We just purchased a vehicle from them. We also purchased a 2 year power train warranty also. Very nice and respectable guy and his mechanics seem to know what they're doing, I'll probably start taking my vehicles there when needed. He also gives free inspection stickers with purchase as long as you own the car. We found that one of the heated seats were not working, gave him a call and they diagnosed the problem and I ordered the part and he done the labor of installing it. I would definitely recommend buying or having service done here.
Very friendly down to earth people. Answered all my questions and even completely explained everything to the fullest. I will only shop there. I was very nervous because Ive never done this before and they walked me through every detail fantastic company
Our Kia broke down in Hillsville as we were traveling from Florida to Ohio. They were professional every time I spoke with them as I waited for the tow to deliver it and for them to diagnose the issue. The part was ordered promptly, installed, vehicle tested, and my family was back on the road the next morning. He was a blessing.
First of all, I'd like to say that I research places based on their online presence and I feel deceived. Great website, smooth online scheduling, pretty good reviews. I show up to my scheduled appointment to find the only person there has no clue what I'm talking about and says the guy that runs the online stuff is gone to a car and that I couldn't be helped so I took my business elsewhere.
Place advertised in house financing for ALL credit types. I offered $1,000 down payment on a $6,400 car not realizing that banks won't finance older cars. I don't have the best credit and I know that, but I make good money. I applied and was denied but told to reapply on Facebook a little while later, as they were redoing the way they offer financing. I did and then just didn't hear back. I called, no response, I emailed, no response, I DM'd, no response. So one day I stopped in, this time with $5,000 cash in my pocket. The man working and I am guessing his son, treated me like the biggest waste of their time.... wouldn't even entertain talking to me, and said they can't take "$500" down payments, without even knowing I have $5,000!!!! So basically they saw my credit and sent me on my way. I was going to offer the $5k cash that day to hold the car and come back in a week to give the rest, but even if I had 1 million in cash I'd never buy a car from them simply because of how they treated me like I wasn't worth their time. Their loss not mine- I went to the next dealership up the road- and bought a car from them with my $5k cash that same day! had they not ignored me or treated me the way they did, as if I was garbage because my credit score is low, it would have been completely different!
I recently bought a 2017 traverse from Montgomery auto care. The ac was out when I bought it and Greg recharged it. He told me if I had any more issues with it to bring it back and he’d fix it, sure enough the AC leaked out in just a couple days. I gave him a call and took it back to him and true to his word he fixed it with no charge to me. I was nervous about buying a new car after getting screwed over by a large car dealership before, Greg and his wife made the whole process pain free and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to my friends and family and will buy again from them in the future!

All I have to say is they are extremely kind and very professional, we were extremely lucky to have come across this shop.. They worked on mine and my fiances vehicle, replacing the starter. I have never seen a mechanic shop do such kind acts as this place. Even helped take my fiance home when he had to leave the vehicle and picked him up when it was done, and helpedwith an oil change. We were truly blessed. They are so respectful and will definitely always have our business and I hope others as well.
Greg will stand behind his work. I had a wheel bearing go bad after three months of him doing the work and he warrantied it a hundred percent. Part and labor

Greg and his wife were very pleasant, helpful, informative, and walked me through the entire purchase of my 2015 Dodge Journey. Their patience made the sell. I had been approved several months ago for another Dodge Journey through their auto networking. I had to decline the offer only because of a personal situation. I was blessed to return, and learn that Greg had another Dodge Journey on the lot. I had msny options but God told me this car was mine. It was! My car broke down on I-77 on a road trip to Ohio late on a Saturday night. I had it towed here as it was the closest place I found on Google. I was worried they would charge me $$$ and take advantage of me since they knew I was from out of town. But, they fixed my car and it was a very good price. I would use them again! Dinged one star for not keeping me up-to-date on the status (but they were very busy.)
