I was traveling and had some problems with my vehicle. I had it towed here and Jeff and the team was awesome. Tina told me to have it towed there and they would do what they could to have me back on the road. Jeff was very hospitable and they guys did great getting me back on the road. I was 6 hours away from home. If you need services, definitely use One Stop!

What a joke. I dropped my car off and it took three weeks to fix. They didn't call and tell me what was wrong and if I wanted them to repair. They just took it up on themselves to order the parts and charge me $360 ( $240 was just in labor, others was spark plug and ignition coil). They then had to jump my battery. It was brand new in February 2025. I then get down the road and the car dies right down from Hillsville elementary when school was letting out. I was mortified on the side of the road holding up traffic, it was basically one lane. He would not work with me on the price. Said he was closing his doors. So it's in the business of this establishment to order what they want then charge you the most for labor when they have caused me to miss out on so much because I didn't have my car.

Great customer service, very professional. Highly recommend vehicle repair shop for all your vehicle needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would The shop broke my son’s car seat while attempting to change a fuel pump. They are now lying, claiming my baby’s seat was broken when we took it up there which is absolutely false because the metal tab that was broken off is even pulled out away from the hook like it’d been ripped off.

We've been customers with One Stop for years and have NEVER had a problem with anyone who works there. Jeff and Tina are fantastic people who will go above and beyond to help you. After other experiences that were horrible with previous shops, they have proven time and time again to be honest and trustworthy in working on our vehicles and we will continue to go to One Stop exclusively.

Always had great service here. Tina is knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. Jeff and the crew does great work, fair prices, and prompt service.

If you would of asked me a year ago, I would of told you this is the best garage, we willingly have traveled over 30 minutes each way when we needed anything done to our vehicles, sadly today my entire opinion has changed. Over 6 months ago, we dropped off my finances truck to be looked at due to the power retarding. The first two months we waited for them to fix a timing chain which wasn’t the issue, after that they suggested we just get a whole new engine (however none of this was informed to myself or my fiancé, the owners of the truck, the owner would only reach out to my MIL who has been going there a few years and would only talk to her about the issues, were 24 and can handle this type of thing lol) well another 4 months later and the truck still isn’t fixed. After numerous calls and visits in, all we kept getting told is “we’ll have to get back to you” or “we’re trying to find an engine” turns out that even if you call weekly, somehow everyone “forgot” they needed to work on the truck. We finally informed them that we would be picking the truck up and taking elsewhere. Even though we were told by both the head mechanic and the owner they would just “eat the bill” since they kid-diagnosed the issue, we were then told that the bill was well over 2k but they would drop the labor charges and still pay for them trying to fix the issue incorrectly. After paying the ridiculous pricing to get our vehicle back, I go to see the truck was full of trash that I happily gave them back and the owner tried yelling at me because “there’s no way I remember if we left trash or not” when it was a bunch of stuff we don’t even eat (was unable to take all pictures of trash due to owner coming down and starting his crap), the engine cover wasn’t even put back on and there was a mat like thing under the truck that wasn’t clipped back in place that I had to fix before we could leave. When I brought that up to the owner that they didn’t put the truck back together, I disrespectfully was told “aweeee poor thing” while on the phone with my fiancé and his boss. They both start cussing because how are you going to act like that? If you have an issue, please take your vehicle elsewhere, this place has turned into the biggest joke and money game I’ve ever seen.

One stop auto is an amazing shop, Jeff and Tina and the crew working having always been such a great help with in of my automotive needs, and do such a great job!! If you need any work done and done right stop by and see them!!

We bought an RV and my fiance has used them for years. We communicated with them about fixing our RV, and state inspection. They had it for 5 1/2 weeks. Wouldn't answer the phone or give any updates. We had to go there and they stil said they would do it and get back to us. They didn't get back to us until they finally said they can't do the brakes and oil change. We understood there was an emergency with their personal and we hope she makes a speedy recovery. But they were not open, honest or communicative on anything.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jeff and Tina for almost 2 years. Not only are their mechanics knowledgeable and amazing, Jeff and Tina have always been kind and thoughtful! Their prices are reasonable and affordable. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. And the Karen that gave them one star: you ought to be ashamed. Love this place!

