next day. Cody is very personable and although you never look forward to having your car in the shop, it won't be as much as a traumatizing event if we can deal with him again! Highly recommend this business for your car repair issues.
I am very pleased with my experience at Carlton's Auto Service. I had requested regular maintenance which was verified and performed efficiently while I waited. I was kept informed throughout of the progress and time remaining which made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this auto shop and plan to return as needed in the future.
Made appointment online, showed up early. They diagnosed my issue. Texted me with repair needs. Ac was cooling but, causing idle to drop while at stop light. Could tell compressor was struggling. They replaced compressor, compressor fan, main fan, serpentine belt and serviced ac unit with Freon. 2,050 $ Have used them in the past and will continue using Carlton’s.
