I have been going to get my vehicle's tires replaced for years from this place, and I can confidently say this is the place to go for tires. I think all the staffing is very kind, professional, and they have very good quality tires that get put on efficiently. I definitely recommend going to Powell's Tire Services!!!
I had two tires put on my car. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires!
I had a flat tire at home and my mechanic recommended Powell's since they were closer to my home. As soon as Dad and I got the wheel off, we took it to Powell's and had a new tire on in just 15 minutes. Pricing of tires was affordable and labor reasonable. Staff was all friendly and helpful despite being quite busy midday.
A few years back, Ronnie helped me out on a Saturday after I’d blown two tires on a Friday night. This morning, Josh got me soon after I arrived and I was out of there by 8:26 AM. I’m grateful for reasonable prices and kindness in this area. Highly recommend Powell’s Tire — thank y’all!

Powell Tire will always go down as the best tire place in history! Everyone from Madison Heights and Lynchburg uses this place! They are extremely busy so you have to come with patience but the wait is always fun! Josh and I went to school together and he takes good care of me everytime I call or come to that location and his wife provides the best service as well when calling in reference to tires! I give this shop 5 stars, however I woke up the next morning after having 4 new tires installed the driver front was already flat. Great service fairly quick, they are busy so have to be patient and price was decent.
They did a great job from ordering the tires to installing them. It may not happen every time put They ordered the tires at 8am and had them in to install by lunch the same day. I had tires put on two trucks, one car, one trailer. 16 tires in all in one week. No complaints about messing up their schedule and I know it did, but they were very professional and just got the job done to accommodate my schedule not theirs. I will most definitely be going back. The great service and more than fair pricing I experienced this week is well worth a trip from Bedford to Madison Heights

Went by there for a tire repair and one of the men told me I would need to buy a tire because it couldn’t be patched. Make a long story short, I then went to Harris tire and they told me it could be patched. I was glad he told the truth because I almost bought a new tire for no reason. I know the owner of Powell probably wouldn’t have lied to me but knowing that his employee did just doesn’t fit right.
I cried because they didn't try to rip me off when they could have. I thought I needed a $60 pressure sensor. I had put air in the tire, but the sensor warning would not go off they fixed the problem and didn't charge me a dime. Good people do still exist. Thank you, God, and thank you Powell's tire.🥰😭
Ronnie always does a great job for every customer he has. His staff is courteous and professional. Plus they adore cats!!! Great place to get top notch tires.

I've always been treated very well at Powell's. Stopped by for a tire rotation, and to check out a slow, continuous leak in one tire. I was greeted courteously when I arrived, and they were able to get started right away, even though I arrived half an hour earlier than my appointment time. The guys are SO EFFICIENT!!!
They were able to find a small nail in the leaky tire and patched it. Rotated the tires, and reprogrammed the pressure sensors to the appropriate location of each tire. These guys are so amazing! I was very well taken care of. Thank you guys!!
Great quick service with the best prices in town. I received a great condition used tire with a replacement stem put on in less than fifteen minutes. If you need tires go here and you'll leave happy.
Cant beat the price or the service. They alerted me of an issue with the front end of my car and suggested placed to go get it fixed. Great people, respectful, very knowledgeable... And again, you wont find a better price on a single tire to a full set.
Best tire shop around! I had a tire I was driving on that had a screw in it and I had thrown a wheel weight. I pulled in about 45 mins before closing time. I was expecting them to just tell me they didn’t have time and that they were closing soon (what the “other guys” told me). 3 or 4 dudes IMMEDIATELY started lifting my truck with jacks and said they would have it done in about 30 minutes. They patched my tire and balanced what needed balancing. They finished in LESS than 30 minutes and I had my truck back on the road riding smooth again. Pricing was very reasonable as well! No complaints, definitely recommend Powell’s Tire.
Very good customer service. The fastest tire shop I have ever seen. My first visit - been twice - I was shocked when they said it would take 30 minutes total. In 5 minutes my wheels were off. I've never seen anything like it. Plus, the cheapest prices in town if you ask me.
I've had great friendly service here! It's a down to earth tire garage so expect some grease and real mechanics. Great prices! Usually same day service! And you'll love the friendly kitties that reside there! Kids enjoy it and my pocket definently does!

EVERY time that I go, I am always treated fairly, honestly, and respected. Nice small business that will help you as much as they can. Typically quick on their work. Call ahead and see if they have what you need and then head on out.
I got 5 tires mounted and balanced here. Very easy to deal with, they had me in and out in about 20 minutes, the price was the best around, and I drove home happy. The van rode great with the new tires, and I noticed they balanced them with the weights on the back sides of the aluminum wheels (not the outside faces). Nice touch.
We went to Powell's today and the deal on the tires were great, but the staff were very disrespectful!!!! Mind you that they don't know us, because we were new customers. My mom Went Into ask about the price of the tires for my car and the woman didn't want to talk to her she walked right off and started To attend to some other thing as if my mom wasn't important to Talk to , But my mom didn't pay much attention to it and she had gotten the Tires .Then when it was time to pay she sent me in to pay for the tires and we have gotten the math a little wrong And I went on to say that the math was a little wrong on our end and she will fix the payment And the man that was a part of the staff continued on to Say, "you're right she did get it wrong!! " So I sent my mother back in to fix it and she took a little while so I went back in to see what she was up to. my mom was asking about the warranty on the tires, and the woman disrespectfully said "it's on the receipt Ma'am"I mom respectfully said "but what if something happens to the tired do we need to call You or the company of the tire and she said "ma'am just sign the receipt!!!" And My mom told her that you didnt have to get disrespectful!! you were very disrespectful and you shouldn't be that way with customers!!" IDK what the problem was I didn't know if it was because they didn't know us or they had a problem because they were basically being racist because yes we are BLACK!! But I know I told my mother not to come there any more because that was just plain rude and disrespectful to your customers their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!