UPDATE…. I reported them to the better business bureau and one stop replied to them claiming I was the aggressive one and rude one and that I callled many times. I was not rude nor did I call them multiple times or come in angry to pick my vehicle back up. but let me tell you what is rude. I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled 8:30am appointment and they told me that my vehicle will be getting pulled right in and it will only be 1hr and 30 minutes so at that point I left them with my vehicle and went home. 2hrs later I call them to check on my vehicle to see if it was almost done and they said they haven’t even pulled it in but before I left their shop at 8:30am they told me they were pulling it right in and it will be done in 1hr and 30 minutes. So when 10:30 came around and they still didn’t have my vehicle in, my wife and I decided to go pick it up. We waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes and when I got to speak with the owner, before I could even just simply ask for my keys he starts off by telling me that he doesn’t want to hear it and doesn’t have time for it. I asked what his problem was and told him I simply only came back to get my vehicle and that there was no reason to be rude, he continued to be rude and then even told me that I never scheduled any appointment and for me to just leave. I would not trust this garage personally and will never bring another vehicle to them. Even their customers were shocked by how the owner was speaking to us without even be provoked to do so. They are rude and ignorant. Mechanics there are incompetent of doing their job. They will chew you out when they messed up. And don’t bother making appointments because they don’t actually honor the appointment times. I would never recommend them ever. They also like to claim that jobs took them longer just to get more money out of you. The owners are just outright horrible people

If you are looking for a good place for car service? This is your place. I felt welcomed treated with respect. These guys are very thorough and accurate! I will recommend them to everyone! Jeff you’re one heck of a guy! Thank you for keeping my vehicles running safely

Today was the first time I had been here, per recommendation of a family member… these people were amazing. Got me right in for a state inspection. They were so kind, professional and all around today was just an amazing experience.

We were traveling home to Michigan from North Carolina when we got a w warning message about our power being limited. We were fortunate enough to come across this auto shop. They identified the issue and made sure we were good to get home safely. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Definitely worth five stars and more! Thank you again, Chris! I have gone One Stop Auto 2 times to repair my truck. They are top notch and very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would recommend them highly. Their pricing has been very reasonable.

Had a light put in my car and since the light has been pointed down. Brought it back to get it fixed. Told me the incasement is broken. No one has messed with the lights since they had it. Asked how much it cost to get it fixed , told me to look on ebay. Didn't even offer to fix .. horrible service!!!

Outstanding service! Had a weird repair on a somewhat uncommon vehicle...they didn't even blink. Charged a very fair price for the work and can't recommend them enough.

Excellent! Great service, very affordable, nice people, and best of all, I'M HAPPY!!!...Had an issue with the starter and inspection done....just took for a test drive and it runs great!!!!...and they have towing !!..will definitely be back... I've already done the leg work for you...I've seen all the others...go here...you wont be disappointed... You know why God took the seventh day off to rest? Because He had the crew at One Stop to take care of things!!...yes, they're that good! Thanks!!!!

Wish I could give them 6 stars! Unbelievable service, knowledge, courtesy, professionalism. I was a loyal 8yr customer of a service station in downtown Galax, but for the past 2 years the courtesy & service at THAT garage has been horrible. I was very concerned about having to find a new garage for a major engine repair & after speaking with the owners of One Stop Auto I took a chance on having my vehicle towed to them. I'm so thankful I did, they couldn't be more knowledgeable & courteous... thanks Jeff, Tina & Seth!

While on a trip to Myrtle beach from Ohio my Ford Escape lost AC and my engine light came on. My friends and I were glad it happened near this garage. They diagnosed and took care of the problem as quickly as they could. My turbo was bad. They were all very nice and charged a fair price to get us on the road again. A very knowledgeable mechanic did a great job!

As always One Stop Auto has exceeded my expectations for friendly, accurate and timely repair of my vehicles. They consistently diagnosed, discussed and repaired any and all issues associated with my vehicles. I am always greated by at least one, often multiple, members of their staff. Once repairs are completed. I am consistently, and pleasantly, surprised with the price of said repairs. If you are looking for a dependable automotive shop with dedicated employees this is the place to be. Have been taking multiple vehicles to this shop for multiple years and have not one complaint or discrepancy with the mechanics or the jobs preformed.

The suspension and alignment work was very reasonably priced, but my truck was damaged while here, and unfortunately this issue has not been resolved. They have stopped returning calls or messages. The back glass was broken out of my camper shell on my truck by other customers. No photos were offered or insurance exchanged. I got my truck back with a badly done plexiglass repair (which would have been okay had it been done properly), and it fell apart the first day. I think it started as an attempt to resolve things responsibly, but it sure hasn't finished that way. I'm going to wind up several hundred more dollars out of pocket because of this.

I brought My 2008 Malibu LTZ Here for a Fuel Injector Circuit issue on 6/18/21. They easily found my problem was a sliced wire! My car is back on the road working better then ever! My Family and myself included will be back for more service on our vehicles in the future. The Work was excellent quality and very inexpensive!

Seth is a Chevy man. He knows his stuff. He got it done quick with a great price. Whole staff is friendly and make you feel welcome there. Will be back to get my tires. Thank you guys. Also, Chris is your Ford man. He’s a great mechanic.

These guys did a great job on my vehicle and saved me a lot of money over other estimates that I had received. Efficient, thorough with repairs and honest and the best price point for mechanical work that I have found based on estimates from Salem, Roanoke and Christiansburg dealerships and locally owned shops. Going forward I will be making the drive from Christiansburg to this shop for all my vehicle needs.
