Just bought a camshaft sensor and a couple of blades and Timmy was very helpful when it came to getting the part and saving me a bunch of money on my windshield wipers and he read the codes on my truck and explained it to the best of his knowledge
11/29/24 Christopher made several phone calls to other stores to try and find us a couple sensors we badly needed during our short stay in town. He even called a mechanic to have them replaced for us asap. He’s a young man but extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us when we needed it so much.
Christopher is an ANGEL SENT FROM HEAVEN. My transmission started acting up on my drive from Chicago to North Carolina, and he completely reasoned with me and saved my car. He is so kind and so patient and really takes his job seriously. I have never met anyone with as much compassion as him. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
These guys saved our vacation. On 5-12, our truck battery died on the Blue Ridge Parkway. After a call to 3A, we were carried off the mountain atop a flat bed tow truck. Advance had the battery we needed and installed it in a timely manner. Super nice and great service!
Tracy is a legend in parts. But every everyone of them is very good at parts. I broke down off exit 150 and found an advance they was very helpful. Anyone have anything but say anything bad to say can kiss my but . I am. In Hillsville va
Well messed my parts up 4 times after spoon feeding the name and physically showing them on the computer but that's been a normal thing at these stores lately
This was by far the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Be sure not to ask if they are a UPS access point... BTW they do take UPS packages, but proceed to berate my wife just for asking a question. Real trashy humans work at this location. I guess that's where you go to work after you've burned every bridge in town, you go work at Advance Auto Parts and are rude to woman and children. Great job 👏
The fellow that assisted me was super helpful and explained things throughly. He even researched the different things that could be "throwing the codes" on the free diagnostic test he ran on my car.
Thanks for being on my side with tools i need in voth states when i travle having what i need to help the communities and laying the parts i need at the counter state to state u all are helpful thanks your tec and mecanic Timothy Bradley Cummings .
I was able to get tons of help and get more problems than I thought I would be able to handle solved because of the friend they help available. The parts I needed reasonably priced and available in brand name and generic.
Used to be great but the last time I was in nobody seamed real knowledgeable about any thing or very helpful. Didn't even come out to take a look to see if we could fix something up with a wire harness.
Great store for reasonably priced auto parts and essentials. Easily found everything we needed and even was able to price check a couple other parts for future purchase!
I coasted in with a dead battery, I thought. The girl tested it and it was the Alternator. She advised me to take it to the closest garage because it didn't have very much output left it something like that She was right . She saved me from breaking down on the road home THANKS ❤️
The well mannered gentleman named Dakota helped me out tremendously as I was a traveling my car started misfiring and luckily I made it to the Advance store off the interstate and luckily this young man had the knowledge and skills to fix my car with the right parts! Definitely would recommend him and the store 100%
Clearly you dont have to know about customer service or about auto parts to work here. Extremely rude service especially from the Jimmy guy. Attitude from hello and didnt appreciate the customers. Seems he just wanted to sit around and socialize. Evidently they clearly need to read the book on customer service 101.
