These folks did a state inspection and some brake work on my weird little hybrid car. They could have laughed me out of the shop, but instead they were professional, fast, and had fantastic communication—way better than I’ve experienced at other small shops. Better waiting room than most dealerships!
The men are always so nice. They take care of my truck!! New brake pads, grinding the rear rotors, resetting the brake sensor were all completed within a couple of hours, AND they worked me in! The price was $450 less than the quote from Johnson Chevrolet just yesterday. This is the place to go when you need work completed on your vehicle!!
Wouldn’t take my bicycle to this place Keep my pickup 6 weeks. Only work on it 4 hrs out then 6 weeks an didn’t even fix it an still charge me 400$!! An they don’t answer phone none. Or call ya bak about anything!!
We were passing through with our RV when a fuel leak on our truck stranded us. They got our truck in quickly, got us fixed up and back on the road. I appreciated that they even followed up with us afterwards to check on everything. A bit of kindness really helps when you're far from home and everyone you know. I hope I never need to use them again if I'm in the area, but I'm definitely thankful for the great service and quick turnaround which got us back on our trip.
My first and last time at this location. Dropped my truck off to have some work done. 3 1/2 months later and nothing. Never even received the first phone call from them. So finally I went and picked up my truck and will have to take it somewhere else . Extremely disappointed to say the least.
I have to say I really needed help and these guys came through diagnosed the car fixed it at a reasonable price and did extraordinary work under tough time constraints I would recommend these guys to you if you're looking for a good mechanic at a good price five stars all day thank you everybody in the shop❤️
We are from Ohio and our truck blew an inner cooler pipe, called them when they opened and they got us right in. They went and got part and fixed it right away, back on road in no time. Customer service was great, they even texted me a link for upgrade part I needed. Will definitely call them again if needed!
As a professional technician I am very particular who I let work on my vehicles when its something I can't or don't want to do on my own. They take pride in their work and do what it takes to do the job right the first time! Honest reputable mechanics are far and few between but these guys get my thumbs up 👍
I called and scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. Three weeks after dropping my vehicle off they had not done any repairs. They charged me for 30 minutes of service, and for a diagnostic testing yet nothing was done on my vehicle. When I tried to call to get an estimate of when my vehicle would be done they stated that they’ve been ‘super busy’ catching up on past work. So my confusion was, why schedule an appointment if you’re not able to actually keep an appointment? Week two of it being in the shop NO ONE would return a phone call or even keep me posted on the work that was ‘being done’ to agree on an estimate for the work done. In the end I picked up the vehicle after three weeks and brought it to a different repair shop. STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND.
Awesome mechanic work....they even brought my vehicle home for me when I didn't have a ride to pick it up. Thanks guys....I'll be back for my next oil change.
I think these guys undercharge, I never pay what I think I will. An honest mechanic is a real treasure, these guys stay covered up that tells you all you need to know.
Gary is a wonderful person and a fantastic mechanic! He helped me out right before closing time and even stayed over to make sure I was sent away traveling safe. He was quick to find the problem, fix it and get me back on the road. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
My family and I were traveling through Va on our way home to NC when our car started missing bad on the interstate. I googled mechanics close by and saw J&G had a 5 star rating. It took all of 2 minutes to see why. I talked with Jamie the owner, told him what was going on and that we were trying to make it home that night. Even though it was late in the day, he took us in, diagnosed the problem (a bad spark plug) got us repaired and back on the road in two hours and at a very fair price. He even let us use his car to go to a nearby restaurant to get something to eat while we waited. As a small business owner I can't say enough about the caliber of service from this shop.
